Ab was highly recommendes by my bestie so i thought id try it. Took my daughters in for a maincure. I had originally made the appointment for manis and pedis, but the girls decided they only wanted their nails done. The lady (owner?) made me feel so guilty. I apologized a number of times.....cant force the girls to get their toes done! I tried to explain my daughter just flew in from Georgia but Lady Boss made the young gal tell me how they had to cancel people because they were supposed to do our toes. I almost started to cry.
So what should of been a fun, relaxing, giggling experience turned into a silent, guilty, uncomfortable experience. They were sweet to my daughter, but probably best for all if I don't go back there again.

The place is very clean and does not smell of chemicals. People are very service oriented and they provide excellent services. Services offered are priced reasonably and with various good options. I love going there and they even offer drinks to customers. I will keep on going back here and even refer their services to my friends.
This is worth a try.

I would have given a much better rate but I told the guy doing my nails I believe he was the owner that I need super glue on one because it's falling off he did not listen to me 4 days later my pointe...
I would have given a much better rate but I told the guy doing my nails I believe he was the owner that I need super glue on one because it's falling off he did not listen to me 4 days later my pointer finger is coming off. I have 4 kids so getting my nails done is a treat to myself and if the guy would have listened maybe P were got a better rate. I also gave him a good tip which was a waste of my money and time. Will NEVER go back or tell all my friends NOT to go to AB Nails.

Best nail salon in Vancouver! The customer service is over the top - their crew is so kind and makes the whole experience very enjoyable. My nails always turn out fabulous, the the service is what keeps me coming back! They have a a punch card system to receive a discount. My manicure always comes with a shoulder massage. Over the holidays they even have out a free nail polish as a gift. The shop is clean. Love, love, love this nail salon!

Most salons rush and don't put there effort into making your nails exactly how you want them and AB nails are the complete opposite they took there time and I was so happy with the result! I would definitely recommend you to try out there services! Also there prices are very reasonable and affordable!

This place is AMAZING! My mom and I came in here for pedicures. We were just going to get basic ones but upgraded when we saw all the different deluxe options they have. We were given complementary drinks which was so unique! For what we paid we got quality and wonderfully relaxing pedicures! Seriously my feet and legs felt SO good! The ladies go above and beyond to make you comfortable and happy. Felt like I was at a fancy-dancy-they charge you just to walk in the door-kinda place. It was a fantastic service with friendly and dedicated workers! I will definitely be returning soon!! Clean, friendly, affordable, and super relaxing!! Highly recommend!

After moving to Vancouver I had the hardest time finding an awesome, clean nail salon. After trying a few in the area I checked out AB Nails and have not been disappointed! They take their time and don't rush through your appointment. You're offered a beverage when you arrive as well. I highly suggest AB Nails!

I would give five stars for courteousness and friendliness however when I went in for my gel manicure and it started chipping after 5 days I was very disappointed.I went in to let the owner know about the manicure and he was willing to cover up the chips with the same polish however that's not what I wanted. I didn't want a refund but I would have liked to have had an entire manicure redone. He said that if I were to do that it would cost $18 and I wasn't willing to pay that since I've had gel manicures before they have lasted 2 weeks. I was hoping that he would have just redid the entire manicure however that wasn't the case so I left and I will return to Q Nails where the manicures last for 2 weeks or more.

I have finally found "my nail place". AB nails was fantastic! My husband and i went in for pedicures today and they were wonderful. Very thorough and relaxing. When i put my flip flops on after my polish, one of my nails got smudged. Tony insisted it be fixed and said "oh no, you gotta look good!" I will definitely be going back and recommending to everyone.

I'd give five stars for graciousness and good customer service skills, but actual services left a lot to be desires. I came in for a pedicure once and a gel manicure another time. Both times I'd made an appointment and had to wait each time--there are only two staff and I guess it's understandable that an appointment might not show up, but I was in a time crunch both times and this was a problem.Both the Pedi and Mani were rushed and neither included a proper massage, despite upgrading the Pedi package. The Mani literally had no massage at all, and bonder wasn't applied to my nail beds so the gel began to lift within a week. Unfortunately, after two visits I won't be returning to this salon.

Ab was highly recommendes by my bestie so i thought id try it. Took my daughters in for a maincure. I had originally made the appointment for manis and pedis, but the girls decided they only wanted their nails done. The lady (owner?) made me feel so guilty. This place is AMAZING! My mom and I came in here for pedicures. We were just going to get basic ones but upgraded when we saw all the different deluxe options they have. We were given complementary drinks which was so unique! For what we paid we got quality and wonderfully relaxing pedicures! Seriously my feet and legs felt SO good! I have finally found "my nail place". AB nails was fantastic! My husband and i went in for pedicures today and they were wonderful. Very thorough and relaxing. When i put my flip flops on after my polish, one of my nails got smudged. Tony insisted it be fixed and said "oh no, you gotta look good!" I will definitely be going back and recommending to everyone.

I'd give five stars for graciousness and good customer service skills, but actual services left a lot to be desires. I came in for a pedicure once and a gel manicure another time.
