I just moved to Palm Harbor and was looking for a nail salon, I read all reviews and let me say I’m glad I did. They were very rude to me the first time I entered their establishment. I was there to receive a full set of French tips. I asked the man to cut my nails down because I felt they were too long which was followed by an insult of course you want them because you would have to pay more. I told him I needed them shorter because I actually work with my hands, it would be impossible for me to handle things and didn't want to break them so soon. He later went on asking me where I was from and I told him Illinois and began speaking negatively about black people in Illinois. Anyways the lady owner ended up taking over and I was pleased with the job she did. So when I went to pay they made a big deal about the tip I gave like as tho they were surprised and they thanked me. So the next time I came accidentally came late because I didn't know what time they closed. Anyways the lady owner yells at me and my friend in front of all the customers which lead to snide comments from another customer who was getting a pedicure at first. They had me sit and proceeded to do my nails. The lady owner started my nails very sloppily and rushed. The rude customer came and sat in the station next to me then the lady owner gets up from doing my nails and had her husband takeover as she proceeded to sit at the station where rude customer was and began doing her. Before long the snob insulted me and I asked her what the hell she meant exactly. They became stone cold quiet and I was just annoyed. Apparently they knew each other and each other's family and began to brag about how well off they both were. So Annoying to say the least. Anyways the man finished my nails which I wasn't please with so I decided to tip them and go. I'll go back to that nightmare. Read Less

Went here for a pedicure yesterday and they did a fantastic job! The girl who did my toes was very friendly and attentive. Their customer service is top notch, as is their attention to detail. I'm very pleased with the results and will be back again soon. Read Less

One of the worst pedicures ever! I was a walk in so I was fine with waiting. They told me to pick out a color and go sit in chair 3. So I wait there and nobody even fills the water up until the moment they want to start, which was a while, so my feet have no soak time. I didn't see their prices displayed either, but decided to spring for the, apparently $50, shellac pedicure since the weather wasn't great. I wouldn't have mind paying that if it was a halfway decent pedicure. The guy comes over to me and looks like he has no idea what he's doing. He had no confidence in what he was doing, he was barely touching my feet, he didn't offer any upgrades, and to top it off he messed up the shellac. I didn't notice it until I got home that night because I just wanted to get out of there at that point. There's a giant bump in the polish on my big toe, my feet are just as dry from when I came in, my feet don't even get that bad, and I didn't feel pampered at all. It was just a horrible experience. I absolutely love this place! The staff is friendly and helpful! They do amazing work. More than once I went other places and the people who did my nails made the hideous. The staff at top nails fixed it everytime and made them look great! Now this is the only place I'll go! Read Less

We had a group of 6 in for manicures and pedicures and the staff did a wonderful job! I absolutely loved my technician, Tiffany, and only wish this place was closer to my house (I was visiting from out of state). Everyone was very polite and accommodating. Would definitely recommend! Read Less

I've been looking for a place around here to get a good pedicure for a good price and finally decided to try the place down the road and man I'm glad I did. This was the best pedicure I've ever gotten. They massage your legs FOREVER!!!!  My nails are perfect and everyone is so nice!!!!  Didn't need an appointment, walked in and within two minutes they were working on us. This place is great! I've been trying nail salons around Appleton for a couple years now and just couldn't find one that had a relaxing atmosphere along with customer service/cleanliness/talented professionals and a good price.
