I've had a couple great experiences at this location in the past, so I was excited that I had found "my nail salon". So I was really disappointed with my experience 2 weeks ago. Service: Pedicure and shellac maniCons:The young lady who did my mani tore up my cuticles. I mean, she actually pulled and ripped them. Four of my fingers bled. One of my fingers wouldn't stop bleeding. She kept applying a clotting agent (directly to my hand, touching the tip to my open wound, ew!) She thought I hadn't noticed, and was trying to get it to stop before I did. I said "oh look, I'm bleeding" and she then acted like she just noticed. Finally, she just gave up on trying to get it to stop bleeding, and painted the shellac over the blood that started to fill the crease of my nail, so I had dried blood permanently in my polish. I was really uncomfortable with having the uv light device resting precariously on my lap. If it were to fall into the pool of water my feet were sitting in, that would be bad news. Pros:The lady who did my toes was amazing.(I want to say her name was Evelyn, but I can't remember). She was very kind, and did an incredible job. 19 days later, my toes still look great. The manager was very helpful when I told him that I wasn't happy with my manicure, and he gave me a partial refund when I showed him my cuticles. I felt really bad telling them, because I didn't want to get the girl in trouble, but my finger were actually throbbing, and even over 2 weeks later, my cuticles still haven't healed. So, I'm note sure if I'll be giving this salon another chance. The manager invited me back so he could fix the nail that had blood in the polish, but I'm not sure I want to risk it. Read Less
