I normally love this place and have actually recommended it to others but today I had the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. My appointment was supposed to be for a full set of sns and the guy doing my nails made such a big deal about it and criticized that I couldn't get it filled while yelling to other staff that out of shear discomfort I just said to do plain sns. He then asked what shape of nail I wanted and I requested almond to which he replied "your nails are to short" which is exactly why I wanted a full set but since at this point I couldnt be out of there sooner I just said square is fine. Then he insinuated several times that my color chosen was too light. To top it off My fingers were not cleaned properly and have a ton of junk under them and my left thumb is still bleeding. I just felt completely uncomfortable, was treated rudely, and regret paying over $40. First time I have ever not left a tip in my life. I do not think I will be returning but if you do go ask for one of the owners as they do a good job on the nails. Read Less

Not horrible by any means but definitely not the best. If I could, I would rate it a 3.75. The place is nice aesthetically but both my and my moms massage chairs for our pedicures didn't work properly. My technician was not very nice and I felt like she rushed because my mom started about 5 minutes before me and we ended at the same time. I see they are just trying to make it convenient so we both finish at the same time but I'd prefer they didn't rush just to keep you at the same pace as whoever you are with. I thought my pedicure was good, not great. My moms was not great either - the technician missed several areas of her nail. I understand the technicians not speaking perfect English but neither woman spoke really any English so it was hard to communicate with them what I wanted - which is for my toenails to be Square on the top and rounded on the sides, I.e. Not completely square but not completely round. It was hard to communicate. I might go back here if I was in a rush and was right in the area but will look for a different salon for now. Read Less

I have been to several nail salons in the Pinellas county area until I tried this salon a year ago. Amazing. They’ve got me for life. Super friendly and super clean salon. When I walk in I feel like I’m with family and friends. It’s family owned and operated and all the nail techs are awesome. Zoey and Bella can do any nail art from Pinterest, and usually even better. I get compliments on my nails all the time. Highly recommend. **Please don’t believe the negative reviews about this salon. My mother and I go there and get our nails and toes done. I told him i want them cut down very little...well since he rushes my left hand is shorter than my right...some nails are fat some are skinny i wanted valentine day colors so i went with red and pink polka dots...well he half ass did that some nails have a couple dots others half more...i am so pissed at the money my mother and i spend there to get half ass service..then i must of pissed him off because he said i need a smoke break???? Wtf??? Do your job right and slow down i have read the reviews on the page and this is not the first time someone has complained about the rush job. The girls stayed late for me just so I could be fresh for my Xmas party. Served me wine during my whole experience. Never complained once that they were working late. I even offered to not get my nails done so we could let them go home but they insisted. They were professional and they did great work on my nails, toes and eyebrows. Love this place! Everyone is very friendly and willing to explain all the different nail options to you. The salon is so clean and relaxing. You do NEED an appointment- there are no walk-ins. I usually do the gel nails and they last forever. I also love their color options. I have had 5 different people do my nails now and they were all fabulous. Tom is my favorite for the gel nails. Not happy! He started cutting my toenails without even asking me! I had grown them out just to have a nice pedicure. So I stopped him midway through. But now my right foot has shorter nails! They also charge extra to have your calluses removed! Really?! That was not told to us when scheduling. Also, when I was having my manicure, I was interested in getting the dip powder but he started painting my nails without asking me. It's a beautiful and clean nail salon but when my tips were put on for my acrylics they weren't all the way down to my nail. That means water and debris can get between the nail tip and my natural nail. I know this is wrong since I am a Cosmetologist.Read Less

I had an excellent gel manicure with Sam. They were very nice, very clean and did an excellent job. It was my birthday and so I asked him to do a decal on one of my nails. While this is not part of their standard services, he did it and did an excellent job. He did tell me that it might not turn out perfect, they turned out awesome! Read Less

I am very sorry for not understanding what you wanted.  You have brought to my attention that some of our customers that are asking for gel nails might be thinking that means liquid gel fake nails, just like you thought. Here at the salon if we are told gel nails we think you mean gel nail polish or shellac. Most of our fake nail clients would like us to do the acrylic nails under and shellac (gel) color over the top; To save you the customer money. We can offer Liquid Gel nails but please understand this can be expensive. It starts at $60.
