I came here to get my lashes done and Mersadies did an AMAZING job!! I've never been so happy with my lashes before. Even though I'm a last veteran she explained everything she was doing. Definetly going back again!!

Bought two Groupons (haircut+oleplex condition and a facial) and basically only got what little I paid for, so giving the spa a low low low 3.... Items for the owner to improve upon include, get a b...
Bought two Groupons (haircut+oleplex condition and a facial) and basically only got what little I paid for, so giving the spa a low low low 3.... Items for the owner to improve upon include, get a better wash bowl with chair(one that is comfortable and leaves room for hairdresser to wash the hair without it laying in sink), fix scuffs in walls and doors jams and repaint the entire salon and cleanup spilled paint(make place look halfway decent), get new towel robes for clients to wear when they get facials(ones without years' of pills and polish stains), tell your employees to have a better attitude (actually act as if they want clients to have a good experience), get more hydrating facial products(Eminence is old school and drying = getting something better like Lira), retrain your hair stylists on how to give a conditioning treatment and how to wash hair (to include the entire head and all hair), tell the girls at the front desk to have their visiting friends move out of the way when a new client comes in so that the client doesn't have to wait to stand at counter for service.....I could continue but I think I've made my point. I'll never return...

I'm not sure why I've waited so long to get a facial. I suppose the thought of having my eyes closed and someone touching my face didn't sound too appealing. Well, lemme tell ya... it's amazing. Upon walking into Pure Beauty Bar & Spa you are greeted by sweet, happy ladies and taken to a waiting area to fill out paperwork. The treatment room was the perfect temperature. This coming from someone who is always cold. There's relaxing music playing, dimly lit lights, and a total sense of calm. Once the facial was complete I could feel such a difference in my skin. It was sooooo soft! I was so impressed with the skin care line I purchased the facial cleanser and moisturizer. Pricey but all organic and no chemicals. Totally worth it!I'll definitely become a regular here!

I purchased a Groupon for a full set of lash extensions. The salon and spa is beautiful; very relaxing, comfortable, and welcoming. Jessie, the lash technician, is great and really friendly. Unfortunately, due to my own weird-over-tearing-eyes, I am not a good candidate for lash extensions. After my second try (the first set only stayed on 3 days), we decided that it just wasn't going to work out for me. Jessie then recommended some other products to help try to grow and thicken my lashes naturally. I'm looking forward to trying out some other services now!

This place is absolutely stunning! Walked in and was welcomed by the sweetest gals. I did lash extensions with Jessie and she did such an amazing job. I was a former client from Spa Vita Bella in Fircrest and was looking for a new lash tech, which is actually where Tiara (who wrote an awful review below) was an employee at. The reason I was looking for a new place was specifically because of her. I am an older lady and by most people am treated with respect. She was very rude to me not only on the phone but when I showed up as well so it doesn't surprise me that she posted a negative review on here. Needles to say Pure Beauty Bar is amazing!! Excited to go back and have my fill and become a regular client!

They were suddenly completely booked for a week as soon as I mentioned I had a Groupon. Don't offer your services at a discount if your going to treat customers poorly when they try to use it.

I have had two great experiences at Pure. I got a Brazilian from Jessi and she did an amazing job, best one I've ever had. I'm prone to ingrown hairs and I didn't get any! I highly recommend her for sugaring and waxing, I will be returning for that service. The second service I received was the customized facial, I loved it and I felt so relaxed. The facial really calmed the redness I have on my face. The only thing I wish was different about the facial is that there would be more massage, other than that I highly recommend Pure if you're looking for a new spa! Thanks ladies for the great service and making me feel extremely comfortable.

I came in to get a facial peel and had the most amazing experience! The staff was very friendly and inviting, the spa is very relaxing and quiet. DD did a phenomenal job, my skin looks and feels incredible! I've been using the Eminence products they sell on my face for two months after dealing with acne for years and it's the only thing that's worked on my skin. With the facials and skin care I am excited to continue to see results!

