I honestly liked my nail technician. I was a loyal customer for 2 years. I made an appointment 3 days ahead. And when I come my technician tells me that she cannot do nails for me anymore. Without prior notice she refused to provide the service for which I pay because she doesn’t feel comfortable that I file my nails after she does it because I want them perfect and have a full right for it. Rude service. My daughter treated me to a pedicure for Mothers Day and when we got there, we were told to sit in one spot, then they moved us. The young girl that assist me, was rude. She admonished me for having two coats of paint on my nails and that I walk around barefooted, making my heals slightly rough and that I was making her job to hard. She rushed through the service, cut my toenails to short and to blunt. She did not ask me how I liked them. She put a very thin coat of polish on my toes which pealed off within 3 days. I get pedicures at least once a month, and by far this is the worst place and worst service I ever received. I will not be coming back to your facility, and will not recommend your facility to anyone. My daughter who was sitting next to me getting a pedicure was mortified that I was treated so badly and was very sorry that she had brought me to this place for a special Mothers Day treat. I might say that I was not the only one treated bad that day, as the lady, whom I did not know that was sitting next to me was basically pulled up out of her chair and shooed away, prior to her toes even drying properly. This is my spot!!!!! Love love love the work they do! I have had my nails done at a million places throughout Vancouver and Portland and this place is my favorite! Comparable price for much better work and service! I am never disappointed when I leave here! My girl Donna Vo is AMAZING!!! If you call, go to her! She can do anything and so can the rest of the staff there! They do such amazing clean work and its very peaceful and fun at the same time! I will never go anywhere else again! I wanted to give this salon a second chance but I have decided to never come back again. The first time I got my nails done there, it was my mistake for not knowing what I want but after going in a second time, I asked my nail tech to make my nails narrower in width because wide nails tend to make my fingers appear fatter (this is what happened the first time). After I told the nail tech several times, I can hear the frustration in her voice so I just gave up. I spent ~60 dollars on mediocre nails. The nail tech took about 2 hours on my nails and when I mentioned my nails looking thick, the gentlemen said that it's because I used gel. I have gotten them done at many places before and it does not have to do with the gel polish. The art of false nails are to make them look as natural as possible (in my opinion) and mine came out looking like Easter candy eggs on the ends of my finger. This last time I went in for a new set with a fade pink/white. Absolutely, the worst job! First she didn't listen to my requests and they are extremely short, they were not faded so she had to paint them after the powder, so they are very thick, every finger is shaped differently and now, 1 week later, the top coat is now chipping and turned all tan/brown. YOU always get what you ask for ! the staff has been customer service oriented , friendly and professional , been having my nails done here for years, hardly ever have to wait as a walk in, but like to call first. Never will I ever go anywhere else. I love Rose and the team of women she has working with her. Every time I have come in I get an amazing pedi, for a great price and everyone is so nice. It doesn't matter if you want the normal or the premium pedi or mani they treat you 100% the same. On top of that, they are awesome at what they do. Perfect nails every single time. I love this place. They are fast and efficient and they do great work! My only complaint is that all the workers seem to talk to each other instead of talking to their customers. Kevin and Rose have been doing my nails for last 9 years and every time I went to another place to get my nails done I had regret. I am a spa owner myself and really value to product that these folks put on their clients ! my fill and pedicure lasts for a month or longer, I never get any chipping on the pedicures even when I go on vacation!
