Great Salon!!! I truly recommend any nail technician but today I was helped by Jenny. She was so fun, easy to talk to and vibrant! She was very detailed! Took the time to round, grind and file each nail. She even made sure to pull the acrylic apart from the skin, leaving them comfortable and natural looking. After i told her I work a desk job, she was cautious of the length in order to make my job more comfortable. They got me in right away, offerer me a drink which really impressed me, and made my birthday nail adventure that much better! The salon is adorable, they cater to your needs and desires. I went here today for the first and last time. I got a shellac manicure and I'm embarrassed for anyone to see my nails. They're wavy, uneven coats, bubbly... and they look like they're outgrown about a week. It doesn't look like a professional manicure at all. I will not be returning. Read Less

I happen to find Queen nails after my usual shop closed. I was very lucky to happen to make an appointment at Queen nails. The stuff there is very pleasant, they are reasonably priced, and they are very cutting-edge with their products! They have all of the new polishes and new ways to make nails look beautiful. I called ahead and made an appt. they were busy, but I got in right at my time! This has not been the case at most other salons I've been to, so that alone impressed me. I am going to come back soon because I truly think they're a unique salon and I'm impressed by the reviews and photos. Unfortunately I came here for a holo manicure and I was disappointed, but I think it was only because of the nail tech. She was friendly and very nice but she seemed very distracted and she was spacing out looking through the window. My nails had dents, and she did not make sure to get the holo powder to cover the tips and sides of the nails, and she did not cover the sides with a top coat. Because of this the black base was exposed on the sides (I discovered this when I got home) and the places that weren't sealed with a topcoat chipped very easily. This could've been avoided with a more careful technician so I hope my next trip will be better. Read Less

I used to go the Queen's nails when it was under old owner...usually very dirty/dusty but Daniel did great nails. I have been going here since they took over ownership! The difference is amazing. The shop is ALWAYS clean and bright. They recently renovated, new chairs fixtures etc. Linda and Kim are outstanding professionals. These ladies speak great English so I never have to "guess" if they understand my needs. The owner is very sweet & always welcomes me and I love the results. Always the best service here! Friendly and meticulous staff, with reasonable prices. Every time I go in there they give me exactly what I'm looking for, including cleaning up the cuticle and shaping the nail to my specific liking. I got a full set of acrylic nails. When she was putting on the tips i told her numerous times they're too big and cutting the sides of my fingers. She laughed at me. I was the only one in there and toward the end another customer came in so she ended up rushing the filing because apparently she was the only one who could help her and the other 3 girls in there couldn't. My nails were all uneven and when painted it looked like I had a weeks' worth of re-growth already! Another girl took over and fixed them up for me and they looked so much better. I was in there for 2 HOURS. Now 5 days later, they're already lifting and coming off. After 5 days and spending $50 I'm going to have to pay another $30 just to get what should have been done in the first place. Never going back again. Read Less

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I went in without an appointment. I was greeted by a woman that was with another client, but she was still warm and welcoming. Often, you walk into a nail shop and it doesn't always feel welcoming. Queen nails was far from this. I knew who was speaking to me, she made eye contact, greeted me, asked what I needed and asked if I was available to wait. SURE! :) She started my nails (I didn't catch her name. Assuming she's the owner...) Linda finished them. They both made sure my nails were to my liking. You can see from previous review pictures that they are meticulous, which is why I tried Queen Nails. I am not disappointed. Linda paid attention and knew what she was doing. The space is cute and clean and didn't smell like fumes. My nails look FABULOUS and clean and exactly how I like them. Yay! By far the worst French shellac nails I have ever had. Not even slightly even, they were filed after, which has broken the seal and left a bumpy uneven surface. Not one but of effort was put into them. Read Less

I really wanted to love this place, I truly did but I can't lie. I scheduled a same day appointment for a Shellac Manicure. I came in early, they seated me which is where the 2 stars come from. I was willing to wait but they weren't busy at all. I sat down, picked a color and we got started. Unfortunately, my nail tech was tired and in a rush for some reason so my nails look pretty crappy. There are air bubbles, lint and other things in the polish. My nail tech didn't push back my cuticles on one hand or file my nails. My hand/arm massage was half done and she forgot to turn on the nail light several times. Their card machine was down so they asked me to go to Dollar Tree to get cash back. Dollar Tree just so happens to only give $10, $20, $50 cash back so I go back to tell them. They tried to talk me into getting $50 back and giving me change... No. I'm not withdrawing $50. They tell me to get $20 out and bring back $5 at a later time... They're kidding, I hope but no. They aren't. They ask me to bring it back next time because they assumed I was a happy customer that would return. I never used to get my nails done but to help me break my bad nail biting habit, I've started. I've been giving different salons chances to WOW me and I have yet to come across one this bad. This is all after they tried to talk me into getting fake nails. I started to think because I wasn't paying them for a full set, they just brushed me off like I wasn't paying at all. Oh, but a full acrylic set costs the same as a shellac manicure. The ladies were very nice. The shop was clean. However the nails did not turn out nice. After paying $80 for a mani/pedi, my Jewel design fell off the same day because she used an adhesive not meant for nails. The solar gel has to be applied first to hold the jewel and covered with clear gel so it doesn't snag, but they reused to listen - even though I've had this done a hundred time elsewhere. They replaced it the next day, however it came off again which has never happened to me, let alone twice in a row. I don't want to go back a 3rd time for the same problem. Really disappointed. Today I had a pedicure and although there were more people coming in throughout the time I was there not once did the girl rush, she spent a great deal of time and effort doing my pedicure which is something I haven't had for at least 2 years. Today was my first visit, only $15 for a fill-in acrylic. I really enjoyed the ambiance, it was quiet, and relaxing. You get a free soda while getting your nails done! I'll be back. :)I also returned a few days later to get a pedicure, for only $22 you get paraben wax on your feet with an incredible massage, and exfoliating scrub. For $5 extra you can get the callus remover! Totally worth it. The owner is so nice! Read Less
