I love this place, I go in about every 3 to 5 weeks for a mani pedi with shellack, usually cost me about 65$ which is about the same price as everywhere but at stellar your going to get taken care of, good people working there, friendly and not pushy, and really good rubs!! Went here for about a year and stopped going because the manicured could not file my nails properly.  I showed her the coffin nail shape I wanted in a picture.  I ended up having to take the nail file from her and I did it myself.  I expect the best if I'm spending almost $100 for services each time I come in.  I gave 2 stars because the owner is nice and I liked how they offered tea. This spa is the worst nail salon I've ever been to. Despite the mediocre reviews on here, I decided to give it a shot with my friend who had been there before, and loved it. Upon getting there, I was asked to wait for an acrylic fill, and sat for maybe 15Minuets at the least. The woman who filled my acrylics did an okay job, but half the nails are bumpy around the edges. Many customers were offered water tea or another beverage but I was not offered anything. I was also neglected of the hand care service. My cuticles were not trimmed,I did not get a hot towel or hand massage, which is included in my package. A different woman came over to paint my acrylics, and did such a shockingly slobby job I almost considered asking for a refund. The nails are still not dry, two hours later. They are streaky and bubbly. I want to warn you, this place is a disaster. Not at all worth the $30 fill. Read Less

Tried out this local nail salon with my daughter and friend today as they got us in for 3 last min appts at our preferred time. The adults got classic pedis which were pretty nice and included extras- sugar scrub, hot rocks- for $26. My daughter got the kids special- mani pedi with design, I think it was $28, they even gave her a cute ring. She was thrilled and felt really special. I finally found my nail place in Woodinville! I've been to a few other nail salons in the area but none of them compare to the fantastic customer service, attention to detail, and all around wonderful treatment I experienced here at Stellar. Trina is such a sweet heart and did a phenomenal job on my French shellac manicure (picture posted). The younger gentleman who did my pedicure (didn't catch his name) was also very nice and gave me the best pedicure I have EVER had (and I've had a lot of them ;)). My friend introduced me to Stellar Nails and Spa! I've been in a few times and today I received a pedicure from Seth. Peach helped me the last time when my daughter and I came in, she is also very good! Just the classic pedicure which is $26! They really take their time to pamper your feet here and I don't ever feel rushed! They are amazing! Came here to get a pedicure after a 4 month hiatus from any salon visit because I had a newborn at home; the staff is nice enough, the place is clean and busy and they welcome walk-ins. But the service is terrible. Nail polish all around my toes and my feet are still as rough as before I walked in. When I pointed it out, I was rudely dismissed. My experience is always hit or miss when visiting this location. Even though their service is horrible I end up here more than I'd care to admit because it's location is so convenient to my residence. The prices on the wall are not correct and they don't tell you anything until after they've ran your card and you ask about the discrepancy. My favorite part about a pedicure is the massage and while I understand it's not a massage I'll either get a great foot rub or a few pats on the foot and that's it. I just wish there was some sort of consistency with the services rendered.If you do happen to stumble into this salon ask for the owner. She's the only one that's worth the price they ask. This place gave me an toenail infection, not to mention cut me while doing a manicure and pedicure and when I asked to stop because of the pain the male nail tech was so rude! Cute salon, everything looks sterile. They girls are friendly but the guy that did my naills was very quiet, i know theres probably a language barrier so i didnt mind it much. I had Shellac done, he did a great job! They really take the time it needs to make you happy :) the massage was great but it was only for a few seconds. The price is normal i think it was $25 for Shellac and manicure. The waxing was a little more pricey, it was $35 for eyebrows and lip/side, I have had it done for $20 in Redmond. Read Less

Wow. Literally just walked out of the salon and I just have to leave a review because I'm so upset. It started off good, the male nail technician gave me an awesome foot massage. After that it just went downhill. The lady doing my manicure shaped my nails really weird and did a bad job on the nail polish application. Then after my mani/pedi was done they left me unattended for a really long time. Then finally the lady who did my mani came and said that my toes were dry enough and told me to put my flats on. Mind you, these are closed toe ballerina flats. I was shocked that she had me put the flats on instead of the disposable flip-flops but I've been waiting under the drying lamp for so long I figured my nails were dry too. Come to find out as soon as I got in my car I took off my shoes and saw that my toes were messed up. I'm so upset I wanted to go back in but I have somewhere to be. They are engaging, clean, and make a great effort especially in Pedicures. Don't pay attention to the bad reviews. Every service provider deserves 15-20% tip. I saw reviews about how a client was overcharged. Don't cheap out when again they are just willing to pay attention to detail. Recommend to all in the area and will be coming back. Also, I have not seen anyone talk on their cellphones while they are with a client which I think sets a professional environment.Read Less

I will give them two stars. Only because the guy that did my pedi did an amazing job. The gal that did my mani ruined my finger nails.  I have extremely strong nails and I just wanted the shellac polish off and buffed to give them a break. This nail salon has been remodeled and under new ownership. Very inviting, clean and spacious. All of the instruments and chairs were clean, they even have foot sink liners! Nail techs were nice and efficient. I got a wonderful pedicure and a shellac manicure. They did an amazing job on my nails, I will definitely be returning!! Read Less

I've been to a couple nail salons here in WA. None have stood out like Stellar... Why? Because Peach the owner.. She cares about her customers. How do I know? Well because I had a problem with my nails a couple weeks ago, she reached out and made it right.. That for me is amazing, it shows that she cares about her customers and business.. I always bring my daughter with me.. On Mother's Day my daughter wanted to get her nails painted, now normally I pay just so someone will paint her finger and toe nails while she sits on a regular chair.. At Stellar I absolutely loved that they sat my daughter in a massage chair, soaked her feet in water and pampered her.. This won me over big time. My daughter had a smile on her face, she turned on the massage chair and drank her cup of water.. Now she wants to come get her nails done all the time.. I mean sure her finger nails might last her 2-3 days but just seeing her happy getting pampered with great service makes me want to bring her back.My nails are great.. I got a full set and pedi done on Mother's Day since the acrylic nails I had on before were on for over a month.. I get a lot of compliments by women.. I LOVE this nail salon so much. I have probably been to 40 different nail salons in my life and this one just had me blown away. The service is amazing , the owner is so sweet, and the staff are super respectful . I always just get a French gel mani and pedi, and it lasts me a solid two weeks. Last time I was in they did my toes and fingers at the same time and served me tea and gave me a pillow. The owner walked by a few times to make sure I was happy with the service and put an additional top coat on my toes herself. Their lobby has a leather couch and they also give hot stone massages. I have never seen a nail salon go that far to make the customer experience so great. 5 stars, will be coming back!! Read Less
