I haven't even received any services here yet. I have called THREE TIMES during business hours, and always get a recording. I have left a message each time, but have never received a call back. I went by the shop during business hours once, but it was closed with no sign explaining why, or saying when it would be open again. I made an appt a week ago for a mani-pedi. I specifically asked the person on the phone who I would be seeing. They said they would set me up with someone when I came in. Ummm, ok, not something I am used to for a long appt like that. So I went in and there was only ONE person in there and she was already with someone. SHE asked me who I had the appt with. Oh! The person who made my appointment didn't tell the people who work there that there is an appointment made? HOW LOVELY. "I can get to you in about an hour. Let me see if I can call someone else in. I don't know who else is coming in." NO. That is horribly unprofessional and I will never go back there again. I don't give a crap that someone had a car accident. I came in with sad feet and left with happy feet.Dawn was fun and attentive. Being a guy, going into a nail salon for his first pedicure can be uncomfortable. I got a great pedicure and had a few laughs with the lovely clientele. Great vibes in Uptown Vancouver is happening right here inside Uptown Fingers and Toes. The best, I will be back soon. Without a doubt, this was the best pedicure experience I have ever had. My friend and I walked in, and Dawn and Rachel were able to squeeze us in right away. I live in the Seattle area for but was in town to be in a friends wedding. I looked on yelp to find a good salon and Dawn had all perfect reviews. I decided I would have her do my nails for the wedding. She has a cute comfortable salon and she was very sweet!! I really enjoyed getting to know her while I was there. She did a great job. I did not feel rushed at all. Her prices are affordable for the service that you get.  If I am in Vancouver again and looking to get my nails done, I will definitely go back to her. Although I would love to get MY nails done in this comfortable environment, as a full time Janitor, my buddies would never let me live it down. So I did the next best thing and got an appointment for my wife. Dawn is a very nice person who can talk to anyone and make them feel like an old friend, and the nails looked good too! Read Less
