DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIMEWent In for 2 full set this Saturday 7/9/16 @ 1pmI will say that the person that did my friends nails was the manager on shift for Saturday. She sat behind me and I could hear everything she said to my friend. She was talking about other clients that called and complained, and she rushed my friend through. Here's my experience below for my service.1. Wanted to treat my best friend to a nice place to have a full-set put on. Did some yelp research and based off the reviews I thought "sure I'll drive to the other side of town to try this place". Was looking for calm, serene, environment. NOT THIS PLACE.2. Upon arriving through the doors of the salon, I was taken back and the first thought that came to mind was "Sweat Factory". I was not expecting it to be service so many customers, we are talking 30 nail tables, and like 30 pedicure chairs. I felt very uncomfortable the moment I sat down. 3. I wasn't looking to make a new friend but I was hoping to meet a technician that would become my nail gal or guy. My female technician, I don't even know her name because all she said to me was "you want full-set, sit here", after trying to sell me all their extra services, gel, cuticle service, color tips, etc. and me politely declining explaining that I intend to change nail colors once to twice a week and I want to be able to just take off the polish and repaint without issues. That was the end of communication, I tried to make small talk because staring at a person for that length of time is awkward without conversation. She just ignored me. I felt so awkward and uncomfortable. - I left with Glue all over fingers- She cut my cuticle with the sander- my polish did not look professional it had tons of streak flaws- my nails were not even - low quality work and RUSHED! I would have spoke up but after already asking her if I could have the file to fix a couple spots she got attitude and said she'd fix so I showed her. After that I just wanted out of there. 4. Both my friend and I noticed the unprofessionalism of the technicians and the manager (who was doing my friends nails) when you chuckle over the tips your clients leave for you and in your primary language talk about the choices the client is making to purchase its bad business. I've never felt so uncomfortable having a spa service in my life. 5. Last thing to throw me over the edge was as my nails were drying she took my credit card (which I had my friend dig out of my wallet, my nails were wet) and rang us up. As my hands are in the hand dryer she demanded I signed," I said I will when nails are dry" she said "you sign" that's when I finally had enough and I looked at her and said "leave it there I will when my nails are dry" in my firm tone. She huffed put her dollar amount and initials at the top and stormed off. When I was finally confident my nails were dried I began to sign the receipt, she magically appeared watching as I did the tip, guess what crappy service, deserves no tip, a TIP IS A THANK YOU FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND YOUR LINE OF SERVICE. NONE OF WHICH I RECIEVED AT THIS SALON, because my friend did receive "Semi OK service" I did leave a total $5 tip for the $75 dollars spent. I felt pressure to leave something in which case I normally would NOT have for the lack of service received, she didn't even do her job WELL.I will also state that Have NO issues tipping very well 20% and up for services if the service exceeded my expectations. **We really hoped we'd enjoy this place and find some great service instead it was uncomfortable and unprofessional, and was just rushed through. A spa means relaxing environment You WILL NOT FIND THAT HERE!!!!** Read Less
