Terrible. poor service and rude unnecessary remarks. I went in to get my shellac removed, I got the shellac polish done elsewhere but had to get them removed ASAP so I visited this place. This very rude lady soaked my fingers in the remover for a while and then  came back to check up on them and noticed they weren't coming off as quick as she hoped so she sighed and told me to wait some more... after maybe 20 minutes she came back and still had a hard time removing them. She rudely remarked "this is such a waste of time" and pretty much saying the other salon I went to was the issue...I was so shocked and felt so rushed and uncomfortably unwelcome. She then proceeded to use this rusty old unsanitary looking battery operated nail file sander tool to scrape off the shellac, it weakened my nails. I am a paying customer and you're there as a business to offer services. Do not tell customers that a service they request is a waste of your time. If you do not like doing what you do, don't take it out on people. Read Less

I had to quit this place due to poor treatment and declining quality.  Too bad because they give the best massages of any nail place I've been.  Sadly, as a steady customer for 2 years, I got tired of having interrupted pedi/manis and shoddy workmanship.  The past couple of months I have made appointments in advance.  I have ALWAYS shown up early and tipped well.  Regardless of my appt, I had a minimum of 3 different people working on me.   They stopped and started several times during my service.  Took phone calls.  Forgot parts of the pedicure (like filing or buffing), etc.  The last time was it for me.  They put a new guy on my manicure and he butchered my cuticles and nails.  The owner shrugged and said nails grow back.  No apology or refund.  YOU DON'T TREAT REPEAT CUSTOMERS THAT WAY.  On one visit, the owner's son was there.  The kid looked to be about 11 year old.  He was lying on the sofa (no place for customers to sit) and  he was scratching his balls and ass while on that sofa.   Disgusting.  I will never return. These people destroyed my nails. I went in with long nails and I asked to cut them even with my fingers. They cut and filed them down way below that and uneven. They had to redo one of the nails in the middle because they screwed it up so badly. She also filed down the top of my nail so much that it burned. Beware, these people are terrible. Stopped going here after going for over a year.  I have arrived on time for my appointments but this one particular day I was about 6 minutes late.  Vivian had the nerve to tell me I messed up her schedule!  Out of all the times I sat waiting because you were behind!!  I'll never go back....she acted like her time was more valuable.  Girl bye!!! I found this place looking for a new pedicure spot because the one by BECU was so horrible. I walked in and the ladies remembered my name. My name is hard to remember for most so I'm never offended when they don't remember. They are extremely busy and I usually have to wait about 15 min to get in but I don't mind. I love Deluxe Nails.  I've been going here for several years and they have done a flawless job each time.  Long massages.  Excellent service.  Unfortunately, today I had to listen to a nasty customer lady about how the salon was so rude to her and so on.  NASTY ENTITLED UNIBROW HAMMER FOOTED cow.  She berated the nail staff and said they owe her many thanks for bringing them one customer.  Good Lord.  I would've kicked her out.  I wish the staff had the courage to ask her to leave because her sad little tantrum ruined my manicure and Im sure other people's pedicure. This is probably the best mani/pedi place that I have ever been to.  They get the polish down to the edges and the polish lasts forever.  Their massages are the bomb (deep tissue on legs and feet plus hot stone).  They are consistent.  My feet are baby soft after each visit.  As long as I live in the Seattle area, I will go to Deluxe Nails. This place is amazing I've been to EVERY nail place in the immediate area and this is by far the best place. I've bee going here for 4 years and I would rather go here than ANYWHERE else. Vivian the owner is great she even did my nails for my wedding. Summer and hong are great too. I do not recommend this place at all: unorganized, untimely, unsanitary, and straight up rude. I made an appointment to come in at 1:00 for a shellac polish change (mani/pedi) and had to stand around for 10 minutes until they could sit me in a chair.The girl that did my manicure was sweet, but extremely slow and did not listen to what I wanted. My nails had a nice square-round shape to them that I wanted to keep, but instead she rounded them out completely.At this point I had already been sitting in my chair for 50 minutes and no one had started working on my feet. I also noticed the way they cleaned their