I came here after having a horrible experience at another location and was met by Justin. I let him know that I was just looking for a pedicure and to remove my shellac. he asked me why I didn't want to get color and I explain to him what had happened. He was so understanding and took time to explain to me about a new dipping powder and how I would really love it. He convinced me to go ahead and give it a try and he was so right!
First my pedicure was amazing. He took his time and had my hand soaking while he worked on my feet and help me pick a color that matched the color I had picked for my nail. I asked for a design and he gave me something simple and elegant which I thought was very nice. When we started on my hands I let him know that my real nails were very important to me and that I suffer from arthritis so I need a gentle hand. He was very gentle and explain to me step-by-step what he was doing since I had never had it done before. He was careful not to ruin my nails anymore than they were already and he let me know what I could expect with the new product he was using.
It has been 3 weeks now and I will be going back and taking my whole family to get Services here. I even recommended him to somebody that was new in town and was looking for a new place for their nails. I'm only speaking for Justin as he is the only person that I have had work on my nails. I highly recommend him. The place is nice and clean very beautifully decorated their chairs are comfortable and prices are fair. I have gotten many compliments on my nails and my natural nails feel strong and don't hurt anymore.

They put so much effort into my nails, and they look so good! They are very friendly, and listen to what you need and want. Other places I've been are no where near the talent and skill of these ladie...
They put so much effort into my nails, and they look so good! They are very friendly, and listen to what you need and want. Other places I've been are no where near the talent and skill of these ladies and gentleman. I highly recommend coming here if you're in the area, they are so worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I walked in on a whim today to get a full set. I was taken right away and Joanne did my nails. She took her time with application, filing, and shaping and my nails look great. Joanne did such a great and precise job polishing my nails and took her time to polish all of the nail without missing the sides which seems to be common for me when I choose to have a nail tech polish my acrylics. Thank you for the gorgeous nails, Joanne!

I've never waited more than ten minutes to be seated and not once asked to return later. I got the natural pedicure with the hot stone massage today I think her name was Harley but I might be mistaken...
I've never waited more than ten minutes to be seated and not once asked to return later. I got the natural pedicure with the hot stone massage today I think her name was Harley but I might be mistaken, she was super nice and asked if the massage pressure was enough on my legs (it was perfect!) she hit all the pressure points on my feet it making it super relaxing. I've been getting my nails done by Nancy and she suggested the dip method today instead of gel polish. I chose ombré French tip and I've been obsessed with how they turned out. She's amazing!

I was recommended to oasis by a close friend, and with nail salons i always do my research. This salon lives up to the hype! I got a full set of acrylics by the lovely Joanne and couldn't be happier, she is very talented and paid attention to detail. She put a lot of effort into my set, no rushing whatsoever despite it being close to closing time which I appreciated greatly. Everything at the salon itself felt welcoming, clean and professional! I'll be going back for next time for sure :).

I used to have a problem with my nails tearing and breaking, but not anymore. I will never go to another nail salon again - this is by far the best one in Vancouver. I trust them completely!

We are full time RVers and I always go to yelp to find a good nail salon based on the reviews. Since we are traveling all over the U. S. It can be difficult to find those with all the boxes checked! I called and specifically asked for the SNS nail dipping powder and they knew what I was talking about!! I made my appointment and met my nail Tech Justin. He did a great job without any hesitation I would recommend him. I like a short active style French nails and got what I expected. We are in the area for a month or 2 so I will go back for retouch and a pedi. Ask for Justin!

My first time going here was a decent experience. My second and last time was horrible. Two of the four people working there were very rude, mainly the man that did my nails. I felt very rushed to choose my nail color and ended up choosing a shade I'm not fond of as a result. The man who did my nails kept getting mad at me about where my fingers were slipping and even though he kind of pushed them into the paper towel, causing him to have to re-do a nail halfway through the process, he had the nerve to rudely say, "what have you done now?" He was getting upset with me throughout the ENTIRE process. I never write reviews but I did for this place to warn anyone that if you are curious about going here, I advise to be prepared to be treated in an unfriendly rushed manner. And on top of it, the guy really did a crappy job on my nails. I am never going back. So go to this place at your own risk.

