The owner of the store typically does my nails and hurts me over 4 times every session. I've been cut on my thumbs and have had skin sandpapered off because of her being rough and rushing all the time. Not only that but my nails are always crooked and the polish is blotchy and just lazily spread on my fingers. She also will talk on her iphone on speaker and leave you without saying a word. I’ve been all over PC and Tallahassee to find a nail salon that is for me and IVE FOUND IT! I use to visit them when they were located in a Walmart location and I am glad I found them. This is my go to place for manicures and pedicures. The ladies are super nice and do amazing work!!! It's a very relaxing place and a bonus that I can have a glass of wine. The 1st time I ever got my nails done here and I absolutely loved it! I came it unsure of what I wanted and asked for a full set. The lady asked me if I wanted SNS nails and said it was the new best thing. I normally don’t get my nails done ever and was completely unsure of what I wanted but she told me the pros and cons and make me feel so comfortable! She also helped me pick the perfect color to match the dress I’m going to wear for a special event! I’m so pleased! I had made appointments, and waited for an 1.5 hours past my appointment time for them to even get started and was even asked to come back another day but couldn’t and all other places were closed by then. So almost 3.5 hours later and my shellac looks terrible and was chipping at the tip of my nails within days. Their excuse was that they were pointed and it’s supposed to happen. Terrible customer service every time an issue came up, I had hoped it was them just having a bad day because it happens, but there were problems every time I came in. My shellac was always uneven and chunky, and my nails were filed unevenly which I had to correct her on several times because the nail tech woman was paying more attention to the notifications coming in on her iPhone than what I was paying for and was making phone calls on speaker. She would literally stop what she was doing to check her phone or talk to another worker who came and sat next to her to talk her ear off while I sat there waiting. This place is not as nice as it appears. They try to up-sell you to the more expensive packages for manicures and pedicures. They charged my mom for a glass of wine, even though there was no price listed and they offered it as if it were free. DO NOT EVEN TRY THE WAXING!!!!!!! it was the WORST experience. I have done both waxing and sugaring before so I knew what to expect. The man doing my wax (they switched out my female manicurist for a male) did not know what he was doing. He kept getting his gloves stuck to the wax, reapplied the wax and the strips multiple times, and took 40 minutes to attempt to wax half my legs. After 40 minutes he still wasn't done but I was running out of time and had to get to another appointment. I told him that my other waxes took 20 to 30 minutes for the whole leg. Instead of apologizing for not finishing my wax or offering to charge me only half, I had to ask if I could come back later in the day. When I did show up later the same day, he looked confused (even though I had paid and tipped on the whole amount earlier). I asked for a refund but he didn't have any customer service experience. He offered to finish the wax, but it was no better than earlier. He tried a different wax, but he didn't successfully finish the wax. Very disappointed, as this was the day before my sister's wedding. He offered me a free facial but gave me no certificate or way to take him up on the offer. And than they never cut my partners nails or any trim. We paid for full package. My toe nails got swollen the day after. They should have someone at front desk dealing with phones and bills. I went in for a full set today and waited for over 45 min before I left. I've been here before and even if I wasn't 100% satisfied. I've had my toe nails cut too short. Or my polish bubbles because they put too much polish. I would always come back because it was a really clean salon. Today After maybe 20 min the front desk girl told me they would be right with me. 15 min later they sat down 2 more people for pedicures and had no one take me for my nails. Right after that a girl walked in needing a wax and she was helped right away. I had been waiting first. I was not acknowledged after that and I ended up leaving instead. I'm only giving two stars because my previous experiences have been fairly acceptable. This last time was horrendous, however, and had it been my first time there, I would have rated them with no stars if it were possible. I wish I could post a photo of the condition of my SNS manicure after only one week. Within the first two days, the bottom of the manicure began to chip off. A week in, the manicure is totally raised on the bottom of the bed where they were not properly di...pped and set. I have an appointment tomorrow with 7 