I have been coming to Chelsea at Pampered Salon & Spa for the past 2 years every 3 months for Brazilian Blowout and I will continue doing so! They are the best way to pamper myself- my hair is curly and the ends straight (which I find to be so awkward lol). I come here and leave with the smoothest, shiniest, silkiest hair and can finally leave the house again without having to tamper it with hot tools.
So far I've sent my sister, my best friend, and my coworker here and they thank me all the time! I'm in and out in an hour and a half, just like that! The salon is clean, modern, and the hairstylists always answer any of my questions. OH, and I get a trim with my blowout which keeps my split ends off and gives me a fresh healthy look. They do the best work for the best price in town. Quit looking my friends, and stop by this piece of heaven! Say bye bye to frizzy, dry hair!

Wonderful experience getting my hair and makeup done here for my wedding last month.
One of the biggest decision makers for me in choosing this salon is that they open at 8am on Saturdays. That was a life saver for me! Of course it helped that the reviews were also great, so I called Chelsea to discuss my situation and book the 8am slot for my hair styling.
I live overseas so was nervous about just showing up on the day, but Chelsea allayed my fears and had me email through some sample photos of how I pictured my bridal hair. My impression was so good, I also decided to have them do my bridal makeup.
I arrived in Vancouver about a week before the wedding, and asked if I could do a trial run of the hair and makeup a few days in advance. They were happy to accommodate, and did not even ask for a higher price because of it. In fact I found the prices very reasonable.
Thanks so much Chelsea for doing my hair so beautifully for my wedding, and thanks so much to Ashley for doing such a beautiful job on my bridal makeup! You gals are awesome! If I lived in the area I would not hesitate to revisit Pampered Salon & Spa.

It's been a pleasure to work with the ladies at Pampered Salon & Spa. We use Pampered Salon & Spa's bridal services for our DJ service company Pure Entertainment in Vancouver, WA. We are proud to feature this salon on our website.
We have been working together for two and a half years offering DJ and Beauty Services on-site at multiple weddings in the Portland/Vancouver metro area. Our clients have been more then happy with their hair and makeup, they even became clients of Pampered Salon & Spa. Wedding season is almost there, get ready ladies!

I'm really confused and pretty disappointed with how this turned out. I went in for an all over lightening and balayage. I showed Chelsea a picture and she said she didn't think she could get my hair quite as light as what was in the picture but she could definitely get it lighter. I explicitly said I didn't want yellow/brassy hair and I didn't want dark brown roots. She left my roots dark brown (close to black) and gave me the brassiest blonde hair I've ever seen and kept calling it caramel. I paid $300 and regrettably tipped because she was nice. Everyone I tell and show my hair to said I was taken advantage of. I paid to look like I bleached my own hair 8 months ago. Even the balayage part is blotchy. Idk if she charged me the full $40 for my haircut. She cut off an inch from my hair and forgot to add long layers by my face. It looks so bad and I'm really embarrassed i did this. Going to a different salon to fix this.

Had a Groupon so gave this place a try. So disappointed. Ashley did my partial highlight and cut. She's young and I'm guessing does not have much experience based on my experience. They upsell you off the bat - $20 extra for lowlights and $10 extra for an olaplex deep conditioner she said would be better than the conditioning treatment included in the Groupon. The experience at the salon was ok and my hair looked ok until I got home the next day and washed it. My hair is totally fried. Completely dried out, breaking, looks awful. I have been highlighting my hair at the salon for years and years and my hair has never been in this damaged state. I'm completely upset and disappointed. The cut is blatantly crooked with longer pieces sticking out everywhere. It's flat with no shine or volume and the color looks drab. So unhappy.

My only regret is waiting so long to go here. I am so glad I finally made the change! Chelsea did an AMAZING job on my hair...paid attention to details and was so meticulous. She definitely cares about what you want...and has the skills to do it. I have a ton of hair that's naturally curly...and Chelsea handled it like a champ. I arrived home and my husband immediately said "WOW!!" He loves it too. Ashley cut my son's hair as well and he loves it! Plus the location...no matte...r where in Vancouver you are coming from this is convenient! I was able to pick up my son from high school and get there super fast! Excellent parking lot space...and a beautiful salon. I especially appreciate the flexible scheduling options and text message reminders...this is very helpful to have a place where I can schedule appointments easily. I was a little nervous about getting this process done here or anywhere, since I have always had this treatment done with my old hairstylist at a different salon. Since the time I called to schedule for an appointment the staff was friendly and accommodating, Chelsea listened to what I wanted, gave me the cut I asked for and the Brazilian Blowout was probably the best one I've ever had. I have now found my new hairstylist, here at Pampered salon and spa!!

