They do nails horribly! Multi tasking from one person to the next and rushing you in and out using their cheap nail products and over charging for the crappy job they do. Guarantee not all of them are certified nail techs! I was embaressed to show my hands by time the lady was done with me. Too much acrylic and cheap gel polish. The woman didn't even bother to shape my nails correctly leading them to look boxed awkward and crooked. Even if you're desperate just dont go there! So I do enjoy the final product of my nails, HOWEVER; there were a few issues. I did not have an appointment so I was pleased to be able to get in. I waited maybe 10-15 minutes which isn’t bad. They asked me to pick out a color, and there us a huge selection of both normal polish and gel. I honestly don’t care about what color i got but i had a certain look in mind. I wanted clear glossy pink. The man was kind of rude when I wasn’t sure which color to get but showed him a picture instead. He was also suggesting that I would ruin my nails if i got normal polish and not gel. He was trying to up charge we on every little thing. He said the was a beauty fee of $10 for natural shape nails and then winked at me. It was weird. I wanted my nails slightly more pink and they turned out orangish. Overall it was okay. As of December 2017, the pic I posted was of their prices when I went in for the first time. Got a full set of acrylic nails. The more specific the "shape" you want, they charge you an extra $5. Personnel are really nice and are quick to attend you even when it's busy. Would go back again. Be aware that they use drills to file down. The only time they will file by hand is for manicures or pedicures.Would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for waiting 15 minutes and getting knicked when filing. Read Less

This was the WORST pedicure I have ever gotten. The woman was super friendly until I chose the BASIC 28$ pedicure rather than the 40$ spa pedi. She immediately became rough and impatient. Start to finish it took her 9 min to do cuticles, lotion, warm towel, and polish. I used to go here quite a bit and it was excellent service, over time it became just so, so...I gave it a second chance today after some time not going there. I went back today 11/9/2016 and was thrilled at the customer service. Clearly there is new ownership. They slightly spiffed up the salon and changed up the pedicure selections and had a lot of colors and gels to choose from. There were a lot of ladies also getting manicures and they all seemed pleased. I don't do my fingernails. My salon associate was attentive and thorough and did a fantastic job , he greeted many customers by name but never took his focus off me. They also started a rewards program. Just went this past weekend for the first time. I've been going to places in Fond du Lac usually, but this place was so great I might make it my new place! Went and got the acrylic nails done and it was great service. Unfortunately I learned I have sensitive nails and they couldn't stay on with our severe pain. Disclaimer: THIS WAS NOT THEIR FAULT! But I went back the next day and explained I was experiencing discomfort . They were very kind and understanding. They were quick to take off the acrylic gently and efficiently. Just stopped thru town on a trip and grabbed a pedi and gel polish here. They do a FANTASTIC job. And way affordable price for quality service. If I lived nearby, I would be a regular. $55 for callous removal and paraffin and gel removal and new polish? Awesome. Read Less

Took my wife to my usual place where I get my mani / pedi at while in this part of Wisconsin for work on a weekly basis.  We just moved from Sparta, Wisconsin to Pardeeville, Wisconsin  She hasn't found a good pedicure in the Portage, Wisconsin area so we drove about 40 miles so she can experience what I get on a month basis. She was totally impressed and said that's what a pedicure is suppose to be like. Totally satisfied and will make it our monthly Saturday date together to pamper ourselves. Read Less

WAIT, WAIT, WAIT! OR BE FORGOTTEN! POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES!I should've known better to return, but I went for my 3rd time here, and every time I've waited 1 - 1.5 hours. Sometimes I've been forgotten. As I'm sitting here now, FOUR people have walked out. ALL of them had appointments. They mentioned the staff continued to take people as WALK-IN'S, even ahead of them (they realized later). They do excellent work here, but if they cannot handle the workload, don't waste people's time, and don't schedule them inappropriate appointment times! Be prepared to waste your day! Read Less

I should've known better, to try this place again. They do great work, and they know it. But there's no excuse for booking the amount of appointments they cannot handle. I waited over x1 hour to be seen, and within the first 15 minutes FOUR people walked out. ALL clients mentioned they had waited x1-1.5 hours, WITH an appointment, and watched them continue to take walk-in's (found out later). If you don't have the staff....don't waste people's time!! I don't write many reviews, however, I always look everything up before I go. So this newly opened nail salon is located by Walmart and that is how I discovered it. I have been extremely picky about my services I like a very thin overlay over my own nails and for the part next to my cuticle to blend in seemlessly. I also only have my nails buffed so any imperfections are easily noticed, along with any repairs that haven't been filed down correctly. I have only had one other person do ALMOST as good as a job as one of the gentleman owners here.He does such a phenomenal job and listens to each request (seemingly w/o getting annoyed)Since they are still a new business don't let the lack of a big line hold you back.