After trying several establishments in the Hazel Dell area after moving here, I've finally found my go to nail spa here at Oasis. I've been coming here for almost a year now, the staff is super friendly, always accommodating, & if you call ahead you always never have to wait. The bonus, my nails & toes always look amazing and stay beautiful longer than ever before. The parking lot is easy to maneuver, not to mention all the great shops in the area. Cheers!! Oasis Nails.

I used to love this place, but it has changed and there were all new people. While the woman I had doing my nails was removing my old gel polish, a man walks over (not the normal guy who used to be there that I liked) walked up, pulled out a dirty looking power tool they use to remove acrylics, and proceeds to "sand" off not only my nail polish, but parts of the top layer of my nail AND my skin above the cuticle on several of my nails. Which all bled for 2 days off and on afterward. This is despite me telling him several times "I have very thin nails", and " ouch!!! Every time he sanded my skin with that dirty tool. I used to go here all the time. Now I will never go back, and I will warn everyone I know.

I had a bad experience there. There is a guy who I have not seen before who walked over to the lady who was taking off my old gel polish, he acted frustrated because she was taking too long to remove it. He reached below the table and brought out the "power tool sander deal", I don't know what it's called, but it was dirty and you could visibly see this. He proceeded to sand off my old gel polish along with parts of the top layer of my nail, and kept sanding my skin just above the cuticle on 3 of my fingers, which not only hurt badly, but continued to bleed off and on for 2 days. I can not tell you how discussing this is, and I hope I don't get an infection. I kept telling him to be careful as my nails are very thin and he was hurting me when he touched my skin, but he kept going saying "ouch. Sorry". I will never go back! I will include pictures.

I'm giving this place two stars because Nancy does a great job but she is hardly ever available when I need her. However, I was desperate the other day and came in as a walk in. "Justin" (I think that's his name) was doing my nails and it was literally the worst hour of my day. He was SO rude! He kept getting mad at me for not relaxing my hand enough. He literally smacked my arm for leaning over to look at the girls nail color next to me. He was huffing and puffing the whole time and I honestly was appalled and embarrassed because he yelled at me and it startled me. He told me that he wished he could take my hand off of my body and work on it and put it back. It was obvious he was talking about me and laughing with the other nail techs in Vietnamese. He just made me so uncomfortable. I'll never come back here because of him. There used to be another guy that worked there too who did my nails and he was rude too. I can't say anything about the other women who work here but whatever you do don't get your nails done by Justin. Horrible customer service. I came here a few months ago and was wondering why another woman refused to get her nails done by him and waited for one of the women to be free. Now I know. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.EDIT: After reading this review Justin reached out to me to apologize. I have since found a different nail tech but appreciate the apology and trust him when he says he will work on communication with his clients. Thanks Justin.

I was previously impressed by the way they do nails here but my daughter and I made the mistake of going after 4:00 in the afternoon on a Saturday and not only do my nails look terrible, both technicians were super rude to us! I tried to show my tech how I wanted my nails shaped, he took the file out of my hands and got a pair of clippers and literally cut the corners off, assuming I wanted them super rounded. Which I did not..! Then he proceeded to tell me, "well it's too late now" after I told him that wasn't the shape I wanted. Yeah.... I'm a bit frustrated and we won't be going back. I spent $85 for my nails to look like crap! Anyone know a good tech in Vancouver that can fix these ugly things?

I've loved every service I've had from here! I am going on vacation soon and was thinking about using a Groupon to go somewhere else. But each of the technicians do a wonderful job and I wanted to go somewhere that I KNEW would do a good job. I'm so glad that I decided to come back to them!

Love this place! They always do a great job. It's definitely my go-to nail salon in Vancouver. The place is clean, the staff is nice.. no complaints!

My first time going here was a decent experience. My second and last time was horrible. Two of the four people working there were very rude, mainly the man that did my nails. I felt very rushed to choose my nail color and ended up choosing a shade I'm not fond of as a result. The man who did my nails kept getting mad at me about where my fingers were slipping and even though he kind of pushed them into the paper towel, causing him to have to re-do a nail halfway through the process, he had the nerve to rudely say, "what have you done now?" He was getting upset with me throughout the ENTIRE process. I never write reviews but I did for this place to warn anyone that if you are curious about going here, I advise to be prepared to be treated in an unfriendly rushed manner. And on top of it, the guy really did a crappy job on my nails. I am never going back. So go to this place at your own risk.