For 60-70, it is not worth it.Update: The owner reached out and offered to correct the issue. I thought that was very professional and sweet. While I will not be returning for this particular service (it's one of my least favorite things to do), I will be going back for spa services one day.

HORRID customer service. I have been looking for a new place to get my lashes done at. I read good reviews about pure beauty bar & spa, did a google search and luckily found a groupon for eye lashes. I made an eyelash appointment based off reviews. Although I live in Bonney Lake, I was willing to make the drive. While I was driving to Pure Beauty Bar & Spa, 1 hour before my appointment I got a phone call saying they have to cancel my appointment bc the lash girl called in sick. Ok, sick happens. I get that. I explained to them I booked this appointment far in advance because I have a special event coming up in a few days & that my only kid free days were Saturday-Monday. She assured me she would call me right back about getting me in on Monday. NEVER received a call back. Today is Monday...I attempted to call them...got a voice mail. Taking my business elsewhere. If you want good, reliable service, go elsewhere.

I've had 3 phenomenal experiences here so far! First their grand opening was so much fun and all the girls were very friendly to me and made me feel at home. Then I got an AHmaZing massage! The massage therapist definitely knows what she's doing and also communicated with me the whole time to make sure I felt comfortable, loved that! And finally I got my hair foiled there and was SO SO happy! And Let me tell you I am picky about my hair, but she did exactly what I wanted! All my interactions with these girls were positive and I was so impressed that I bought my mom a gift certificate for Christmas :) Thanks ladies!!!

Even my mom and bf said I should go back and get my money back. Such a horrible experience. Maybe the other women are better but I DO NOT RECOMMEND MEGAN FOR BROW WAXES. Ugh. I got a massage & a facial as a Christmas gift to pure body spa I just used it today. I've only had one other massage in my life and it was decent. It's important to communicate what you like/dislike with your masseuse. I was more than pleased with my service today. She used just the right amount of pressure and the spa was very cute, calming, and clean. The thing I loved most was the music and smell, also the decor. The girl who did my facial was really sweet and I enjoyed all the products she used on me. I will definitely come back and give the gift of great service at this spa to my friends and family in the future.

Had a purely PERFECT experience here. So many spas aren't open on Monday or are appointment only. So glad I found somewhere upscale that takes short notice appointments! Sugaring is the ONLY thing I'll do for Brazilians because it's organic and much less painful! It's not easy finding a place that does it either. Jessey did my Brazilian, eyebrows, and upper lip and had me laughing and at ease through the whole thing. She's professional and very detail oriented as well, at the end making sure not to miss any small hairs and making sure everything else was just so. So happy to have found such a stellar location. Will absolutely be back in a few weeks! May try out their other services as well now that I know I'm gonna get quality spa time for my money

It's been a few years since I have had a wax and was looking for someplace local. First I went on Groupon to see what was out there for waxing these days. Pure popped up, so I came over to Yelp to see the reviews. Also, I asked a friend who gets her hair cut at their other location, and she had nothing but great things to say! So I made an appointment with Jessey for a sugar treatment instead of a wax. I put aside an hour on my calendar for the day, as that is what I am use to for a wax, and was so very happy it only took 30 minutes! The salon/spa is so very nice. Extremely clean, intimate, and each room is secluded away so that you feel completely nestled in a private little spot set up just for you! I knew what to expect for a wax, as it is what I have done that for years, however did not know what to expect for a sugar. Jessey was so great at answering all my questions, making small talk, and letting me know an area may hurt for a moment while she is pulling. I so happy with my experience at Pure between the front desk, the sugar treatment, and especially Jessey. This was a great find!!

Pure is a beautiful salon! Very clean! I exclusively go to Jessey for my Brazilian sugaring. She is both efficient and genuinely comforting throughout the whole service. I actually look forward to my sugaring treatments rather than dread it. I strongly recommend both Pure and Jessey if you want a relaxing experience that leaves you feeling like you had a treatment and not just a wax.