Day Spa to get them fixed, as all of the SNS is going to pop off if I don't. This is by far the *worst* manicure I've ever received, and it was probably because he was rushing to get it done. I've watched my SNS manicures done every time since I've started doing them, and there were definitely steps that were skipped, like the base dip in the clear powder before dipping my nails in the colored powder I chose. Let's not even talk about how my nail beds and cuticles were damaged to the point they were bleeding and needed a soak in a peroxide and alcohol solution and apply Neosporin when I got home because nothing was offered to me in the salon aside from "you need to wash your hands really good." I was so afraid I was going to catch an infection! After this last experience, I won't be back, because it's obvious they're only concerned about pushing people in and out at this point because they can't keep up with their business growth. First time I went, I really liked my pedicure. They're more expensive than other salons but they have drinks and the food channel on! Next time I went, I made an appointment online since I was on a time crunch and they had a discount for online appointments. I arrived and they seemed confused about the online reservation. I told them I needed my gel to be done by a certain time and they assured me it would be. Time comes for me to leave and my nails are not dry. In fact, it's chipped. On top of this, they charge me $5 more than the advertised price and when I ask about it, a staff member blows it off. At this point, I'm visibly frustrated and in a rush to leave because I'm late to a special event. The same staff member offers to give me cash back for the wrong charge but I refuse because not only am I late but I see how they try to cheat their customers and do not honor their prices until they're addressed. I'm still in SHOCK she let me leave so unhappy and with my nails looking like this!!! I originally had gotten an ombré with nude and white, it was much thicker than I had liked and asked for but after being in the salon for over 2 hours  I had to leave because I had other engagements. I called back 2 days later because i was just very unhappy with my nails and I paid 45 FOR A FILL! (Never once mentioned the price of the fill, which to me is ridiculous,I get ombré all the time and it's 30! ) And asked if she could just file them down a little. I was very polite, and even told her I liked the shape, but they were extremely thick. She said if I want them thin she would have to take them off then charge me half price or she could try and file them down. Uhmmm...so you want me to pay you AGAIN for not doing what you said you would the first time? No thanks. So this is what it looks like when she "filed" then down. Been lookimg for a new nail home and I think I found it! First off they have Sunday hours! Nearly unheard of in Tallahassee if you arent getting service inside of a Walmart. If zero stars were an option, that is what I would give. I went over on my lunch break hoping to get a quick regular manicure. It took them a minute to greet me at the door. Once they did a woman told me to select a color from their sporadically laid out polish centers. Found one I wanted and awkwardly waited near the front until a woman told me to sit at their bar counter. She offered me water and I accepted. She brought over a clearly dirty towel and laid it out for me to set my hands on, realized what she did and came back with a clean one. I was told "someone would be right over". Thirty minutes later I got up and left. They had began helping a walk in who came in AFTER I did. Will never go back which is a shame as it is in walking distance. If they didn't have the staff to provide prompt service they should have told me I would be waiting that long upfront. Read Less

Personally I didn't have a great experience here. It was so hard to get what we wanted across to them and they ended up getting half if it wrong. I'm very new to manicures and the process but even I know that you need to push the cuticles down before you paint your nails. And they really skimped on the Polish it clearly needed a few more coats. In the end it peeled off exactly one week later all on its own! I'm pretty sure it's supposed to last longer. My first visit to Miss Saigon is also my last.  I left the experience with both of my big toes throbbing from being stabbed into, and a janky and inconsistent cuticle trim on my hands.  I predict many hangnails and I fear infection.  I had their winter repair (or whatever) pedicure and also a manicure services. I was excited to come to such a nice salon--it's really quite lovely--that has easy parking and located close to South center. I was prepared to make this my new go-to nail salon, so I went in for the full experience. . .of really bad service and truly questionable professional ability.  The person that did my manicure cut my skin to the point of pain on one finger.  