We made reservations for four people and got in on time and were able to sit together. The technicians were friendly and very accommodating to the two young girls (6 & 7) with us. I got the deluxe pedicure today, and it was hands down THE BEST PEDICURE IVE EVER HAD. They used new pumice bars and files that they opened in front of me as well as their tools. The foot baths were lined, so you don’t wind up with some funky fungus. Textbook sanitation. And the salon/bathrooms were super clean! I’ll be back for sure. Read Less

Nails look like they were painted by a two year old! Dust under gel nail color and girl tried to fix it and then cut my cuticles where she had got polish all over, then started bleeding! I had worked at a previous nail salon so I was nervous coming in. It was my first time being somewhere different. The two men I spoke to were an absolute delight. My full set lasted a few weeks and they looked great they even have natural mineral powdered manicures! Very impressed.Read Less

My friend and I had a 3:30 appointment. We picked out our color and waited patiently for 40 minutes. There were six other people who came after us and we're waiting also for their appointments. I had asked others what time their appointments were, and their appointments are at 3: 45 and 4 o'clock... so in all reality we should have been next. Not a single worker talk to any of us explaining why they were running so far behind and it wasn't incredibly busy in there with many chairs open. We saw two chairs being prepared and a worker came out and took two of the other ladies in front of me and my friend who are waiting 45 minutes now. They were highly rude not even explaining why they took those other people first; they just walked past me and ignored me. I was going to give them a shot as a new place to go but not anymore . Customer service must come first and obviously they do not know how to appreciate customers and new business.Read Less

I love this place. The facility is new, clean and HUGE but aside from that, the quality of the mani and pedi is AWESOME. I got a gel mani and it lasted for 2 months!  Seriously. Only little minor chips, hardly any peeling. Only had to go in again because my nails were so grown out. I only wish they were open on Sundays!!! Read Less

I chose this place due to its decent ratings - turns out this is the worst nail salon I've ever gone to. I had brought a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like. The guy that checked me in said it would be no problem.  When I showed the lady about to do my nails the picture, she said she could definitely do it.  When she began working on my nails, she said I had some of the nicest natural nails she's seen. 5 minutes later, she completely cracked one my nails down to the skin due to aggressive removal of my previous nail polish - she then said it was because my nails were "brittle". She also never asked what shape nails I wanted - she just began filing aggressively and made my nails into complete ovals instead of the shape I am used to.Once she applied the nail polish, it looked absolutely nothing like the picture I had shown her.  She said she couldn't get it to look like the picture since they used a different type of polish than she had.  When I asked her if it would be possible to remove it and do just a regular french manicure, she began acting very annoyed as if it was my fault. I told her I wished she would have just said from the beginning she wasn't sure if she could do the picture I showed her, and I would've asked her to just do something else that she could do.  After speaking to the manager, they agreed to redo my nails. However, she didn't even completely remove the first nail polish, so my french manicure has colored nail polish underneath it. One day later, 3 of my nails are already chipped. Never in my life have 3 of my nails chipped after one day of use. They barely applied any top coat, and what they did apply was incredibly poor quality. When I do my nails at home by myself they turn out better than they did here.  I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Read Less

I never get my nails done, but when I do, I go here. You walk in and you don't want to faint from the fumes. They have wonderful ventilation. They are very nice and only talk to you, not amongst each other. And they always make sure that if they do talk to each other, that you can hear them and you can understand them. They offer you cold drinks! (They had Pepsi and not Coke, but you can't win 'em all.)From what I understand, this is I think the only nail salon in the entire state that uses disposable liners for pedicures. That means that your feet never touch any surface that another person's feet has. I never get pedicures because my feet are just so ugly, but that's what I was told about pedicures there!The prices are great, and occasionally you find coupons in the Val Pak or the MoneySaver. The lady that did my nails did a very good job. Not only was I able to pick a color from probably over 150 shades, but when I expressed concern that there was no sparkly version of the color I wanted, she said she would throw on a coat of sparkles, too! No problem! I was impressed and tell everyone I can about this place. Easy to find near the mall, but not too close as to be hard to get to. Read Less

Shellac Manicure = $35Deluxe Pedicure = $40Very nice inside - decorated well.  Very large - lots of manicure and pedicure stations.  I asked for a Shellac Manicure and a regular polish Pedicure.  They matched my color choice perfectly.  I sat in a wonderful massaging pedicure chair and they gave me a wonderful pedicure at the same time as doing my shellac manicure.  The staff was very nice and did an amazing job!  I was in & out in about 75 minutes!  Definitely recommend and will be going back! Much needed pedicure matched with a wonderful establishment! I'm in town for a short visit and wanted a pedicure. Johnny is very friendly, great personality, and truly enjoyed my deluxe pedicure treatment.There are many chairs (more then 10!) and nail stations, very clean and would be great for any wedding party or large groups. I thought this place was nice and clean. The people were professional and I was pleased with my pedicure. I think it also depends on who you get but the girl I had hurt me twice with her file thing. I like that they use the liners for each person so that part is a nice bonus. Read Less

Staff was welcoming and the spa was clean, however the woman who did my shellac manicure did and awful job. She didn't cut my cuticles and painted the cuticles and edges of each nail.   I won't go back. Read Less

I'm new to the area and I wanted to get a gel manicure, so I found The Nail Palace on yelp and it only had one review from the owners. This place just opened about 6 months ago, so, I thought, why not. I'm glad I went! Although the salon was fairly quiet, it was spacious and clean. Or nail palace.  Brand new spacious facility with thoughtful details such as disposable liners for pedicure basins & new tools for each client in a sterile package.  Definitely clean and comfortable, and that's all in addition to having pleasant and professional technicians that do a fantastic job.  I'm from LA where there is an abundance of high end nail salons, and Nail Palace could compete with the best of them.
