In and out 2 days in a row. Getting a voucher for the christmas holidays to treat myself I booked a facial, haircut with wash and blowdry and a manicure for the following day. While the staff was overall friendly and I enjoyed my facial I was a bit bummed out by the service during the haircut and frankly disappointed with my nails. The haircut looks good but I just wished a bit more consultation and felt like I was a point on the to do list while there. I mentioned that I did...n't want layers because I have quite fine hair, when asking how I could achieve a more younger look I only got offered layers, which I refused. The cut however is done well and they made sure that I could part my hair differently and still have the cut (a blob) working.The manicure today however...the girl was nice but left while my polish dried to take on the next customer. It felt a bit rushed and I am left with a spot without color on my middle finger and patchy topcoat on a few fingers. I am used to a check up on the work but nothing here. I came in for a full set, and left very dissatisfied. The shape of my nails are all crooked, the acrylic is uneven and lumpy with ridges of unfiled acrylic around my cuticles- I'm very upset that I'm going to have to go to a different shop and pay for another full set of nails to fix what they left me with. If you want just a regular manicure or pedicure, this place would probably be okay but I absolutely would NOT recommend this shop for acrylic nails. Read Less

Well Danny and family have sold the place. That  said I'll miss his wife. She did a great job I couldn't do. Really bad knee's. While Danny and wife were out of the country I don't know who was doing the peds/mani's but she was no where as good.A very reliable friend still go's there and said Danny sold the place and the gal running the place dropped the price for a pedi from $30.00 to $20.00. Absolutely loved by time at the Fresh salon, Shay took care of me and she was so professional yet personable, lovely and talkative. I will give them two stars because I loved the foot massage. However, my nails were done poorly. I got a mani-pedi. I wasn't sure if I was there for leisure or torture....the water obviously was meant to melt my skin off, the nail instruments were for skin slicing purposes, not molding and shaping nails, and the polish was to go all over my feet. The nail polish samples for the gel polish were incorrect, and one nail out of ten looks like the sample, the others look like my regular nails. Now, mind you, I wanted pale, sparkly pink. AND I said I needed to be out by 5, didn't get done til 530. The gal working on my friends nail sliced her finger and didn't tell her, my friend looks and saw that she is bleeding all over... On the bright side, she got away with them forgetting to charge her for the brow wax. I don't recommend them unless you are going for pain. Read Less

Very good service... and I know they are so nice to all but I see some clients they want to do all but they do not want to pay and they make it difficult for the person who makes them . That is a very disgraceful thing ... you known if u nice with them , them will nice with u ... I have a sincere advice for u if u want to nice to have money in your pocket if there is no money in the bag then u do not have to make beauty difficult for others . You go to the beauty rather than go to buy fish , to buy meat at the market but pay the price than people do not lose money , do not talk people do not right not beautiful and not good service . I was pleased to find this shop down the street from where I work. Luckily I get long lunches and can actually go out to get food or take care of errands if needed. This time I pressed my luck and decided to get my nails done. I already knew I was looking to get my nails cleaned up and hoped they did the shellac thing. My job is rough on hands and nails so I need something that's going to last. After walking in I requested a  manicure and they asked if I wanted shellac. Of course I wanted it!The woman who was going to do the work showed me the colors and simple ideas for designs. I picked my colors and she set to work.The whole process was painless and took about 45min. I got some rad looking nails done with a design on each of my ring fingers for $30. Will I go back? Probably after I get tired of growing out the color and filing my nails on my own. Read Less