Just want to start off by saying that I NEVER post bad reviews but this place deserves one! And one star is too much. I left that place with greasy hair (from too much product) after my hair was cut and styled. Once I got home I was able to see the horror that was unleashed on my hair! It wasn't even cut the same length across! It's diagonal!! And there are a few strands that were missed and were a good 4 inches longer than the rest. I wish I would have paid attention before leaving the salon because I'll now have to pay someone else to fix this nightmare! So glad I opted to not do any color, can't imagine how that would've turned out. The olapex treament wasn't that great either. I barely got washed out and the chair/washing bowl was insanely uncomfortable. Only plus? The place was nice looking and there was a free bottle of water offered to me.

Chelsea gave me great advice since I haven't really decided on the haircut and what I was going for, but she was very nice about it and gave me really good suggestions. She was very thorough with my haircut and I loved it.
For the color, I didn't want to do any damage to my hair so we went with a dark ash color that doesn't require bleaching. I loved how my hair turned out in the end and would definitely pay them another visit.
Hair cuts for female here is $35 and for male $20
Since I didn't require any bleaching, coloring was $95 with a haircut for me.

Could have gone to great clips as she just cut straight across with no shape & uneven & no real discussion of what I wanted except for how many inches to snip off. Deep condition consisted of doubling up on regular conditioner and manhandling it through my hair in the process. Ouch! Young, sassy with attitude when I requested more attention to the haircut. Other than that, friendly owners, clean small strip mall location. Did not leave feeling pampered.

But after a day of being cut and colored I love it!! And nails are only $25 if Ashley does them. I would recommend going to get super friendly service and made it more comfortable they also have tv's to watch while your getting your done.

I went to see Chelsea for some new color on a whim & walked out with my favorite dye job I've ever had. As someone who's been getting My Little Pony style hair color since '99 or so, that's saying a lot!
I came in with hair with multiple faded colors, different levels of lift, some virgin grow out, and ends that have been bleached 6+ times. And yet, I got an amazing, bold creation, some trimming of the ends without losing my hard-fought length, and soft hair my fingers glide through. Brilliant.
The salon itself is also nice & inviting, and all the staff were courteous & acted like I'd been coming there for years. I'll definitely be back.

I made an appointment to get my haircut and a highlight done with a Groupon and I came in and it took the lady 2 1/2 hours to cut my hair and she didn't even finish. She had to send me home with an unfinished haircut because she had other customers waiting. She told me to come back the next day at 10 AM and at 9:15 when I'm about to head out the door she Texts me and canceled her appointment. She rescheduled it for 2 days later. Then that day she texted me and canceled it again! so at this point I've gone four days with an unfinished haircut and can't get into see anybody to have them fix it and finish the Groupon that I purchased. She ended up getting me my money back from Groupon, but that place was the most ridiculous salon I've ever had to deal with.

A friend of mine introduced me to Chelsea at Pampered Salon & Spa and she's simply the best. Ever since she started to work magic on my hair, I've been getting compliments nonstop. The shop is a little difficult to find, as it's on the backside of the shopping complex away from the road, but it was sure worth it.Melissa was able to accommodate both me and my 7-year-old daughter the same day. We're both very happy with our haircuts. My hair was washed, deep conditioned with heat, cut in long layers and styled just the way I wanted. I got comments right away... even my husband noticed, LOL.

The salon is clean, modern, and the hairstylists always answer any of my questions. OH, and I get a trim with my blowout which keeps my split ends off and gives me a fresh healthy look. Wonderful experience getting my hair and makeup done here for my wedding last month.
One of the biggest decision makers for me in choosing this salon is that they open at 8am on Saturdays. That was a life saver for me! Of course it helped that the reviews were also great, so I called Chelsea to discuss my situation and book the 8am slot for my hair styling.
I live overseas so was nervous about just showing up on the day, but Chelsea allayed my fears and had me email through some sample photos of how I pictured my bridal hair. My impression was so good, I also decided to have them do my bridal makeup.
I arrived in Vancouver about a week before the wedding, and asked if I could do a trial run of the hair and makeup a few days in advance. They were happy to accommodate, and did not even ask for a higher price because of it. In fact I found the prices very reasonable.
Thanks so much Chelsea for doing my hair so beautifully for my wedding, and thanks so much to Ashley for doing such a beautiful job on my bridal makeup! You gals are awesome! If I lived in the area I would not hesitate to revisit Pampered Salon & Spa.

I'm really confused and pretty disappointed with how this turned out. I went in for an all over lightening and balayage. I showed Chelsea a picture and she said she didn't think she could get my hair quite as light as what was in the picture but she could definitely get it lighter. I explicitly said I didn't want yellow/brassy hair and I didn't want dark brown roots. She left my roots dark brown (close to black) and gave me the brassiest blonde hair I've ever seen and kept calling it caramel. I paid $300 and regrettably tipped because she was nice. Everyone I tell and show my hair to said I was taken advantage of. I paid to look like I bleached my own hair 8 months ago. Even the balayage part is blotchy. Idk if she charged me the full $40 for my haircut. She cut off an inch from my hair and forgot to add long layers by my face. It looks so bad and I'm really embarrassed i did this. Going to a different salon to fix this.