When I asked her to come to my right to work on my right hand, because crossing it across my body to my left isn't my idea of comfortable, she sighed like I was asking for too much.  The person that did my pedicure dug so painfully into one of my big toes I sincerely considered ending the work there and came close to cussing her out. I should have.  I got gouged and then got a real suspect nail trim, and lackadaisical massage.  Overall, this nail shop holds the record for the WORST mani-pedi I have had in 20 years.  They won't see me or my money again.  Don't do it! I normally love the girls in here but not the last few trips. Last week I asked for my nails to be fixed and a color change. Well because I didn't ask for a fill the older woman doing my nails was extremely rough and made me bleed while trying to scrape off the shellac. Then made one nail look all uneven and gross. Definitely way too thick.Then I go in for a color change yesterday and the girl does a good job no complaints besides the fact that my nails we too light she didn't put enough on. Charged me $27 for color change and to fix the mistake the last woman made at the same store!So then one of the nails chipped and another fell off so I went in to get it fixed and the woman didn't even make the nails look the same as the others. So I asked her if she could fix it and make them all look the same and she said no she would have to charge! It's your mistake!! I also had ombré nails and she made one look so awful that the color and style didn't even match the other ombré nails. Then she told me she didn't have enough time to fix it. So now I'm walking around with these garbage looking nails for Christmas because the woman couldn't take her time to fix what the girls at the store originally messed up on. Then! I had to pay $10. Again you did a horrible job on my nails you should of fixed it and made it right the first time. Not only that if you're a person of color they offer you a drink if you're not they don't offer you a thing. They do not take their time and they rush. I pay too much money to your people to walk around with garbage, nasty, screwed up looking nails. I always tip well and I always say please and thank you. I would avoid this salon if possible. We made reservations for a large group of eight for mani/pedis. Upon arrival we were greeted and everyone seemed to be very nice and accommodating. Sadly, by the end of our experience it was a completely different feeling that our entire group felt. 1. We were overcharged for beverages that we shouldn't have been charged for. Be cautious of this, as there is NO pricing for beverages listed anywhere in the salon. 2. One of our friends was overcharged for an upgraded pedicure that she didn't ask for. 3. The manager was very upset when we called her out on how wrong it was. Her entire attitude changed and she made mention that they are a business and need to make money. Awful response when you have several customers upset by the way you treated them. Do business the right way and be fair. I came with a girlfriend and had an appointment at 4:30 on July 17.  I was a little early and stated to the woman who greeted me that I was waiting for my party.  She showed up, and so we waited...and waited...and waited.  4:40 came and gone with no service.  We finally gave up and left.This was going to be a biweekly thing for up to 6 of us, which would have meant on average $200 in services a visit, possibly more.  Instead, we will take our business elsewhere and let them benefit from Miss Saigon's loss.Folks, if you're going to take appointments, HONOR THEM. It is very , very rare that I feel annoyed enough to leave a negative review. In fact this is my first!  Nails grow back, and I've hardly considered it something to complain about,  considering it's  somewhat of a luxury to get them done. That being said, I'm still sitting in the parking lot, and rather infuriated.  It is a beautiful dalon, giving me high hopes of quality.  I came in for a shellac removal and new color. I asked three times that they not be shortened or reshaped, as half the reason I get shellac is to protect the natural length.  When the tech went to town on filing them, I reminded  her again to please not re shape, or shorten. Several were left such a flat odd shape, I ask that one be fixed. And she cut them so far down , they now recede behind the end of the nail bed. Two fingers were cut so deeply while trimming the cuticle, I actually yelped, and I am still bleeding on three, yes three fingers after finishing my maicure. Yes, they are just nails. Very nice place, but it seems they spent more money in making the building so fancy and modern that they didn't think about what the clients want.Gorgeous place, can't say that enough... But when I walked in all the workers were sitting in the massage chairs in the waiting area. There are ZERO massage chairs in the pedicure are. There's only a long bench for everyone to share. I have been here before and always been pretty