This is the quality of their work:  Three days ago, they convinced my girlfriend to upgrade to an 'especially durable' gel paint.  Today, when we're getting ready to go have dinner, she noticed that 5 of the 10 nails (she has all 10 fingers) were chipped and flaking off.  She went in to get them fixed, and came home in tears, because the guy who did her nails grabbed her hand, told her 'You did this!  It's your fault!  We will fix it, but you will have to pay!"  When she got home, I called.  A woman answered, would not let me speak to the 'gentleman', and then hung up the phone when I asked if that's how they treat their patrons.  She said that 'that woman did work and she broke the nails.'  That woman works at a bank.  When I attempted to call back, they did not answer.  This is not a business. Save your self the heart ache and go to another salon. This guy never once had me wash my hands. He buffered off my previous gel nail like it was acrylic or something. He used alcohol and acetone for everything. He never once used a lotion, water, oils. The whole time her had loose gross rubber gloves on that looked like they had other colors of polish on that he'd used before. I just waisted 49 dollars on the shittiest mani pedi ever. He didn't cut or push back my cuticle before he put the polish on. So there is now gel polish covering my cuticle then he tried to push them back and I told him to just stop. He then proceeded to charge me for the manicure he forgot to give me before he painted my nails. There are little bumps in the polish from the previous gel shavings in it. And a smudge mark from his rough rubber gloves. I'm so furious I had to take a second in the car before I drove off because I was shaving so bad. Please please please do not go here. They will damage your tails and tell you that your fiancé(I wear and engagement ring) will not want to marry a girl with short nails and I should get them long and pretty for him. This place is amazing. I must admit the decor is Uhm... Very cheap looking and yes they are expensive but they can give you the exact design you are looking for. I went to the Lotus nail salon yesterday and  asked for an ombre French tip and they said they could do it but when they tried they couldn't do It. So I paid them and came to Jessica's nails. They did my ombre French tip PERFECTLY! They shaped my nails and then did the ombre and the total was $20.50 (which for a shape and gel color is still expensive compared to other nails shops). But it was worth it !!!!!! My nails are exactly how I want them from the shape to the color. This place is actually up to speed on the new nail trends which makes it a go to place for me anytime I am in Tacoma. Read Less

Great place for airbrush nail designs! Not the best experience as far as customer service goes. I just don't think you should talk on the phone while working on someone's nails. Also a place of questionable cleanliness; they didn't ask us to wash our hands at all when my friend and I came in to get our manicures. Still, I love the paint enough to go back. Read Less

This is the only place I will ever go! They always do such an amazing job on my nails. The hand massage always feels wonderful and the Pedicures are so relaxing, its nice to have someone actually spend a little extra time massaging my legs and feet. They never rush through. Johnny is so creative and specializes in nail art. hundreds of designs to choose from, or just tell him what you want! I'm pretty positive he can do anything, he's a true Artist.I love the birds and the fish they have there, you can tell they are very well loved and cared for. My visit to Jessica's nails was not relaxing at all. They hard sell their services and I actually felt guilty for declining. They wanted me to come to them for my hair and when I explained I am happy with my hairdresser they still wanted me to "give them a try". It made the rest of my time in the salon uncomfortable. The services were not great either. My nails were okay but the waxing of my eye brows was terrible. I will not be returning. Read Less
