What a disappointment! I will never go here again. My sister and I came in to get our pedicures done and the person who did mine was an apprentice. She did not trim my nails short like she was supposed to. We both chose the hot stone massage which is not worth it. The technician took the stones and just slided it up and down my legs twice. When she used her hands to massage my legs, there was no pressure so you really can't feel anything. This is not a massage. I expect one when I pay $35. I had to ask the technician to spray the back of my legs after she scrubbed them as she didn't do a thorough job of rinsing. She also didn't know how to put the paraffin wax on my feet and was having a difficult time. My sister specifically asked her nail tech to not cut her ingrown nails, but she did anyways. We really wanted to enjoy our pedicures, but didn't. I a different nail salon that offers a hot stone massage for $25 so I will try them next time. Read Less

The environment was beautifully relaxed. I usually have a hard time getting my nails done at a new place because I often times get hurt with the drill, but the lovely lady that did my nails was very gentle and made them look extremely natural. Stopped here while waiting on traffic to die down. Tan was great. I've never had my legs massaged with a roller while getting my nails done and I'm very happy about it. He was very thorough and particular, making sure everything looked good. He even got the calcium build up (the white stuff on the nail) off which no one has ever even tried doing. These people do a great job. Make sure they understand what it is that you would like and take pains to make sure you get what you're asking for. They also turned me onto colored acrylic which is much Kinder than a good old boring acrylic. But for people like me who have weak nails and want lovely long fingernails it is a solution! Highly recommend!!! Hands down the best my nails have been done since moving to Washington! Stacey was quick, professional, considerate and sweet! She listened to me about what shape and length I wanted (which is most important to me) and did them perfectly! I am so very picky when it comes to my nails and what they will look like for a couple weeks. I hate wasting my money on a bad set but here, I paid $35 for a perfect set!!! Couldn't have been happier about that! The salon is clean and inviting and the service is exceptional! I live in Olympia and now will be making the drive to get my nails done here because I was so satisfied after being let down by numerous salons out here in the pacific NW. I saw in a previous post about "the pregnant chick was sarcastic " listen, they have appointments to get to and don't have time to have you're mom "relax".  Idiot. They are running a business they run on a clock.  I've had "the pregnant chick" work on my nails multiple times now and let me tell you she is the best nail tech I've ever had. I get disappointed when I come and she isn't able to work on my nails.  Don't get me wrong all the techs are great! But she is no nonsense, doesn't like to chit chat ( which I find awkward most of the time any where I go) she always triple checks her work to make sure you're leaving with the best manicure! Her attention to detail is impressive!! By the way "the pregnant chick " has a name- it's LAN.  Don't lose her tan!!!As far as them talking in another language about people I can't speak to that because I hardly hear them talk to each other and when I do it's made pretty clear they are asking another nail tech to borrow something or ask a simple question. I enjoyed my pedicure and shellac manicure. I loved that my manucurist took her time and she was so kind.  I asked for an ombre on my manicure and she wasn't able to do it, so she got someone else (I think the owner) to do it for me. I appreciated that alot! I'm glad she didn't just do it anyways. I was there for about 2 and a half hours.  I didn't mind because I wasn't in a rush.  I got a regular pedicure and a shellac manicure plus the ombre, which equaled to $61. Not sure how much each service was. The 4 stars is simply because it was more expensive than anywhere I've gone before and I've gone to many places. Otherwise,  the staff was very nice,  I'd go back! I'm happy to have stumble upon this little gem because I needed a nail shop in this area and it's not too far from my moms house. I'm visiting from California and you know there are many nail shops there on every corner. I think this is one of the most nicest, and cleanest nail shop that I have ever been to. My cousin and I did a walked-in around one on a Thursday, we both got pedicures and i got a fill and she got a full set I think that we got reallylucky with a walk in because as we processed through out our nail experience there were many people who tried to do walk-ins as well, I really recommend making an appointment and I don't stress that enough, unless it's not a big deal for you to get your nails done.Before coming to this place, I too have tried to make an appointment online through the yelp app, but I didn't receive a response probably due to the fact that they're are really busy so I recommend calling ahead of time, not the day of.As my cousin and i walked in we immediately got helped and we're put into to pedicure stations together which was really nice, because I have not actually got to sit with a person that was getting my nails done with, as we were seated we were offered drinks right off the bat which was really nice. The person who did my pedicure was a male, i