All of the massage therapists are incredibly talented and do an excellent job of identifying and releasing muscle tension. The owner Melanie is incredibly friendly and remembers her customers well. Melanie the owner gives the best facials in the world! I wish I could live on her table. I received a gift certificate in November from my sister in law, but it took me (on my part) six months to use it. I have been going once a week now for a month. The experience is pure heaven. Customer service was great, salon was beautiful and clean. My stylist was very nice but she absolutely butchered my hair is wanted and ombre on my hair and all she did was Bleach it, it wasn't blended, it was brassy and the toner left some of my hair blue. Angi is awesome. She does my hair and my daughter's. She has helped me deal with graying and with my hair getting curly over the years. She is great with color and takes the time for long lasting cuts that grow out well. She is amazing with my wiggling daughter who gets a angled bob. The only reason I'm not giving Sea Spa Steilacoom an honest 5-stars is because of the difficulties I had contacting the spa. I called multiple times, at varying times of the day, on two different days and was not able to reach anyone. However, to my surprise my call was returned by their receptionist who offered me a same day appointment. I arrived and was greeted by another employee, Kathleen, who was also my spa attendant. Without any delay I was escorted to a comfortable and well-decorated spa room and was attended to with the utmost professionalism.As a resident of the Bay Area accustomed to a higher price list for spa services, I believe their prices and level of quality products and services make Sea Spa Steilacoom an absolute impassible deal. I was there for a complimentary pedicure, which was very nice of them to offer. It was nothing special as far as pedicures go. The gal doing my pedicure was nice and it was pleasant being able to speak English with her. While it was really great of them to offer the complimentary pedicure the best part of the pedicure was the view. The Spa is lovely but the regular price for the pedicure is not something I would do again honestly. It is more than twice what I spend elsewhere. If the view from their beautiful little upstairs venue is worth that, you will enjoy! Read Less

Let me just start saying... I work 9+ hours a day on my feet which results in foot pain and rough man-like feet (ew). I have been to so many nail salons for pedicures and this one is the best I have ever been to. I made an appointment for a pedicure the same day and was taken outside for the pedicure and it was beautiful! So many beautiful, well taken care of plants and the sounds of waterfalls with a beautiful view of the ocean. But wait... That's not all... They brought me some water and a warmed up neck wrap that smelled like amazing chamomile which added to some serious relaxation. And I brought my boyfriend with me who sat next to me... And they brought him a neck wrap, too! The pedicure was amazing and professional. The foot massage was the most amazing thing ever compared to any other nail salons you go to. The inside of the salon is beautiful, clean, and smells amazing. The girl that did my pedicure was Mackenzie and she was awesome! I definitely recommend this place! Worth every penny!
