I went to T spa today with my mother so she could get her nails done and so I could get eyelash extensions for my upcoming wedding they messed up my lashes so bad i asked if they could be fixed and the owner told me not till the following day (I work the next day and couldn't) so i asked for my money back so i could get them fixed elsewhere they gave me half the money back and ignored anything i had to say. I was being polite when asking for them to be fixed it shouldn't of been a big deal. I was there a total of 5 hours to get them done just for my eyes to be covered in glue and them not to get it right or even fixed.. I do not recommend this "spa" Read Less

I have had my nails done here a few times and this is probably my new "nail home". I like the salon layout, and the techs are all very friendly, but most importantly I really like the quality of the work. I have had negative issues with other salons - bleeding cuticles, uneven thickness, bad shaping, long waits, uneven pink & white. I am very picky and view my final results with a critical eye once I get home. I have been really pleased each time I've had a fill, from start to finish. Gentle filing/nail bed prep, attentive application of product, consultation with me on shape/color and how I want it to look. I have to live with the results for 2 weeks, and they really get that. After some wonderful outreach from the management I have changed my review from 3 to 5 stars. I have been coming here for years, they've done everything from my prom nails to my wedding nails. Lady who did my pedicure was incredibly sweet - hence the one star. Fine job. Younger lady who did my manicure looked miserable the entire time. And she did a poor job - just sort of throwing polish on and layering with so much top coat that it was impossible to dry. It doesn't help that the spa has no drying lights - only a fan which is freezing and not drying. Needless to say, several of my fingers smudged immediately upon leaving. Won't go back. Read Less

My first time in here and had a great experience! I didn't have an appointment but desperately needed a gel polish change - I'd had my nails done only a week earlier at a place in Seattle and they were already peeling off. Lily did an exceptional job making my nails look amazing. She took extra time to get my cuticles down and make sure my nails were shaped well. Her gel application was flawless and I can already tell they'll last as long as possible because if it. They didnt charge me extra even though she went above and beyond to make sure I walked out with perfect nails. I was so grateful.I'll DEFINITELY be back!
