J'ai acheté l'ensemble de départ résine Élégance (pas la ligne Pro) et j'en suis plus que satisfaite. Loin des résines vendues en pharmacie qui prétendent être des produits utilisés en salon. Wow!!! Qualité hors pair. Pas de soulèvement, pas de craquelures, très facile a utiliser. Avant de faire l'achat j'ai profité du clavardage en ligne. Accueil très professionnel et excellent conseil. These guys do a great job! I tried NY Nail Bar for the first time a few months ago, and my experience was great. I typcially get an acrylic full-set + shellac polish with a natural shape, and they nail it every time. I've been back several times since, and they have yet to disappoint. My friend purchased me a groupon the gel polish with paraffin wax to congratulate me on my new job. I went in this morning and was quickly seated the atmosphere was amazing, I was ready to enjoy my day off. I made my appointment two weeks ago and made a point to add acrylic but I would pay the difference. They normally do not do that but the receptionist said she would make an Exception. The person who did my nails never gave me her name and spent the first 10 minutes getting up and down to yell at someone on her phone. I then, began choosing my color. She made rude comments about not being able to makeup my mind. She filed my nails and made me bleed on not 1 not 2 but 5 out of 10 fingers. When I chose a color she said she did Not have it and that she had one similar. The one she chose to replace it was slightly similar but could have used another coat. She slapped the top coat on and said ok your done. I KNOW my gift was for a wax. I grabbed my stuff and left after paying the difference, I will also get the polish fixed at my normal salon. Customer service was poor. I left with 5 bloody fingers and the polish that I didn’t want. I highly suggest you go somewhere else. Read Less

I called on Sunday to make an appt for the follow Saturday.  They asked me if I had a Groupon. I said yes.  The lady on the phone told me I couldn't make an appt now, to call back on Thursday for Saturday.  When I called back on Thursday guess what they had no appointments for a Groupon. So now I am upset. She said that she would call back if they had a cancellation so after 4 hours they magically had an opening the next day at 930am. I show up early to the appointment and imagine this they are over 15 minutes late. Once she gets there she doesn't do any talking to me, but only to her co-workers. The only thing that she talks to me about is an up sale on the Groupon I purchased. At this point I just wanted to get done. After about 45 minutes of No communication the owner arrives and offers me something to drink and amazingly she becomes very talkative and friendly. I would recommend to NOT go here or use a Groupon from them. Read Less

Groupon customers BE AWARE this place do not treat Groupons well! We walked in today after buying Groupon. One guy came to greet us very friendly ... until he learned we had a Groupon, then he completely changed. He said: "You don't have an appointment, call back next week!"  And walked away!Another lady came to talk and I asked her to make an appointment for us while we there. She said: " No appointments available this week, call back on Monday!". Why was it so hard to make an appointment for us for the next week while we were there?! First time here to get a shellac. The color isn't quite as nude as I would like, but that's my mistake of picking that color. I like how she followed instruction of my preference of the nail shape, and they provided bottled water. Overall, a great experience. Hopefully, my shellac will last over 3 weeks... Read Less

I came here today, Groupon in hand for a "deluxe spa pedicure", not totally knowing what to expect, given the mixed reviews here on Yelp. I'm happy to report that my experience was stellar!I had an appointment for 11am and I was seen promptly on time. (Bonus!). There was an enormous selection of Essie and OPI polishes to choose from (Bonus again!). The place was immaculate and there was a large tv to watch, soothing music playing, lots of massage pedi chairs and the sweet scent of incense wafting in the air. (All bonuses!). The lady who did my pedicure was Amy and she was wonderful. I liked how Amy brought out a small white ceramic plate with four sections (looked like a small appetizer plate) with four different colored creams and lotions. I had the best pedi ever, with an exfoliating scrub, a mud mask, a moisturizer, leg massages, hot towels, hot rocks, and the usual foot and toe treatments (cuticle trims and nail shapings and heel scrubbing and polish). It was one of the best pedis I ever had and I wished it never ended. But alas, end it did. The only oddity was, what with the name of this salon, I expected some sort of New York reference: perhaps some wall art depicting NYC scenes, or a sculpture of the Statue of Liberty on the desk, or something, anything, to evoke the Big Apple. But the salon is totally devoid of any NYC references, leaving my wondering about the name of the place. (Perhaps it's just me who thinks of such things...!). Read Less