After trying several establishments in the Hazel Dell area after moving here, I've finally found my go to nail spa here at Oasis. I've been coming here for almost a year now, the staff is super friendly, always accommodating, & if you call ahead you always never have to wait. The bonus, my nails & toes always look amazing and stay beautiful longer than ever before. The parking lot is easy to maneuver, not to mention all the great shops in the area. Cheers!! Oasis Nails.

I used to love this place, but it has changed and there were all new people. While the woman I had doing my nails was removing my old gel polish, a man walks over (not the normal guy who used to be there that I liked) walked up, pulled out a dirty looking power tool they use to remove acrylics, and proceeds to "sand" off not only my nail polish, but parts of the top layer of my nail AND my skin above the cuticle on several of my nails. Which all bled for 2 days off and on afterward. This is despite me telling him several times "I have very thin nails", and " ouch!!! Every time he sanded my skin with that dirty tool. I used to go here all the time. Now I will never go back, and I will warn everyone I know.

I had a bad experience there. There is a guy who I have not seen before who walked over to the lady who was taking off my old gel polish, he acted frustrated because she was taking too long to remove it. He reached below the table and brought out the "power tool sander deal", I don't know what it's called, but it was dirty and you could visibly see this. He proceeded to sand off my old gel polish along with parts of the top layer of my nail, and kept sanding my skin just above the cuticle on 3 of my fingers, which not only hurt badly, but continued to bleed off and on for 2 days. I can not tell you how discussing this is, and I hope I don't get an infection. I kept telling him to be careful as my nails are very thin and he was hurting me when he touched my skin, but he kept going saying "ouch. Sorry". I will never go back! I will include pictures.

I'm giving this place two stars because Nancy does a great job but she is hardly ever available when I need her. However, I was desperate the other day and came in as a walk in. "Justin" (I think that's his name) was doing my nails and it was literally the worst hour of my day. He was SO rude! He kept getting mad at me for not relaxing my hand enough. He literally smacked my arm for leaning over to look at the girls nail color next to me. He was huffing and puffing the whole time and I honestly was appalled and embarrassed because he yelled at me and it startled me. He told me that he wished he could take my hand off of my body and work on it and put it back. It was obvious he was talking about me and laughing with the other nail techs in Vietnamese. He just made me so uncomfortable. I'll never come back here because of him. There used to be another guy that worked there too who did my nails and he was rude too. I can't say anything about the other women who work here but whatever you do don't get your nails done by Justin. Horrible customer service. I came here a few months ago and was wondering why another woman refused to get her nails done by him and waited for one of the women to be free. Now I know. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.EDIT: After reading this review Justin reached out to me to apologize. I have since found a different nail tech but appreciate the apology and trust him when he says he will work on communication with his clients. Thanks Justin.

I was previously impressed by the way they do nails here but my daughter and I made the mistake of going after 4:00 in the afternoon on a Saturday and not only do my nails look terrible, both technicians were super rude to us! I tried to show my tech how I wanted my nails shaped, he took the file out of my hands and got a pair of clippers and literally cut the corners off, assuming I wanted them super rounded. Which I did not..! Then he proceeded to tell me, "well it's too late now" after I told him that wasn't the shape I wanted. Yeah.... I'm a bit frustrated and we won't be going back. I spent $85 for my nails to look like crap! Anyone know a good tech in Vancouver that can fix these ugly things?

I am disabled (use walker or cane)and I have NEVER been treated so well. Staff was so concerned & kind to make sure I was safe & comfortable getting in & out of pedi chair. Even insisted on putting my socks, ankle brace & shoes on for me! Great pedi, too & reasonable price. Facility itself is pleasant too.

I had eyebrows waxed and nails done. Everything came out beautifully and everyone was so nice. I didn't realize I had come in right as they were closing and they didn't rush or get impatient. I didn't realize they had closed until I was leaving. I was That customer and they were amazing.
