Simple pedicure. My nail tech was so busy chatting and clearly talking trash about a customer it was disappointing. It was very obvious she was in a bad mood and someone was bothering her. She kept stopping what she was doing to literally stare at other customers. Not focused at all and definitely didnt Care about what she was doing. The paint job is terrible. So, I haven’t had an extremely terrible experience as far as the service there went. They were able to get my friend and I in and out very quickly and worked on our toes and hands at the same time. Overall, I spent $82 for a schlacc French manicure and pedicure with an eyebrow wax. I’m writing this the morning after and my eyebrows are still red. This usually never happens. That’s my only complaint as far as the service goes. Buuuuuuuut.... These people are money hungry because they don’t allow you to tip with your card! Cash only. Not only that but a tip is expected! Are they going to cover the ATM fee? Probably not. They told me where the nearest ATM is (which was outside in the pouring rain) but why couldn’t they have said something before hand??? They don’t tell you until it’s time to pay up. I’m pretty sure that’s illegal too. I too wish I had read the bad reviews before entering salon but I needed my nails done and nowhere else I could go to in the time I had. Never again.!!!!! Terrible job!!! Staff were nice and chatty but their work was terrible and made me wonder if they had ever been trained!!!! I wanted a spa pedicure and shellac manicure. I had just been on a long haul flight so the thought of relaxing soak for my feet wonderful. Wrong!!! The water was cold so had to ask to change, my feet barely had a soak. They then proceeded to do my manicure at the same time which was not at all relaxing as he stood to my right and to do my left hand I had to cross my arm across my body which really hurt my back. Then had to hold the light box myself . Meanwhile whilst I was concentrating on what was being to my hands as he was trimming my cuticles which I hate and he cut me once, the girl was clipping my toenails and she caught the side of my toe in the clippers and cut me so badly I nearly flew out of the chair!!!!! It bled for ages and that was the end of the pedicure for that foot!! The Polish was so thick on my fingers the manicure only lasted a few days before the corners started to peel. Hindsight.... I should have left and I certainly shouldn’t have paid. They didn’t even bother to offer to discount having cut me so badly. I should have turned around and left after reading the reviews but I had to get them done. I paid 35 for shellac and got a 10 dollar job. I asked for Red number one and some how I left with red glitter nails. She put a layer of red over but I still can see the glitter. Can’t take it off with out damaging my nails. 🤷‍♀️ Read Less

Had the experience ever here! I came here with my aunt for for pedicures. She was very pleasant with the workers and asked plenty of times for them to take off all the old polish and they didn't. They instead insulted my aunt and told her she is picky and that she would still have to pay for the service, even though nothing was done correctly. Omg! I wish I would have read the reviews! I was shopping and ran in really quick to get my nails done before a flight. I've never been so angry in my life. I've been doing my nails for 10+ years and never have I had to correct someone so many times. It was honestly embarrassing for me. There was not one nail that was matching. I went here for a gel manicure. As she was trimming my cuticles, she cut a huge chunk out of my finger. She didn't acknowledge that it was bleeding even though I kept trying to tell her until my nail was covered in blood. She put some cleaner on it and wouldn't let me look at the bottle or tell me what it was. She didn't apologize until the woman working next to her told her to. It kept bleeding, so I decided I didn't want to get my nails painted after all. The nail technician was annoyed, understandably, but she wouldn't have been able to paint that nail anyway because it was bleeding so badly. When I started going, she called all of the other nail technicians over to "help". The manager said I had to pay $22 because they had "given me a manicure and taken the gel polish I had come in with off" (my nails are all bumpy from the filing and they didn't even get all of the old polish off). I asked her even though I was bleeding because the woman cut me, I still had to pay, and she said yes. I felt so embarrassed because they all came and stood around me. The manager just told the woman to be careful. They put a tiny piece of cotton on my finger, without offering me a band aid. The cotton was soaked with blood within a minute. I had to go to the TCBY a few doors down to ask for a band aid. I had parked on the third level, and they are on the first level. By the time I got to the third level, the band aid the yogurt place gave me was soaked through with blood. I had to go to the AMC to ask for another band aid. It has been an hour now and it is still