The owner Joe is amazing! He takes his time to make sure each nail is perfect. I always leave with amazing nails that last for 3 plus weeks!

Ive been coming here for years and never had a problem. Recently i got acrylic done and it was the worst experience. And im NOT picky. But when im Spending 55$ for nails. They should be good. She didnt soak my nails, trim the cuticle, or even shape my nails..she just popped the acrylic on, and they were rigged and bumpy and not straight. And tried to talk me out of the color i wanted. Im gonna give them one more shot. Maybe in the mornings better. And see how it goes.

The worst customer service. The lady rushed me to pick a color and when I picked a really cute color she made me change it. I asked why but could not understand her at all so I was just like whatever. She took a very long time and once my nails were done she said it would take ten minutes to dry. Ten minutes later they were not dry. So I waited another ten minutes. They were closing so I reached in my purse to grab money and my nail got messed up. I told the lady that did my nails and she got mad and freaked out. While she was fixing that nail she wasn't being careful so she ruined my other nail. She didn't care about the quality, she re-did them really fast. They weren't perfected at all but I felt bad so I didn't make her do another thing. My nails still weren't dry after 30 minutes but I had to leave because they closed. After an HOUR they were finally dry. This was the worst experience of getting my nails done. Really bad customer service and I wouldn't recommend anyone to this salon. Also another thing, she was really rough with filing my nails she made 2 of my fingers bleed. She wasn't careful or caring.

They had good service but when I went there, I asked for coffin shape and the person doing my nails said he couldn’t do it. He went and got another worker to do the shape. Also throughout the time of me being there, they kept getting up while in the middle of doing my nails. They would get up and talk to other workers and people then come back, then get up and come back. It took twice as long as it should have. Also, after about a week I went to pull my pants up and one of my nails came off. Then I went to put my shoe on and another one came off. There acrylics are NOT very good at all.

Was quoted $55 via phone and left paying much higher price. $84 for simple gel nails. ...
First time here. Not relaxing, had one gal doing my nails while another was doing my toes. Pedi water was cold.
Was quoted $55 via phone and left paying much higher price. $84 for simple gel nails. Rip off they charge for every little thing, where most places include the gel/French into the price. Plus the gals didn't speak English so you couldn't communicate with them about the cost. Save your money and find a different nail salon.
I will never be back.

Excellent service, I tried a lot of salons in Vancouver and today decided to try this salon because my girl friend referenced me. Guess what absolutely correct decision. ladies took their time to do a great job, very on time for my appointment! Love this place, for sure will come back

The young Asian guy gives the best pedicures and amazing foot and leg massages... Have gotten lucky the last 2 times and got him for my pedicures. Great job!!

Super, comfortable massage chairs with feet in soaker tub. Great staff. Very relaxed atmosphere. Manicure or pedicure price includes a beverage. No appointment needed. No overwhelming smell in shop. Great for going with a friend. They also have a little princess chair for a child. Reasonable prices.

I first started coming here years ago and they were very good!! Always took a long time, but were very good. Just recently though they have been extremely rude, have taken a very long time to help even after I made an appointment, and were clearly talking trash about me and my little sister. I am not happy and most likely won't be going back.

Ive been coming here for years and never had a problem. Recently i got acrylic done and it was the worst experience. And im NOT picky. But when im Spending 55$ for nails. They should be good. She didnt soak my nails, trim the cuticle, or even shape my nails..she just popped the acrylic on, and they were rigged and bumpy and not straight. And tried to talk me out of the color i wanted. Im gonna give them one more shot. Maybe in the mornings better. And see how it goes.

The worst customer service. The lady rushed me to pick a color and when I picked a really cute color she made me change it. I asked why but could not understand her at all so I was just like whatever. She took a very long time and once my nails were done she said it would take ten minutes to dry. Was quoted $55 via phone and left paying much higher price. $84 for simple gel nails. Rip off they charge for every little thing, where most places include the gel/French into the price. Plus the gals didn't speak English so you couldn't communicate with them about the cost. Save your money and find a different nail salon.

I first started coming here years ago and they were very good!! Always took a long time, but were very good. Just recently though they have been extremely rude, have taken a very long time to help even after I made an appointment, and were clearly talking trash about me and my little sister. I am not happy and most likely won't be going back.
