The worst customer service I have ever had. The people were lazy. After I told the woman that my French tip manicure was missing a part, she didn't do anything about it. She insted clipped off and shaved down the side of my nail to fix it. Two days later my gel manicure was comming off of my fingers and turned yellow. When I confronted them about the problem the lady yelled at me and refused to give me my money back. She walked away instead of solving the problem. Do not go here. I found it, my nail spot in Appleton. I've tried a few nail salons and this one is my favorite, I was referred to by my boss. And they delivered! Super friendly nail techs (love Cindy), a lot of colors-even SNS, good hospitality and good prices. I got SNS today and a pedi for $60...are you kidding me????? Terrific new place. I was a regular at one of the higher rated places....not any more. These folks have raised the bar!! The shop was clean and well maintained.The staff is unbelievably thorough. I have the grossest toenail fungus ever and the other place never would deal with it and I never asked. These folks worked on it for several minutes. They actually spoke to me and were pleasant. Nobody even looked at me at the other place much less speak. The girl who did my pedicure took the time to shape the nails and I was thrilled with the end result.  YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS PLACE!!!! Impressed with my SNS nails today. Friendly service and Julie took her time making sure my nails were even and sanded down so they are not thick. Great prices! No additional charge to add nail tips, and also got an arm & hand mini-massage at the end. Many SNS color choices, and they also removed my old nails at no extra charge. Cindy and Julie do amazing work. I always leave feeling refreshed and with a beautiful set of nails. They are as sweet as pie. I always get compliments on how great my nails look and continually refer people here. The nails last longer than previous salons I've went to. The paint doesn't chip and the acrylic nails stay on for a considerable length of time as well. I am going on half way through my 3rd week and am about to go in for a fill (not bad if I do say so myself!) They have an impressive collection of colors and styles to chose from. I highly recommend this location for your next manicure. I am only in Wisconsin for a summer internship, so I was very nervous to try a new nail salon. One of the manicurists saw me immediately even though I did not have an appointment, and she did a fantastic job. My nails were a complete mess since I had not had them done in probably 6 weeks, and one was broken. She completed my fill-in and repaired my broken nail with extreme care. She did not rush, she was thorough, and she frequently asked me for my opinions and preferences to ensure that I was absolutely satisfied with her work. I had excellent service from the gentleman, I believe the owner, who did the first portion of my pedicure. He was calm, careful, thorough. Then a woman took over to finish up. She seemed hurried and sloppy. She talked quickly and alternately in an Asian language to a colleague and in English to me. I was trying to read and without sitting there listening to all her conversation, I couldn't keep track when her words were addressed to me. They have only been open a month and this nail salon is headed in the right direction. I am very pleases with their customer service and personal attention they show you. I am 2 weeks away from having baby #3 and came in for a pre-delivery pedicure with my 6yr old daughter and we both loved it. The massage was great and the salon doesn't have the harsh smells that your average salon does. I was also very pleased with how clean it was. All of their tools are new so I didn't feel like I had to worry about getting any kind of weird foot infection. We will defiantly be back after baby arrives for another mommy daughter date!
