Fri April 22 my daughter, the bride, her Maid of Honor and I had a 3 pm appointment for a mani/pedi. We were guaranteed that we would be done by 4:15...The bride had to pick up her wedding gown and be back in Woodinville by 7 pm for the rehearsal. It was 5:15 before we were finished as, though we were part way through our mani/pedi's they took in 2 walk ins and finished them. Then on Sat am my nail polish was peeling off and the girls were chipped. I went in and all the staff and two customers laughted when I showed them my nail polish falling off. It was a very rude laugh. They "fixed" with a gel finish for me on Sat,the day of the wedding. I told them I had 10 minutes, I said NO to the gel and they did it anyway, keeping me 45 minutes and I had to cancel my make up and another appointment. I was nearly late for the wedding. The gel nails lasted less than 24 hours - they cracked and started to peel. Nail Pro admits it is their fault but refuses to refund money. If you're looking to get pampered, come here! I looove this place!! They give the best massages and you leave with great looking nails and you feel so relaxed. Jenny and Tran does a great job; Jenny known as the Nail Doctor with her fans because she is super at acrylics and nail arts and Tran is the master at pedicures. You haven't had a real pedicure until he gives you one... Their store has a water fountain and it's such a peaceful oasis. It's clean and very organized. Most important of all, they treat all of their customers like they are family. I love comeing here and look forward to it all week when I have an appointment. Jenny and Tran own this shop. She does acrylics like nobody else. Her nails are always smooth and even. Tran is fabulous at pedicures and natural nail manicures. I have had acrylics done elsewhere and they are always lumpy and uneven and it takes me an hour or more just to fix them. But Jenny's nails are perfection! Tran is so good at nails that my 13 yr old will no longer let me do her nails, Tran is the only one who can touch them. This shop is always neat and clean and well organized with good lighting.