I'm very dissatisfied with the way a complaint was dealt with. I purchased 2 of there LED/UV lamps on December 15th and half the LED lights have stopped working!!! I use a LED hard gel line so I wanted 2 lamps instead of 4 on my desk.. I have just been informed that they only give a 90 day warranty on there electronics. They offered me a 25% discount on new lamps that I would have to use in 30 days as a buffer for my complaint, as if I have another $400 to dish out because there products don't last!! I tried out NY Nail Bar for the first time back in the beginning of April. I went just to get my toes done but of course once I got there I had my nails done too. The owner talked me into getting gel nails instead of acrylic. I was supper reluctant as I am rough on my nails and have a hard time finding a place that can get my nails to stay on for more than a week. Well I am happy to report, as of today (May 5th, 2017), it's been just over a month since I have had my nails done and they have held up. No cracks, no lifting, no braking. Plusieurs fois que je vais au Magasin situé au fleurs de lys. La première fois la dame était bête j'en n'ai pas faite de cas. Cette fois-ci ce fu nettement trop. Je lui demande son opinion sur les différentes techniques (car j'ai mon diplôme pour résine poudre et j'aimerais essayer gel). Je lui demande de m'expliquer gel, je lui dit on met le Adher+ ? Elle me dit : BINNN si tu veux que sa adhère tsé ... déjà là qu'elle réponse bête pour rien. Ensuite, elle ne me donne aucunem...ent son point de vue alors je lui demande gentiment si elle peut seulement m'énumérer les étapes et la ca me dépasse totalement elle me dit : Va sur internet moé je donne pas de formation. Je lui demande si elle est de mauvaise humeur parce que je n'ai jamais vu un service clientèle aussi médiocre. Et je précise que pendant toute notre discussion j'étais la seule cliente dans le magasin.... Pire service de ma vie, même MCDONALD'S ne l'échappe pas comme ca. En passant le nom sur la facture : Diane. Je me rappelle il y a 2-3 mois, il y avait une jeune que j'avais beaucoup aimer au cheveux brun, qui avait prit le temps de me montrer les nouveautés, qui m'avais parler de choses a essayer et des promotions. Le service à la boutique de fleur de lys d'une certaine conseillère est désastreux.. J'ai donner 3 chances à cette personne en y retournant en me disant que c'était une mauvaise journée.. Première fois elle se limait les ongles derrière le comptoir.. Deuxième fois elle ne voulait pas prendre 2 minutes pour téléphoner pour me donner mon prix technicienne et aujourd'hui, si elle avait pu me sortir du magasin avec son regard elle l'aurait fait. Fri April 22 my daughter, the bride, her Maid of Honor and I had a 3 pm appointment for a mani/pedi. We were guaranteed that we would be done by 4:15...The bride had to pick up her wedding gown and be back in Woodinville by 7 pm for the rehearsal. It was 5:15 before we were finished as, though we were part way through our mani/pedi's they took in 2 walk ins and finished them. Then on Sat am my nail polish was peeling off and the girls were chipped. I went in and all the staff and two customers laughted when I showed them my nail polish falling off. It was a very rude laugh. They "fixed" with a gel finish for me on Sat,the day of the wedding. I told them I had 10 minutes, I said NO to the gel and they did it anyway, keeping me 45 minutes and I had to cancel my make up and another appointment. I was nearly late for the wedding. The gel nails lasted less than 24 hours - they cracked and started to peel. Nail Pro admits it is their fault but refuses to refund money. I have been there before many times as a regular client and all was fine and nice on those visits. I will never go there again. Read Less

If you're looking to get pampered, come here! I looove this place!! They give the best massages and you leave with great looking nails and you feel so relaxed. Jenny and Tran does a great job; Jenny known as the Nail Doctor with her fans because she is super at acrylics and nail arts and Tran is the master at pedicures. You haven't had a real pedicure until he gives you one... Their store has a water fountain and it's such a peaceful oasis. It's clean and very organized. Most important of all, they treat all of their customers like they are family. I love comeing here and look forward to it all week when I have an appointment. Jenny and Tran own this shop. She does acrylics like nobody else. Her nails are always smooth and even. Tran is fabulous at pedicures and natural nail manicures. I have had acrylics done elsewhere and they are always lumpy and uneven and it takes me an hour or more just to fix them. But Jenny's nails are perfection! Tran is so good at nails that my 13 yr old will no longer let me do her nails, Tran is the only one who can touch them. This shop is always neat and clean and well organized with good lighting.
