Update: Went back since I was at the spa next door. They called me out I front of the entire store saying I gave them a bad review. Which i agreed we received bad service the last time. After their behavior i left and definitely will NOT return! Very unprofessional this is why you have many bad reviews!!!! 3 weeks prior: We did not like our pedicures! They seemed to rush us and didn't even offer my husband slides as he walked on the cold floor. We will not return!!! They also did a half job on our pedicures. I’m a hard working guy. Construction feet. Went here with a friend for some necessary help on the feet. My nail lady removed too much toenail and now I’m walking on fire. If I could include a picture, I would because I now have an infected toe and I will need to find the time to go and see a doctor. I probably won’t be back. Read Less

I love Nail Spa! I read all of these review yesterday and they are all true. I just moved to Martinsburg and was worried about finding a new salon. My nail tech is the master of acrylic. He gave me great suggestions and I tried something new. He also layered different colors to make the perfect color for me. I am sad that my nails will last 4 weeks, because I want to come back and hang out sooner! They made me feel very welcome and wanted to get to know me. They have a great selection of colors. Worst experience I had. The technician did not know how to do SNS nails. They dipped my fingers but coated them with gel polish. They left nail polish and coating over my fingers. My nails were sharp and not filed. I cleaned and filed my own nails when I came home. I do not leave reviews, this is my first one. They are horrible doing nails and I do not recommend. If I could take a pic you would understand. My tips are have uneven coats and not SNS quality. I will no return. Read Less

Julie has some my nails for many many years and she does and excellent job as does her sister Kim ( who I go to when Julie is on vacation ) everyone is so nice and tries to give customers what they want . Only had to wait about 25 min even though it was packed. I can't remember the name of the tech that shaped the nail but she was great. It's been over a week and the polish is still holding tight to my nails. Will be coming back to this place for a dipping powder done. Read Less

If I could give one star, I would. Despite the fact that my nails look like they came out of a "stick-on" nail box. The professionalism was COMPLETELY lacking in the place. Multiple workers were NOT wearing shoes, and having their feet on tables. Not to mention that when we walked in at least five employees were sleeping. My friend and I went there for the third time and this is the first time I was unhappy with the young lady that did my nails I asked her if she knew what I wanted just to make sure and she rolled her eyes and shook her head yes. I was pretty pleased with my nails but not her attitude. My friend on the other hand was pissed bc the lady that did her nails (third time she got her) she wears glasses that had a chain around her neck. She does not do a good job!don't go to her if you want your nails looking nice. Each time my friend got her she came out with smudged nail polish because she applies it too thick. This time my friend wanted her nails taken off as well she did not soak her nails she just used the drill and my friend left with the acrylic nails still on each nail. Plus she was on her phone almost the all time. The only person I care to go to is Henry he takes his time and is very friendly. I haven't had a few of the other ladies but I'd rather just go to him knowing I will come out smiling with beautiful nails. Read Less

I recently moved to the area and have been looking for a new salon for both my nails and waxing. I visited on Saturday (2/26/2017) in preparation for an important job interview on Monday. I was a walk-in on a busy Saturday, and I was pleased at the short wait. I first had my eyebrows waxed, but I wasn't given a mirror or asked any questions about how I wanted them done. (When I returned home, I noticed a number of stray hairs that weren't removed, so I was a bit disappointed.) John did my gel mani/pedi. The pedi was all right, but it wasn't what I was accustomed to -- there was no scrub and he did very little to address the dry skin on my feet. Instead of using lotion, he used some sort of oil (cuticle oil?), which I thought was strange. Then, he did the same thing for my manicure, and it was definitely cuticle oil instead of lotion -- again, no scrub. I also saw no evidence of tools being cleaned or sanitized, which was a concern. My gel nails didn't even last a week...as of Thursday night, they had all begun to peel and I had to remove them. I could've gotten a regular manicure and paid a fraction of the cost, and it likely would've lasted longer. I visited this Nail Spa for a change of salons and was impressed with the attention I recieved. The wait was short, another customer even stopped to tell me on her way out the door that she's been going there for 15 years and loves it, . I had been u satisfied with " Pro nails" and this place DEFinately will get my business again soon. Not one, but two artists took the time to hear what issues I was having with the other place and went out of their way to see to it that I had a great experience; and from beginning to end I could tell that these guys really know their stuff.
