Please do not waste your time and money here. Terrible customer service, terrible work, terrible business sense. I had requested a gel fill with two nails needing to be fixed. The girl put on acrylic tips, even though I wanted gel, and then didn't blend the tip in. One broke off the following day, and two more the next day. It took almost two hours for her to add two thin layers of gel, and called it a day. They're refusing to fix my nails!!! I'm shocked and disappointed that this is how they're treating a customer. Really friendly service for a nail salon in Airdrie. I went somewhere else first and they ended up messing my nails so bad, the girls at pure xscape put an extra layer of gel on my own nails which they called an overlay or something. Anyways it has helped my nails really improve overall and I am able to get my artificial and beautiful long nails again. This is the first time I have been back to this salon since the ownership change. I went for a gel pedicure and lower leg wax before my vacation in Mexico. My gel polish was unevenly applied as well as on my skin around almost all toenails. My lower leg wax took much longer than it should have but I was thinking 'well, she's doing a great job'! No such luck, when I bathed the next morning, I found that I needed to shave all the missed spots before we left for Mexico!! I will be looking for a new salon. Read Less

Used to be amazing, until new management. Booked manicure and pedicure for my mom and I and they didn't book enough staff to have them done at same time, same girl did both our feet and both our nails and we were there for hours. Had mine and my daughters nails done here. Charged me 210$ and there were streaks in my toes with no top coat. It had ripples in it and I had to buff and level all of my daughters when we got home because hers were bubbling. Do not recommend at all ! Read Less

They were friendly and accommodating however!!! Had a pedicure and my sister had a gel set put on. Both were terrible applied. My shellac bubbled and chipped the next day. If it wasn’t smeared on my cuticles it was unevenly applied and the clear coat didn’t even cover their colour underneath. And there was next to nothing for a massage. The gels were lumpy and and several tips were too small for my nails leaving the edges a mess after. My gf and I go in for a pedicure every 2 week completely pleased with the quality of the salon and the management itself. Everything was very good. They made me feel comfortable even though I usually get nervous getting pedicures with my gf. I bought her a $200 gift card cuz she loved their service so much. Read Less

Everyone was exceptional to us , even with a large group , we all got everything done in a timely fashion including Henna Tattoos ! I've been going there for about 2 years now and honestly have never seen the spa in a better condition. Everything looks neat and clean. No more dust on the tables and what not. As far as the services are concerned I could not be happier. They actually dropped prices and I feel like the quality of the product they are using now is better than it used to be. My shellac lasted me 2 weeks and I literally tried peeling it at home and couldn't so I went back to get it removed. The...y have lovely staff and seem to be adding new services as they establish their business. It is our duty as human beings to support other humans who are trying establish a living and some of the comments on here are so fake. You guys need to go in and try the place out yourselves in order to be proper judges. I will definitely continue referring my family and friends to this spa cause the price and services are like no other salon or spa I have been to in Airdrie so far...and like I said I've been going here for 2 years now. As much as I wanted to love this place since it's the only one on the island, I didn't. Pretty sure I was told a different price (less) than what I was actually charged. $50 for a regular pedi and shellac mani. Got them done Saturday and shellac is peeling on Monday. What a waste of money! Took almost 2 hours and wasn't even done right. Cuticles were clipped to the point of bleeding and painting was very sloppy and rushed towards the end because new costumers came in. Place is also a little dirty. I didn't get the impression that all tools used on me were sanitized as they did my mani on a rag where someone else's nail clippings were still on and actually saw them grab a buffer that I saw them use on someone else before me. Recently made a same day appointment for a pedicure at our one and only nail salon, because I was just too lazy to leave the island and go to my usual place in West Seattle.So glad I tried it! The owner and her daughter were very nice, and super accommodating. There are only 4 adult pedicure stations, and one child station. As well, there are 3 or 4 manicure stations. The decor is bland, but the space is clean. There is also a small room toward the back where they do waxing and other skin care services. Since I didn't know that when I'd made my appointment, after my pedicure was done I asked if they had time to do a lip wax. They did, and I was in/out of that additional service in no time (and with no burning or rash for my trouble).Will definitely be back, and who knows? Maybe they'll even replace my go-to spot off island. I'd sure prefer to support and frequent my LOCAL businesses. Guess I'll have to make another appointment soon!CASH (or local check) only! Read Less
