This place has seriously gone down HILL. I used to go here all the time but up until recently they hired a blonde woman who works here.....and that's where the downhill starts. She did my full for me, cut my nail not with clippers but actual freaking scissors! Like really?! Are they supposed to supply them with stuff or do they buy their own and she's too cheap to do so?? Also when painting my nails, she openly coughed mouth open all over my hand! How gross Is that? Fast forward from that hellish experience I go to a clean place(let me tell you, regal nails is NO LONGER clean) I get my nails taken off and I have a very deep fungal infection in my thumb nail and I blame regal nails for being dirty and using dirty disgusting equipment and scissors. I can't say I've ever been disappointed in a pedicure after all what a luxury to have some one willing to care for your feet. But there is always a first time and actually the technician was ok though not very approachable. But that's ok we all have different personalities. However, the product was dried out and I asked about and was assured it would be ok, but after the polish was dry it was clumpy with poor coverage. I've never had that happen before. So I have a 4 year old son who likes painting his nail! My son is the sweetest kind hearted little boy who LOVES monster trucks and everything boy! He chose to get his nail done for his birthday ! So of course i said yes :)..so i looked into it ! I called around and everyone said YES besides walmart !!!!! This is what they told me " We dont do boy nails its not right ! And he is to young sorry " i asked ... " so its not okay to have my 4 year old son paint his nail? .... he responded " No he is a young boy thats not right " ....... I told the man well thats sad its 2017... there are guy men in the world ! Who enjoy this kinda stuff and for you to tell me my son cant get his nails done at your salon is wrong ! You will lose business in the future because of your actions against gay or little boys wanting to paint their nails ! Read Less

I have gone to almost every nail salon in Longview and was never happy. Nails always lifted or broke within a week I was having to get repairs done. I also tried the other nail salons in woodland with the same results. I have been going to regal for over a year and never have issues with my nails. They last longer than any other nails and look great. I am constantly getting compliments on my nails. Sophie does awesome work!!!! Read Less

Been going here a couple times a year for the past 3 years with my daughter. The mani-Pedi's are very good and they don't wear off fast like some of the others I have tried. But Cleanliness has suffered lately and I do not feel comfortable going back. Read Less

I was a nail tech for over 20 years. I owned my own salon. I can no longer do my own nails and my brother suggested we go there. They provided the best nails I have had since not being able to do my own. I have tried several places but this salon truly provided the best looking and longest lasting nail care. Read Less
