I usually have a great experience getting my nails done here. My color typically stays on for a very long time and I have tried gel and SNS. PA is amazing! This last time I went to get my SNS off and a new polish on and the technician I had was Jimmy. It was a terrible experience. He was rough and was ripping my nails off. When I told him it was hurting, he continued to be rough. My nails were supposed to be a light purple color and they had streaks of pink in them. He did not offer to correct my nails and the next day my nails were peeling off. I would never go back to Jimmy, but I will return with a different technician. Read Less

okay so i usually go to Hanna's nail & Salon and i love it there, my nails always stay on until i take them off or they grow out, but for prom, My friends made an appointment to go here so i decided to just all go together and have a girls day. WELL. i made an appointment a week in advance and when i go to get my nails done, my appointment turned out to be a half hour late. which wasn't that big of a deal because i'm usually not picky about that type of stuff. so, when i finally sit down to get an acrylic full set with regular nail polish, the girl starts telling me that its a bad idea to get my nails done this way because it "chips" and I KNOW it chips the paint because this is what i always get when i get my nails done. so anyways, i sit down and blah blah blah, it takes about Half of the amount of time that it usually does which is weird but i just shrug it off cause what are you gonna do about it. right? so i get the most simple nails possible, a very short round tip- its usually only $25 but here- it was $35??? so just to make sure how much my nails would be, i asked the lady how much it would be if i painted my ring fingers a different color and she said $5. so if i can count, each two fingers is five dollars and that means my nails should have been 25$ and not an extra $10. Every time but this time I enjoyed my experience. This time I had jimmy and he barley let me pick a color. The first color I expressed interest in he said okay let’s go and made me sit in his seat and picked out that color. Then I had a cut on my finger so I asked him politely to please avoid it. He did not and used every tool on it. I even asked him one time during it and he refused and kept going. My nails look great but he was not respectful to my wishes it seemed like he was in a hurry. He even answered his phone and made a couple texts during my service. Not happy this time but may return because it is a great place just not with jimmy. Read Less

Five stars for environment, cleanliness, professionalism, staff, quality of work! I had my first visit the other day and was immediately impressed, Valenie was my tech and she was such a sweetheart! I showed her a Pinterest picture of a look I've wanted so bad but every time I go somewhere they can never figure it out, up until I went to angel nail that is! I've been here before, had good experiences. Tonight I had Tina, unfriendly and subpar pedicure. I enjoy having my legs massaged, which was a very short amount of time. Seemed more concerned to hurry up to be done. I will try it again, but not with Tina! Read Less

I have gone to angel nails a few times and my nails always come out looking amazing! However I do have one issue. Time management, I always book ahead with appointments and they never start on time. If you are that busy, cut back on walk ins or staff better for slots taken by appointments. I had an appointment at 11 today and didn't get started til 11:30!  that just puts my entire day behind schedule. First time here....had a bad experience at the last place and was hoping to do better this time. Had Mai (MC) and she was amazing!! My feet are difficult, I go barefoot all the time, but she was a pro! I definitely will be coming here from now on. The atmosphere was relaxing, just what you want when you sneak out of a full house of kids for a pedicure! Overall, a very pleasant experience!!!! Will be recommending Angel Nails to everyone!!! Was looking for a pedicure and stumbled upon this gem. I waited for a minimum amount of time. My specialist "Lynn" was very gentle, provided a deep massage of my legs and cared for my ratch running toes without laughing or cringing with disgust. The chairs with drapes provides a semi private experience. The massage chairs were comfortable and provided a massage all the way to my head. I will come back! Read Less

I got my eyebrows waxed today and the experience and end result was overall unsatisfactory. They put me in a dark corner, and in just a regular chair. They didn't have a special chair or even one that reclined. She literally asked me to scoot down in the chair so I can hang my head over the back. I could tell that she messed up right away after the first strip because it seemed like she was taking forever trying to fix it with a tweezers. Needless to say I have barely any of my eyebrows left. They look terrible!! The lady that did them was not in any way gentle either. My eyebrows are swollen, and I have had my eyebrows done enough times to know that that should not happen. Absolutely HORRIBLE service, very very rude!! Made 3 appointments in advance and when we got there, they said they did not have time to do all of us....um what, isn't that why i made an appointment? Amy argued with me and told us to just go somewhere else and was horribly rude. We went down the road to Cici's nails and they did an amazing job!!! Go to Nancy at Cici's Nails instead :) They appreciate their customers much more than at Angel Nails and do a much better job! Read Less

Like another reviewer, if I could give them 0 stars, I would. My friend and I went to have our nails done, 1 set of acrylics and 1 manicure, and both were awful. The manicure had polish on the skin and I was never told how long to sit and have them dry, so before I even left, the polish was nicked and gross. My friends acrylics had lines through all of the nails. We went back in to have them fixed and we were told that we were just "picky" and were treated with attitude. Even with the original polish being removed on my nails, and a clear coat put on, you can see the original color. And on the acrylics, you can see where the nail polish was not removed properly. Also, you are asked to pay in the MIDDLE of your manicure, and I feel that your service is based on if they feel that your tip is sufficient. Read Less