HORRID customer service. I have been looking for a new place to get my lashes done at. I read good reviews about pure beauty bar & spa, did a google search and luckily found a groupon for eye lashes....
HORRID customer service. I have been looking for a new place to get my lashes done at. I read good reviews about pure beauty bar & spa, did a google search and luckily found a groupon for eye lashes. I made an eyelash appointment based off reviews. Although I live in Bonney Lake, I was willing to make the drive. While I was driving to Pure Beauty Bar & Spa, 1 hour before my appointment I got a phone call saying they have to cancel my appointment bc the lash girl called in sick. Ok, sick happens. I get that. I explained to them I booked this appointment far in advance because I have a special event coming up in a few days & that my only kid free days were Saturday-Monday. She assured me she would call me right back about getting me in on Monday. NEVER received a call back. Today is Monday...I attempted to call them...got a voice mail. Taking my business elsewhere. If you want good, reliable service, go elsewhere.

I've had 3 phenomenal experiences here so far! First their grand opening was so much fun and all the girls were very friendly to me and made me feel at home. Then I got an AHmaZing massage! The massage therapist definitely knows what she's doing and also communicated with me the whole time to make sure I felt comfortable, loved that! And finally I got my hair foiled there and was SO SO happy! And Let me tell you I am picky about my hair, but she did exactly what I wanted! All my interactions with these girls were positive and I was so impressed that I bought my mom a gift certificate for Christmas :) Thanks ladies!!!

Megan did my eyebrows. I specifically said I want to keep my brows full and just clean them up. Either from lack of skill or complete disregard to what I wanted, she made my eyebrows really thin and definitely took away the fullness. Even my mom and bf said I should go back and get my money back. Such a horrible experience. Maybe the other women are better but I DO NOT RECOMMEND MEGAN FOR BROW WAXES. Ugh. I will post a photo of the before and after. Seriously dissatisfied.

I got a massage & a facial as a Christmas gift to pure body spa I just used it today. I've only had one other massage in my life and it was decent. It's important to communicate what you like/dislike with your masseuse. I was more than pleased with my service today. She used just the right amount of pressure and the spa was very cute, calming, and clean. The thing I loved most was the music and smell, also the decor. The girl who did my facial was really sweet and I enjoyed all the products she used on me. I will definitely come back and give the gift of great service at this spa to my friends and family in the future.

Had a purely PERFECT experience here. So many spas aren't open on Monday or are appointment only. So glad I found somewhere upscale that takes short notice appointments! Sugaring is the ONLY thing I'll do for Brazilians because it's organic and much less painful! It's not easy finding a place that does it either. Jessey did my Brazilian, eyebrows, and upper lip and had me laughing and at ease through the whole thing. She's professional and very detail oriented as well, at the end making sure not to miss any small hairs and making sure everything else was just so. So happy to have found such a stellar location. Will absolutely be back in a few weeks! May try out their other services as well now that I know I'm gonna get quality spa time for my money

It's been a few years since I have had a wax and was looking for someplace local. First I went on Groupon to see what was out there for waxing these days. Pure popped up, so I came over to Yelp to see the reviews. Also, I asked a friend who gets her hair cut at their other location, and she had nothing but great things to say! So I made an appointment with Jessey for a sugar treatment instead of a wax. I put aside an hour on my calendar for the day, as that is what I am use to for a wax, and was so very happy it only took 30 minutes! The salon/spa is so very nice. Extremely clean, intimate, and each room is secluded away so that you feel completely nestled in a private little spot set up just for you! I knew what to expect for a wax, as it is what I have done that for years, however did not know what to expect for a sugar. Jessey was so great at answering all my questions, making small talk, and letting me know an area may hurt for a moment while she is pulling. I so happy with my experience at Pure between the front desk, the sugar treatment, and especially Jessey. This was a great find!!

Pure is a beautiful salon! Very clean! I exclusively go to Jessey for my Brazilian sugaring. She is both efficient and genuinely comforting throughout the whole service. I actually look forward to my sugaring treatments rather than dread it. I strongly recommend both Pure and Jessey if you want a relaxing experience that leaves you feeling like you had a treatment and not just a wax.

Pure is fantastic! Jessey is the best at lashes that I have experienced in 2 years of having extensions. Professional, relaxing...overall very positive environment.
