I loved the lady I got for my manicure. Very nice, conversational, but when the other thinner lady came over to do my pedicure she was very rude and I could tell she was making negative comments about me and others in another language the entire time she was around. I found my new place!  I showed up 30 min before closing and they still agreed to do a gel mani and gel pedi even though it would keep them over.   They were so nice and pleasant and did an amazing job.  They took extra time and did even more gel coats than my last place, while being there late.   That's a class act in my book.   I will be back! Seriously worst service EVER! If I could give a zero I would. (I walked in and wished everyone happy holiday right off the hop, as Ive worked in customer service for 25 years). I'm nine months pregnant and its probably my last pedi for a awhile. I was the only client in there. One staff was sleeping, the other soaking her feet watching something off her phone. When I asked to have the loud TV turn turned off, because they decided to put me right underneath it, I was met with hostility and resistance!!!! (The program was about sweat shop labour in Asia- oh the irony)!!! Everyone was completely miserable and it was only when it was time to leave-tip time- did they perk up. I got a refill and a nail fixed with a french nails gel polish to finish. The very next day the white gel coating is already chipping and I haven't done anything with my hands. The second day the entire clear coat comes off one nail, by day three two more nails top coat is chipping nevermind the bumpy unevenness of several of the nail surfaces!! Like the other review said... take your money somewhere else $40 just for a fill and one repair!?? Robbery. Read Less

This is the best nail salon I've ever been, they're friendly, affordable, and their work is the best I've had done. I wanted something a little different, and they did these by just looking at a picture I showed them. I usually get simple acrylics with one solid color and they always look amazing! Read Less

I always go and see Ann!! She's amazing at doing gel!! I've never gone to anyone else in the salon but since day one, she's always done them right. She stopped going to nursing school because she didn't have the passion for it like she does with nails. I've been going to her for almost 3 years now. I've gone in there several times just so she can surprise when I couldn't think of a design and she's blown me away. I've gone to other places and they don't do a great job. Read Less

Horrible! The polish was thick when she started to put it on and then she added thinner and finished the rest then added more thinner and did a second coat. Then after sitting there for about 20 min with my hands in front of a fan they still wouldn't dry! I told them this and they said normal polish takes a while...so I sat there longer then they said okay your dry and gestures for me to leave. Got to the car, hit my nail and the polish SLID off!! Went in and they rudely said they would redo it with the same polish or it just take it off. I will NEVER go there again. Take your money somewhere else. Read Less
