Refused to finish my acrylic set due to them being busy and made 2 appointments in a row for them to fail to get me in on my appointment time because they didnt "feel" like doing it brcause "theyve got work to do" even though i was a paying customer and made appointments every time. IIf I could give ZERO stars I would! Absolutely horrible service and the work they do is NOT worth this. Every time I've gone in here, they are rude, don't look up from what they are doing say "busy, busy" and I've made appointments several times, when I show up on time, they tell me it will be a 5-10 min wait and it's usually 20 mins or longer!! Absolutely the worst fill & customer service I have ever experienced. I wear the white tip french manicure with a clear gel polish. She didn't remove all of the old discolored gel from the edges & applied new acrylic over the top of it. Leaving a very distinct, visable line on my nails. Then when she applied the top coat, it bubbled. I don't know if her product was bad or if she put it on too thick, but when I pointed it out she asked me what "I" did! I asked her to fix it. She got annoyed with me but she did redo them, very rushed & sloppy. The clear started to bubble again & when I showed her, she told me "Oh no, it's fine". Really...? She thinks bubbles in the top coat is fine?! She fixed the really bad ones again but the gel still had bubbles on most of my nails. When I went to pay, she charged me for having to fix what was her mistakes. 2 weeks later, I decided to give her one more chance. I called & made an appointment. When I got there she was working on another client. I didn't know how far along she was so I waited for 15 minutes past my appointment time. When I got up to see where she was in the process, she was only half way done! So I turned to leave & she said "just wait" it'll only be a minute". Umm, no. It had already been 15 & it's still going to be another 20, at the minimum, before you're finished. I don't have all day to sit around & wait on you. I won't ever go back & I DO NOT recommend this place. She might be cheap, but you get what you pay for. Spend the extra $5-$10 & get a good manicure/fill/full set, at one of the other salons in town. She kept acting like she didn't understand what I was saying and then eventually just said she couldnt, but when I asked why she would roll her eyes and sloppily attempt what I asked for. There are only a handful of nail salons in this small town (like, three, I hear), and rumor is that Rose's is one of the best. I do appreciate that they squeezed me in on Christmas Eve - keeping in mind an appointment was made days in advance. The shop is located in a strip center around the corner from Kopp's, so there's plenty of parking, a good amount of pedi stations - and those massage chairs are amazing. I rarely turn them on, but I fully enjoyed my back massage. Despite my appointment, they seemed to juggle around all the clients that were present and walking in (all with appointments it seemed). The gel mani and pedi took longer than expected since they were juggling so many of us - so there were many waiting periods followed by being rushed. I paid far more than I do in Houston, and I didn't even get a hand or foot massage. Ah well. :/ Nails looked great. My pedi lasted past three weeks, but my mani barely made it into its second week - and I always use the same brand (OPI) which lasts 2.5-3 weeks. Overall, it was an A-ok experience. Read Less
