Alyx is truly amazing! I have gone to one other salon before to get my lashes done, and they were burning for 3 days after I got them done. Alyx was amazing, and very gentle, and spent about 2.5 hrs on my lashes to make them beautiful. It was painless, and the time went by so quick. I will definitely be coming back to this salon to see Alyx whenever I need my lashes done. I already have my next appt. booked! I can not say enough about these girls! The services cost less than expected. I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted by Becca was a rockstar and gave me more than I ever expected. The salon is a really beautiful place. Love the design! Upon arrival, I have always been offered a drink, sometimes even a mimosa. The employees are all extremely friendly and I always see girls being done up and leaving looking gorgeous. Went in for a simple eyebrow tint without the wax, which is listed as 15$. Ended up being charged 25$ and left unhappy with the discrepancy. After posting about my experience, I was contacted by management and was informed that what happened wasn't policy and that they wanted to fix it. They went out of their way to apologize and offer me a credit for my next tint on them, which I truly appreciate. I went to Glam with my bridesmaids to get our hair and make-up done. I picked Glam because they are close by, have such a cute studio, and are well priced. I loved my hair and make-up trial run and was very excited to go in the day of. My mom and my fiance's mom and 3 sisters also joined us that day, so we ended up with 5 women with incredibly long hair, which caused some worry about finishing on time, but our GlamBarbies were amazing and got us all done on time and looking fabulous. My hair and make-up were even better than at the trial run, something I wouldn't have thought possible. We all received several compliments throughout the night on our hairstyles and makeup.
