I had Ryan work on my nails. I had shellac and a pedicure done. Ryan took his time, he smiled the whole time and chatted with me. He discussed all the steps for the services I was having done and he told me the price before he started. He gave me like a menu to pick which pedicure treatment I wanted and each had the price next to it. He asked me every step of the way if I was happy with the work before he continued and when I didn't like something, he fixed it immediately. This was my first visit to the Nail Forum and Spa. I received quick service and attention. I was in need of a pink and white gel powder with three nail replacements. Instead I received (acrylic ?) glitter tips. Though beautiful, I'm concerned about the integrity of my fills. I can say the contours are smooth and consistent throughout all of my nails. Horrible experience!! I visited the salon recently for a fill and the man that was working with terribly rude to me and told me off because I was asking questions. I got up and walked out I would never go back. I welcome people from all over the world to come to United States - I am a very open minded person and I husband is from Asia. The attitude of the crew at this location is unacceptable they are highly uneducated and have no class or tact! They need to go back to school and learn basic manners. Buyer beware !!! Read Less

I was just there and had a pedicure. I had a man do the pedicure and he was more interested in looking around then doing my feet. When he was using the buffing pad on my nails he actually was rubbing my skin instead because he was looking around so much. I also asked him to do some extra stuff on my left big toe because of an ingrown toenail and he said he couldn't. Was just not happy with him at all. Read Less

Just moved to the Appleton area from Texas and went to 4 different nail salons to ask about getting my nails done. This was the only place that took the time to talk to me about the different products offered and did my nails. She took the time to make sure it looked good and didn't just rush the polish on. The price was in line with other places, even slightly better in some cases, but the service put it over the top. All the staff was friendly and talking to the clients and each other.
