So disappointed with my service with Elly. Zarabeth did a beautiful job with my initial visit, and after 4 weeks patiently regrowing some sparse areas, Elly undid everything. She ignored the natural taper of my eyebrows and tried to make them into two long, uniformly skinny sticks with tails. I say "tried," because they are embarrassingly uneven, and for some reason the arch on my right eyebrow is wider than the rest of the brows. I am not sure if she made a mistake and tried to cover it up, but I just can't understand why she would do this on purpose. They aren't quite "I'm not leaving the house without fixing this" bad, but they definitely look unprofessional and worse than what I went in with. I'll be going back to tweezing at home.

I moved to Spokane from San Diego and I was so nervous to trust new people with my eyebrows, I pride myself of keeping them up, so naturally when I found Elly on Groupon 3 years ago I was a nervous wreck to do threading for the first time. Now I can’t seem to trust anyone but Elly to do my eyebrows. The shop and staff are extremely cute and so sweet and I’ve never had a issue with customer service.
Unfortunately I travel a lot for work and I haven’t been as religious with my eyebrow regimen but Elly has always made me feel comfortable even when my eyebrows look like Chewbacca and she has to rescue them.
She and her staff are well knowledgeable on the products and she really takes the time and effort to really find the perfect stuff that is good for you and the planet. I’m so very happy and pleased with The Fix and always recommend it to everyone and bring whoever I can with me.

I have been going to The Fix for over a year now! I love the lovely ladies that work there! I find their pricing is on the "WOW! That's it?" side and always feel welcome when walking through their doo...
I have been going to The Fix for over a year now! I love the lovely ladies that work there! I find their pricing is on the "WOW! That's it?" side and always feel welcome when walking through their doors. They keep notes on every service including recommendations and they never pressure sell me on product to maintain my face. They even carry vegan cosmetics! Elly and her team take care of my face, brows and my husbands beard with astonishing customer service and I recommend them with pride to all of my friends. You should totally go if you are thinking about it and their online booking is amazing with emails after your visit checking up on you, a great rewards program and packages that make your experience even more affordable. I trust my face and brows to The Fix only!

Okay ladies, here's the schpeel, Elly is the most talented brow shaper in the Spokane/Couer 'D Alene area and I have never ever left the fix feeling anything less than fabulous after having had my brows done. I've been going to her for over a year now and will be moving away soon and wish I could take her with me. She's kind, professional, and has an amazing eye for brow shaping. I absolutely recommend the Fix and I am jealous of anyone that gets to live in the same town as this wonderful salon!!

I have been getting my brows, lip and chin threaded for several years while living in California and was afraid I'd never find a place when I moved to N. Idaho. I looked for over a month for someone in the Spokane/Coeur d'Alene area and was pleasantly surprised to find Elly. I am extremely happy with her work, her 'bedside manner' and the salon. I've been to see Elly twice now and am still in love with her expertise and the shape of my brows. Best they've been in years! The second visit was as amazing as the first. I just can't say enough about Elly and her staff. Simply wonderful! They make you feel at home and like you're part of the 'in crowd'. If you've never tried threading, I promise you that you will not be disappointed, and if you're like me you'll never go back to waxing.Thank you again Elly! I look forward to a long time friendship!

So disappointed with my service with Elly. Zarabeth did a beautiful job with my initial visit, and after 4 weeks patiently regrowing some sparse areas, Elly undid everything. She ignored the natural taper of my eyebrows and tried to make them into two long, uniformly skinny sticks with tails.
