I am really disappointed in the service I received. The entire process was rushed because they had a party to go to. I even called ahead to see if the had time and was told yes. I had nails put on and they look horrible to the point I will be taking them off they are so embarrassing. Two different nail techs cut my fingers deep with no apology. I have gone to Annie’s Nails several times but this was it for me. I paid $90.00 for a crappy job.

I regularly get acrylics and my normal person couldn’t do them in time before my business trip so I went to Annie’s. They were rough on my nails and did a sloppy job. Two days later, the day I left for my trip, 3 nails were already breaking/chipping, the nail polish was wearing off and there was residue from the last color I had around the edges of my nails. It looked like I hadn’t had my nails done in 3 weeks. When I came back after my trip, they argued about fixing anything and blamed it on me. I’m not ever the kind of person to make a fuss but I was very disappointed at how they handled the situation. I won’t be coming back.

I've been going to Annie's Nails for over 2 years since I moved to Camas. They are dependable, efficient, and do a great job. I get a shellac manicure every 2 weeks and can always count on them to get me in and to do a good job. The store is cute, clean and comfortable.

The salon is pretty, busy sometimes and quiet others. It's very clean and modern and everyone is really nice, other patrons are too. I meet the best people here.
Love it so much, I drive up from Portland!

The technician who got my nails done did an excellent and exordinay job for my hands and feet. I love nail arts and have gone to many many nail salons to get a fancy design on my nails, which has been usually getting me disappointed in their work, service or pricing, but Annie's Nail Salon's price is pretty reasonable compared to the other places. With all those beautiful stones and the arts plus massages, it was only $80.00 for both of hands and feet. I just wish that I could communicate with my technician better. (She seemed having a hard time to speak English)I'll definitely go back.

Don't bother to make an appointment here. I had a 4:15 appt. When I got there they were packed. I said I have an appt and asked how long it would take for the basic pedicure. She confirmed they could take me right away and have me out by 5pm. 10 minutes later I was still standing there and there was no empty chair. I knew there was no way I'd be out by 5pm so I left. All these strip mall nail shops over promise and under deliver. I'd rather go somewhere that is honest about timing and values an appointment. I've had this experience more than once. "Get your client in the chair then they can't leave" approach doesn't appeal to me.

Annie's is an AMAZING experience every time I walk in!!! Anna and Louie are incredible with acrylics and Shalac polish! I am in heaven EVERY time Rose or Twisty give me "Spa Pedicures" or even a "polish change"! Massage chairs, coffee, cookies/cupcakes, it's ALL wonderful.....being called by name and feeling pampered EVRRY time, is terrific!!! I've been with Annie's Nails for 2 years now!

My daughter and I went here for manicures. Her technician was good, mine however was horrible. I came in not really caring about the polish..I just wanted a good rub. She maybe rubbed my hands for about 2 minutes. She was curt and seemed bothered to even do my manicure. I would not recommend.

I have gone before and it was okay but this time as soon as I sat down the lady was on her phone no interaction and when she was doing my nails she actually yelled at me because I couldn't understand her. I'm not happy about this and I will not be going again. They rush and try to get it done fast and it shows. Sloppy work and I'm not pleased at all. If I'm paying I should not be yelled at and should get my money's worth out of it

The people are really nice, but yesterday the girl who did my nails didn't really do a good job. I got the French nails and they look really dirty. The paint isn't smooth, it's rough and bumpy. She didn't get off the old paint that I had on before. I honestly loved going there, I've been getting them done for a year or so, but this is the first time I hate them. I think I'll go somewhere else next time. Getting my nails done weren't worth the 40 dollars.

Best pedi ever! Regular pedi inclues massage, hot stones, sea salt scrub, how wax and a fresh warm cloths to keep your pretty little toes relaxed. Friendly, clean service. I will be back!

I am really disappointed in the service I received. The entire process was rushed because they had a party to go to. I even called ahead to see if the had time and was told yes. I had nails put on and they look horrible to the point I will be taking them off they are so embarrassing. Two different nail techs cut my fingers deep with no apology. I have gone to Annie’s Nails several times but this was it for me. I paid $90.00 for a crappy job.

I regularly get acrylics and my normal person couldn’t do them in time before my business trip so I went to Annie’s. They were rough on my nails and did a sloppy job. Two days later, the day I left for my trip, 3 nails were already breaking/chipping, the nail polish was wearing off and there was residue from the last color I had around the edges of my nails. It looked like I hadn’t had my nails done in 3 weeks. When I came back after my trip, they argued about fixing anything and blamed it on me. I’m not ever the kind of person to make a fuss but I was very disappointed at how they handled the situation. I won’t be coming back.

I love nail arts and have gone to many many nail salons to get a fancy design on my nails, which has been usually getting me disappointed in their work, service or pricing, but Annie's Nail Salon's price is pretty reasonable compared to the other places. The people are really nice, but yesterday the girl who did my nails didn't really do a good job. I got the French nails and they look really dirty. The paint isn't smooth, it's rough and bumpy. She didn't get off the old paint that I had on before. I honestly loved going there, I've been getting them done for a year or so, but this is the first time I hate them. I think I'll go somewhere else next time. Getting my nails done weren't worth the 40 dollars.