think he was the owners husband but unfortunately i didn't catch his name. He did a really good jog and really took his time, it had to be the best pedicure experience that I ever had. I was in a desperate need in a pedicure and he used a sugar scrub on my feet n legs and it exfoliated all the dead skin and made my feet and leg and they were so soft.For my nails, I got a fill with a shellac color. In my opinion, I don't think they have a very wide range of colors compared to my normal nail spot in California, also the sample of the color selection could use a little work, it's kinda of all over the place. I think that they can simply but a little key ring to all the samples to make it easier to sort through each color. I didn't catch the girls name who did my nails but I remember that she had a lotus tattoo on her hand. She was really nice and I really like the way she painted the color on my nails. I choose a reallylight bubble gum pink color and she put about three coats on and and you can't see through the nails or any streaks. Although I like the color,  i thought that she was really inconsistent with the shape of my nails. I got coffin  shaped nails and I later started to notice after i left the nail shop. I noticed that some nails were more thicker and stubbier than others and some were longer than most.Overall, I think that is nail shop is really nice and the people who work there are really kind, they take the time and try to have a conversation with you. I found the workers very humble unlike many shops that I have been to. I think that this would be my go to nail shop while i'm here visiting just because I really like the service that they gave. It was my first time here, but definitely not my last! I visited on a Friday with no appointment around noon. Had a 35 minute wait. In the meantime I was given a water bottle while I waited. Once it was my turn, Lan immediately got to working on my nails. She was quick but also effective and efficient. My nails were very well shaped and cleaned up from the last place I went to! I showed her a design I originally wanted with a gel polish, but she recommended that using a glitter powder would look better. So I went with that choice and glad I did! Well.... I'm disappointed in this place. The lady who did my SNS set cut 5 fingers with a file. ALL OF MY NAILS ARE CROOKED TO THE SIDE. The pregnant chick was sarcastic as hell when my mom said to wait on doing her acrylic because she wanted to relax while getting a pedicure instead of worry about someone taking her acrylics off while messing up her toes. Yes the lady who did my mom's toes, cut her toe, causing it to bleed.Safe to say IM NEVER COMING BACK. Also, a little tip for this place. NOT YOUR AVERAGE NAIL SALON. WOW!!!If I could give 10 stars I would...So I moved south of Seattle and have been looking for a good nail spot. My friend and I chose here because of the outstanding reviews and I was excited to see somewhere doing nude ombre coffin nails. When I called, Stacey was so friendly and sweet. We were able to get appointments for the same day even though they are busy (for good reason). The salon it self is posh and so clean. It is not the grimly usual places I go. It feels elegant and fancy! Color selection is too top notch. Stacey did my nails and it's honestly the prettiest they have EVER looked. All the staff is so nice and ensure you a good manicure. I will be coming here for now on!!! She knew exactly the trendiest styles and cut my nails to the Pinterest perfect shape. I am so impressed!!!The price is honestly such a bargain. For just a little more than a horrible, typical, smelly and rushed manicure, you get the best of the best. My first visit was really great and I loved it. My second visit was horrible! I was getting the SNS dip for the second time. I assumed it was removed like shellac, but he filed it down with the electric barrel nail file. He did not remove the all the color of the original color that was darker than the new color I was getting. I assumed he knew what he was doing and the lighter pink would cover the dark red. Well, it didn't. If I didn't have somewhere I had to be and the...y weren't so busy, I would have asked them to redo my nails. I live 30 miles away, so it is not convenient to go back now. The guy also scraped my skin on several different fingers with the electric nail file and that really hurt. I will go back when I am in town, but I will make sure not to go to the guy (it was not the owner) that did my nails before. Follow up: Within minutes of posting my review, the owner messaged me apologizing and invited me to come back as soon as possible to have my nails redone. 2 weeks ago I got my eye brows waxed by the owner Stacy and loved it and I'd promise to be back to do my pedi & mani when Spring Break hits. Her husband did my pedi today and it was so relaxing and the atmosphere was amazing and rejuvenating with cloud paintings on top of the ceiling. His pedicure massages were awesome and I love my toes and the flower design. My manicure was amazing drinking complimentary wine and Jay did an amazing job with my French tip nails and the flower design. Ali and I just had deluxe pedicures, complete with hot rock massage and paraffin wax, massage chairs, and a mimosa! Very clean place with plastic tub liners, and instruments in peel paks. Good service here and love the decor in their shop very classy!!! They got a pretty good selection of shellac colors since I usually have a hard time finding colors at other shops when it comes to that!!!