happy. Mothers day was the weekend and I promised my mom I would take her to get her toes done at this great new place I found. I am pretty upset with our experience and felt embarrassed I had so highly talked of the place. We walked in and were told it was a 15 minute wait. No problem, we had the day to enjoy. We were seated after 10, with water that was too hot that scalded our feet. Another 10 minutes pass and they start on my toes. While I do love the mimosas we had, what upset me was they didn't start on my mothers toes for 30 more minutes. (They were finished my toes as they started hers) A small apology was offered. We explained this was suppose to be a mother daughter treatment (we told them when we walked in) and they had ruined it. My mother also has a broken back, and sitting for long periods hurts her. No offer of a second drink, or sort of compensation was offered. They were more considered about getting us seated and "stuck" instead of being upfront that they couldn't fit us in together. Very expensive for ok service. Lucy who did my pedicure took her time and did a fair job. When it came time for my nails, the lady who did them was pleasant but she went to town on my hands. I don't know if that's how she usually works or was eager to get the job done. She was pretty rough and the utensils she used where not clean, or even maintained. For example the nail clippers were obviously not sanitized and I don't know if she even sanitized after clipping my nails. Anyway, one hand was nice, the other was sloppy and lumpy on some nails. The idea of a nail bar is pretty fabulous, but the execution here is severely flawed. I went in about two weeks ago with one of my friends after work. We both had pedis & she got a mani as well. They offered us drinks, this was the only good part. The pedi was okay, nothing special at all. $30 because apparently they charge you for the wine? That's stupid. Noticed a few days after the pedicure I got athletes foot. I asked her not to scrub the bottom of my foot, their stuff looked really dirty & icky. She did it anyway. And look at that! Went in on New Year's Eve after calling at 5:00pm and they said they'd be able to see my sisters and I for 3 manicures at 5:30pm. We got there at 5:15pm and they mentioned it would take about 15 minutes. It was busy and there was one other guest in the waiting area. We checked out their colors and patiently waited.40 minutes later, we got seated and two employees started with my sisters. They offered is drinks but we decided to pass. I sat there watching them until 6:10pm when someone started on me. We each decided on getting shellac manicures. At the end of the manicure, they massage your hands and arms. Once they finish that, they place each hand in a bag of scented wax. After a few minutes they remove the bags and your hands are nice and soft.Their workers are polite and sweet, their salon is clean and looked organized, but I'm quite surprised and disappointed that I felt my nail technician rushed through my manicure resulting in a mediocre outcome. We spent over an hour there, I paid $110+ (they only accept cash tips,) and not even 24 hours later, my manicure is already chipping! Read Less

So.. I wanted to like this place... I really did, they were nice, I got a free mimosa... But that's pretty much all they have going for them.  I had an awesome spa pedicure that lasted almost 45 minutes- I got a hot stone massage and she did a killer massage job, however, the manicure could use some attention to detail.  I noticed my manicure had bubbled and looked horrible. I had HH to get to (a rare occasion for me) and so I was going to let it slide since the pedicure was amazing. But for $63 for both services I decided I could not walk out with a crappy manicure. They tried again and 5 hrs later still wasn't dry :( it was horrible. I usually get shellac, but decided not to and regret it deeply. What a waste of $20 :(Also, while I was here, someone came in for a fill for herself and mom; they said they only could do 1 person since the other 3 gals didn't know how to do fills and acrylics.  That is a -1 star for sure. How do you run a nail salon if not everyone is trained to help one another out. In end the end the pedicure was great; the manicure sucked so I chalk it up to a $20 mimosa :(. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I made an appointment and was asked to come back over an hour later. I was told that there 2 people ahead of me and they were short staffed. I come back to discover on the sign in sheet has 4 new names after I signed in. I waited another 45 minutes for them to get to work on me. They accepted walk-ins while I was there, some left. I was done 2.5 Hours later for a mani pedi. They don't honor appointments or perhaps only Groupon appointments. The service was nominally acceptable. There parafin treatment consists of putting your hand in a bag of very HOT wax. There sanitation of the foot baths is questionable. Read Less
