Ridiculous. No one ever answers the phone so how am I supposed to schedule an appointment? What a joke. Who runs a business like that? Ghetto. Won't be taking my business here...

One person staff, long waiting, minimal communication... Uncomfortable setup and I was left alone for 30 minutes with the staff's 3 year old. I wont be back... There should always be at LEAST two work...
One person staff, long waiting, minimal communication... Uncomfortable setup and I was left alone for 30 minutes with the staff's 3 year old. I wont be back... There should always be at LEAST two workers! I had an appointment and still waited 30 minutes.. In silence. . And they charge you $10 on top of the $30 manicure to remove the shellac!!

Linh (Lynn) is a perfectionist. I stopped having my nails done five years ago to save money upon retirement, I decided to have acrylics done again because of various social occasions this summer. I couldn't remember the name of Lynn's salon so I went to others seeking service, I did not get the full treatment that she gives. Under my nails, new growth, is important to me to be kept in check. The length of my nails needs to be determined, The area around the cuticles needs to be sculpted without pain. The acrylic is put on in just the right thickness so that my nails don't look terrible when just a little grown out. Lynn does everything right and in an efficient time conscious way. She is very nice and focused.

I got a Groupon deal for this place and now love it. The staff was so friendly and they really do a great job. Hot stones on the feet and hot wax on the hands even. Never had that before.