Had a Groupon so gave this place a try. So disappointed. Ashley did my partial highlight and cut. She's young and I'm guessing does not have much experience based on my experience. They upsell you off the bat - $20 extra for lowlights and $10 extra for an olaplex deep conditioner she said would be better than the conditioning treatment included in the Groupon. The experience at the salon was ok and my hair looked ok until I got home the next day and washed it. My hair is totally fried. Completely dried out, breaking, looks awful. I have been highlighting my hair at the salon for years and years and my hair has never been in this damaged state. I'm completely upset and disappointed. The cut is blatantly crooked with longer pieces sticking out everywhere. It's flat with no shine or volume and the color looks drab. So unhappy.

She definitely cares about what you want...and has the skills to do it. I have a ton of hair that's naturally curly...and Chelsea handled it like a champ. I arrived home and my husband immediately said "WOW!!" He loves it too. Ashley cut my son's hair as well and he loves it! Plus the location...no matte...r where in Vancouver you are coming from this is convenient! I was able to pick up my son from high school and get there super fast! Excellent parking lot space...and a beautiful salon. I especially appreciate the flexible scheduling options and text message reminders...this is very helpful to have a place where I can schedule appointments easily. I was a little nervous about getting this process done here or anywhere, since I have always had this treatment done with my old hairstylist at a different salon. Since the time I called to schedule for an appointment the staff was friendly and accommodating, Chelsea listened to what I wanted, gave me the cut I asked for and the Brazilian Blowout was probably the best one I've ever had. I have now found my new hairstylist, here at Pampered salon and spa!!

Just want to start off by saying that I NEVER post bad reviews but this place deserves one! And one star is too much. I left that place with greasy hair (from too much product) after my hair was cut and styled. Once I got home I was able to see the horror that was unleashed on my hair! It wasn't even cut the same length across! It's diagonal!! And there are a few strands that were missed and were a good 4 inches longer than the rest. I wish I would have paid attention before leaving the salon because I'll now have to pay someone else to fix this nightmare! So glad I opted to not do any color, can't imagine how that would've turned out. The olapex treament wasn't that great either. I barely got washed out and the chair/washing bowl was insanely uncomfortable. Only plus? The place was nice looking and there was a free bottle of water offered to me.

Chelsea gave me great advice since I haven't really decided on the haircut and what I was going for, but she was very nice about it and gave me really good suggestions. She was very thorough with my haircut and I loved it.
For the color, I didn't want to do any damage to my hair so we went with a dark ash color that doesn't require bleaching. I loved how my hair turned out in the end and would definitely pay them another visit.
Hair cuts for female here is $35 and for male $20
Since I didn't require any bleaching, coloring was $95 with a haircut for me.

Could have gone to great clips as she just cut straight across with no shape & uneven & no real discussion of what I wanted except for how many inches to snip off. Deep condition consisted of doubling up on regular conditioner and manhandling it through my hair in the process. Ouch! Young, sassy with attitude when I requested more attention to the haircut. Other than that, friendly owners, clean small strip mall location. Did not leave feeling pampered.

But after a day of being cut and colored I love it!! And nails are only $25 if Ashley does them. I would recommend going to get super friendly service and made it more comfortable they also have tv's to watch while your getting your done.

I went to see Chelsea for some new color on a whim & walked out with my favorite dye job I've ever had. As someone who's been getting My Little Pony style hair color since '99 or so, that's saying a lot!
I came in with hair with multiple faded colors, different levels of lift, some virgin grow out, and ends that have been bleached 6+ times. And yet, I got an amazing, bold creation, some trimming of the ends without losing my hard-fought length, and soft hair my fingers glide through. Brilliant.
The salon itself is also nice & inviting, and all the staff were courteous & acted like I'd been coming there for years. I'll definitely be back.

I made an appointment to get my haircut and a highlight done with a Groupon and I came in and it took the lady 2 1/2 hours to cut my hair and she didn't even finish. She had to send me home with an unfinished haircut because she had other customers waiting. She told me to come back the next day at 10 AM and at 9:15 when I'm about to head out the door she Texts me and canceled her appointment. She rescheduled it for 2 days later. Then that day she texted me and canceled it again! so at this point I've gone four days with an unfinished haircut and can't get into see anybody to have them fix it and finish the Groupon that I purchased. She ended up getting me my money back from Groupon, but that place was the most ridiculous salon I've ever had to deal with.

The shop is a little difficult to find, as it's on the backside of the shopping complex away from the road, but it was sure worth it.Melissa was able to accommodate both me and my 7-year-old daughter the same day. We're both very happy with our haircuts. My hair was washed, deep conditioned with heat, cut in long layers and styled just the way I wanted. I got comments right away... even my husband noticed, LOL.

Long hair in my late 40's can be hard to keep looking healthy. Chelsea recommended a Brazilian Blowout. I am blown away by the results. Shiny, smooth and easier to style. I love it.
