I brought my entire bridal party to Luxury Nails for pedicures and manicures. They were fast and efficient and were able to get 12 people in and out under 3 hours. They have one of the greatest selections of colors and finishes that I've ever seen. It was decent. The only reason, I went was because I really needed my nails done, and my usual salon was not open on Sundays. It was my only day off of work, and I was desperate. I came in with a picture, and my nails kind of look like the picture. I could tell the gentlemen that did my nails was not very experienced with "SNS", even though they used a variety of different brands for my nails. I thought maybe it was the lighting, and that's why they were see through, so I paid and left. Not impressed!! I went home and spotted, some pink in my white nail, and then my pink nails you could still see my nail tip underneath. I will definitely not be returning, and will be going back to my usual salon. Took my 7 year old there to get a pedicure. One of her toe nails got messed up while they were drying and I asked the lady if she could fix it. She got a really bad attitude and grew very rude. I asked her if she could instead to a certain design in her big toe nail and she refused saying it wouldn't work, that her toe nail was too small. She charged me $25 for her pedicure. I see a lot of negative reviews about this place, but I had a great experience. I went in for a mani/pedi. Everyone was very nice, they took their time and my nails look fantastic. I brought my friend who has only had a manicure once before and never had a pedicure before and absolutely loved the experience. The lady that was helping her was very kind. I went in there for my bridal nails. I went in there the first time and left with nails I didn't want. We needed up running into Ashtyn and she ended up redoing my nails. She was great and super fast!! She was able to get my nails just the way if not better then what I hoped for! If I could rate this zero, I would. Yesterday instead of removing my shellac properly, the lady proceeded to use an electric file, which filed part of my natural nail as well. She did not know how to file nails or shape them, when she asked if they were okay, I said no, and she didn't know what to do. I filed and shaped my own nails in the salon, so they looked decent. All I had was a polish change and did half the work myself, but was still charged full price. My polish today is very blotchy and two different shades of blue. Horrible service here. The man who did my toes was not very kind and very rough. He just got up and left after he finished. Didn't say a word. Didn't put my sandals on, so I tried myself. I messed up my big toe. He had to repaint it. He wasn't happy. He then put on the disposable "shoes" and sat me at the "drying table with no fan running. I'm getting married this weekend and my regular nail lady just cancelled on me. I had no clue where to go and some friends recommended this place. I decided to give them a try and I'm glad I did! I walked in and everyone was very friendly and I promptly received my much needed pedicure! The tech was great and my feet have never felt or looked better! Definitely recommend this place! Worst pedicure ever!!!!! I had made appointments for myself and my two daughters. We went in and got in right away. They started working on myself and one daughter right away while my other daughter sat for 15 minutes. The pedicure was basically a foot wash and nail painted. They never pushed back the cuticles, buffed the calluses, or exfoliated anything. They never messaged our feet of legs. They filed my nails to the point of almost bleeding. I can't wear shoes that cover my toes because my toes are raw from them filing it down so low. The whole pedicure was done in 18 minutes. Worst ever!!!! Read Less

My daughter and I went to get our nails done here on a Friday night.  The place in general could use a very good scrubbing.  It just does not feel clean nor does it look clean. They do not have a very good selection of polish colors and stuff is kinda scattered about.  They did our nails and then just left us sitting there and we had to ask someone else to get the girl that was helping us so that we could go and sit under the dryer.  Under the dryer there is a dirty looking carpet and there is just various things piled up on the drying area, again not clean.  The lady who did my daughters nail did not even take the time to get all of her old polish off and just went right over it so you could see the bumps underneath the new polish.  A very disappointing experience in general.  Then to top it off both of our polish was coming off by the next morning.