bleeding. I will not be going here again and will tell everyone I know not to go here as well. This place is absolutely horrible. I went in for a color change and the environment was unfriendly. They charged me $25 for a color change. Not only was the man there extremely unprofessional but the lady did a horrible job with my shalac and was rough and rude. My expereicene here for the first time was horrible. I will never return here again. It was a waste of money for my service. I wanted a pedicure and manicure. I called ahead and scheduled an appointment. When I walked in I was not even acknowledged until a few minutes later by the "owner" who is very rude and looks at you from top to bottom. They began to do my pedicure first. Then another lady came to do my manicure at the same time. It was only 4pm so I don't know what the rush was for and the place was empty. I later figured they wanted to clock out so they could go home. Once the lady put on the acrylic nails I noticed they were not put on straight. I told her and she said "we fix later" which never happened. I was very upset since I knew I would be paying $85 for the two services. I told her once more my nails were put on slanted. She finally got up and was speaking her language in a very loud tone to her co worker they both just stared at me. I told her I didn't not want these nails. She and another co worker giggled and laughed as they were leaving out the door. Finally another co worker tried to "fix" them for me by filing them down which only made them look worse. He smelled like smoke and was not kind. By that time I was over it. I was there since 4pm-8pm. I wanted to walk out but I didn't. Then the owner took over and she knew there was issue from the beginning and what I had gone through with her own employees. Yet she didn't even say sorry at least or asked if there was anything she could do. They sure were great at charging me for the service and yet their service was terrible. Please DO NOT COME HERE! My daughter and I went to get pedicures and she needed to get her a full set. The place looks nice but don't let that fool you. It's empty and no waiting for a reason....The girl who did my pedicure did a decent job for a basic pedicure. She couldn't do the design I wanted. The Who did my daughters pedicure did good too but then again it was basic.Now the girl who did my daughters full set wasn't so good. It was sloppy and said she could do the pic that she wanted. It was a Pinterest fail. Daughter has prom and graduation within the next week. We will have to get this redone. Very sloppy.It was a bit pricey compared to other nail salons. I wish I looked at the reviews before coming here honestly and I wish I could give a half star because I would honestly give this place 1/2 star rather than 1 star. This place doesn't have a board or anything that says the prices for what they offer such as manicures, pedicures, or waxing. They only have a small pamphlet that you have to locate yourself. I went in thinking I would get a manicure and a pedicure. They rush you into picking a color and when you finally pick your color they have you sit in the chair for the pedicure. My water was cold and when I asked for warmer water they said the water was fine. Pedicure time....it was sloppy work where I wasn't even asked if I wanted it to be cut. Instead she automatically just did a quick round file and then continued on. As she's doing the pedicure I feel like she dug into my nails that by the end after putting it in water, my nails felt like there was blood even though there was none. I felt a lot of pain when this was happening and after feeling the pain I automatically decided to pass on my manicure. I want my hands to feel fine and in perfect condition to be honest. Also when you are letting your toe nails dry they put a fan on your foot and they do not tell you when you're done. I was sitting there for 15 minutes waiting for the fan to stop or someone tell me it's dry but nope...no one did anything. I left with my feet feeling like icicles. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! First time going to this place and last time as well. Went in for a mani and pedi. First off they dont even have nice colors and you ask them for any other different colors and give you an attitude. Got my pedi done... well my toe nails were cut sooo short that they look ugly. My feet are still sooooo rough that it dont seem like i went in for a pedi. Then this other lady did my manicure. She just soaked my hands in water. Doesnt even know how to shape the nails and once you get cleaned with a moist towel, it stinks like if they clean the toilet woth it.I asked the ladies that i wanted a grey color with matte finish. The lady that dis my mani didnt even paint my nails right or even applied the matte correctly. I had to ask her to go over them again and she decided to give me a bitchy attitude. Also while i was waiting there, some other lady was getting a pedi and it seemed like they over cut one of her toe nails that she was bleeding. If i was her i would have not paid.