soaking chairs was unsanitary. They sprayed them with some toxic looking chemical and scrubbed it with an old brush. Then, the girl cleaning it didn't even wash her hands after, she just put everything down and started working on the next client. Anyways, someone else finally came over (the manager I think) and she started removing my old nail polish off of my toes. I told them that I was in a rush because I had to get back to work and that I would be unable to stay for the duration of my pedicure. She told me she had to charge me for it and I said she could charge me for the removal of my polish, but not the paint because I didn't get them done. She then told me she would charge me full price regardless and that I could come back later if I wanted too. If i wanted too? Obviously I'd want to get my moneys worth.. At this point I just shook my head and said fine. I came back at 6 and they sat me down right away; my toes looked nice. I then got up and asked if they could charge my credit card for a tip. The woman I believe to be the manager yelled at me and said, "I charge this one time, but you NEED to bring cash in next time!" Lady, I do not NEED to bring you anything. Ok, I seriously am in love with this place.  I took my kids here for their first pedicures (and one for me and a friend as well) specifically because they have kid sized pedicure chairs.  What a great idea!  The chairs are adorable and the women treated all of us so well.  They chatted with my kids and with us and answered my little one's many questions ("how did you come up with this idea?  How do you start a business?  How did you find this building"). They even went out of their way to do little designs on the kids toes.  My pedicure was great too!  My little one kept saying "this is the best place ever.  If I get my toes done again I am definitely coming here!"  My kids may not have anything to compare it to, but I do....and I will be going back for sure. Best $22 pedicure I've had.  The place is not fancy but everyone is super friendly and the pedicure was great.  If you are looking for posh surroundings this may not be your place, but for the price the quality and service were excellent.I didn't realize they only accept cash for tips, so that was a bummer.   You can pay with a card for the service, just not the tip. Most professional and quick place I have ever been to. The price is very reasonable and the ladies who work here are insanely sweet and attentive. It gets BUSY so call- make an appointment (or get ready to wait on their comfy couch for awhile). I have gotten a full set here, it was beautiful, no harsh line as It grew out, and when I came back they drilled it beautifully so it blended in with my natural nail seamlessly as it grew out . I have gotten gel here as well (they use LED, not UV, which I very much appreciate) and it looked lovely. They don't trim the cuticle (also great) but they get the polish right up to it. I have gotten a pedicure here as well and they are phenomenal (the hot rock message is UHmazing). If you have kids that wish to join you on your salon visit there are super cute little kiddie pedicure chairs. Perfect size for little girl or boy feet ^_^ After going to salons in Oakland, San Francisco, Seattle, New York, and Los Angeles, who would have guessed this sweet little place in Woodenville would produce my favourite results. Don't expect a spa, this is very much a strip mall-ish nail salon in its appearance but the service is truly top notch. This has to be one of the best places around to get a pedicure- ESPECIALLY if you appreciate a great foot massage. I came here on the strong recommendation of a work colleague and I can totally see why she insisted I come here. Been coming here since I moved to Woodinville, Vivian and her staff are fantastic, they are professional, nice and great at their job! Pricing is very reasonable, I've seen some outrageous prices for nail spas in the eastside here, but Deluxe Nails are inexpensive and have quality work! Yeah it may not have super fancy décor or lavish foot spas but hey what they have does the job and they do things right, and a bonus of their standard spa pedicure comes with hot stone massages! I've been having regular Mani/Pedi's at Deluxe Nails for some time and they do a great job. I always look forward to relaxing in one of their big massage chairs, while the Deluxe staff treats me to a fabulous leg massage that includes hot rocks and a quality pedicure. I bought my mother a gift certificate for Mother's Day and she is now getting her pedicures at Deluxe on a regular basis.I'll be moving to Snohomish this fall and will most likely head to Woodinville for my monthly pedicure at Deluxe. My toes are always so pretty and my feet are happy when I come here. Besides offering a great price for a spa pedicure, it includes a hot stone massage. Soooooo amazing!
