got a gel mani/pedi. got home and saw that my nail was chipped and not covered. went back today, saturday to have them fix it and they were closed at 1:00 p.m. on a saturday!!!!! no note on door ei...
got a gel mani/pedi. got home and saw that my nail was chipped and not covered. went back today, saturday to have them fix it and they were closed at 1:00 p.m. on a saturday!!!!! no note on door either. did they skip town? will try and go monday if still in town. otherwise, i will not go here again.

Without going on a straight rant, I am unsatisfied to say the least. Overpriced for less than satisfactory nails. Had to go home and paint my own dang nails. Boo!

Loved this place! I was referred by a client to see Jenn who did an amazing job on my nails. I drove from St. Pete and was definitely worth the drive. The owners are a sweet couple very attentive to their clients. I had an appt at 3 and I didn't have to wait she was right on time. I also got a pedicure with Kevin who did an amazing job as well. I'll definitely be back to see those two ❤

I visited a few different nail salons when I moved to Tampa a few months ago. Each one I visited, something went wrong. I found Venus and I will not be going anywhere else. I make sure to visit Twin every 2-3 weeks for a fill in and toes. Everyone there is so nice and welcoming on every visit. I recommend it to everyone who asks me even though its a little out of the way, its worth it!

I've been coming back to Jen for my 4th time now and every time she does such an excellent job it makes my day a couple of days ago I got a last minute pedicure by Na na which was heavenly and a french gel polish change by Jen that is sooo pretty it belongs to a magazine she asked me if I liked it I said "it'll make me cry it's so perfect " lol nothing but love for these awesome techs and owner! !! Very dissapointed. Had a pedicure and manicure. Just gor clear on hands... simple. All the polish fell off... strange? Was not a two step process either meaning base and top coat. Also i probably put shoes on too early and messed up big toe. Soooo i went back and headmaster lady wjo did my hands said who did it , wjat did u pay? I said you did? Anyway a lot of rigamarol... and toe repatched very poorly, leaving on vaca tomorrow so it will have to surfice. Never go here... rude and unprofessional. I usually go to Kellys and i will go back.

I have had tips for years and have tried several salons and I haven't found another place that does the work they do. Lisa has an attention to detail that is fantastic. I have deep nail beds so if they are not filled and filed correctly they break. I recommend Lisa at US NAILS if you want natural looking nails

Loved this place! I was referred by a client to see Jenn who did an amazing job on my nails. I drove from St. Pete and was definitely worth the drive. The owners are a sweet couple very attentive to their clients. I had an appt at 3 and I didn't have to wait she was right on time. I also got a pedicure with Kevin who did an amazing job as well. I visited a few different nail salons when I moved to Tampa a few months ago. Each one I visited, something went wrong. I found Venus and I will not be going anywhere else. I make sure to visit Twin every 2-3 weeks for a fill in and toes. Everyone there is so nice and welcoming on every visit. I recommend it to everyone who asks me even though its a little out of the way, its worth it!

I have had tips for years and have tried several salons and I haven't found another place that does the work they do. Lisa has an attention to detail that is fantastic. I have deep nail beds so if they are not filled and filed correctly they break. I recommend Lisa at US NAILS if you want natural looking nails
