I have never posted a bad review before, but I am very unhappy and disappointed with the quality of my and my daughter's manicure and pedicure. The service and treatment from the technician made me very uncomfortable. She seemed mad that I asked for the deluxe pedicure because she had to stay longer even though she offered the upgrade. What a waste of money! I spent $50 for a poor quality scrub, a 1 minute massage, a harsh grater used on my feet, and paraffin wax. The technician was irritated that she had to stay longer to do the deluxe pedicure and was rude to me the whole treatment. At the end she literally shooed me out of the salon with my polish still wet because it was 5 minutes to closing time and she wanted to leave. Then my daughter wanted gel nails which cost $60. She tried to talk us into a powder acrylic that we were told was a "better quality gel" than other salons. Our nails were also cut too short and uneven. I'm so upset because this was a special splurge for her to get ready for Prom and for me for Mother's Day. My polish is uneven and doesn't even cover all the edges. I asked her to fix it, but she just kept putting more coats of polish on. Some nails are sheer see through and some are opaque. My feet are still stinging 2 hours later from being grated and from the chemicals used in the scrub. Even with all the harsh treatment my heels still have rough skin that wasn't removed. I'm concerned because the sanitary liner was removed from my foot bath and she continued to have me put my feet in and tools dropped on the floor were picked up and re-used. So happy to find this place!!!Thanks to Win (sp), I had the best gel fill and pedicure since I've been in the Spokane area!  I have nerve damage in my legs and feet and when Win did the massage she was very gentle and wasn't in a hurry.  She is so nice and professional!  When it came time for choosing which pedicure I wanted, she suggested the one best for me, not the most expensive!Actually everyone here we're nice.The place is clean and reasonably priced.  It's located inside Walmart so easy to find. These ladies are fantastic! So gentle with my nerve damaged feet, and even took care of my pesky ingrown toenail. I won't go anywhere else. I'm a total germaphobe, so trust me when I say, you won't find a cleaner foot tub. Read Less

Disappointed. I went here to get a fill and the lady told me that she was going to take off two of my nails that were lifting - but then proceeded to remove all of the nails (after I said I only wanted the lifted ones replaced) and charged me extra for it. I wanted gel but they used powder and the final result was less than satisfactory. My nails are uneven and poorly done. Read Less

One of the best pedicures I've ever had! We were visiting from Seattle and were going off reviews on the internet. We chose the "deluxe" pedicure and it was awesome. I was in the chair for 1 1/2 hrs. Very thorough! I wear flip flops year round so my feet are always bad. Wished we lived closer! Read Less

I went to this nail salon for years with no problems. I don't know when they switched owners but I took a friend of mine for a girl's day and my friend ended up getting infected. I called to talk to them and they wanted my friend to come back in there as they don't do refunds. They aren't doctor's and clearly they don't value their customers health. I would not suggest going there until they can completely sanitize properly. Sucks because i really liked that place before now. Got to find a new one. Read Less

I absolutely LOVE them! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Lien and crew do amazing work!  My mom and I have been going here for a little over two years and there is no where I will ever go again!  The service is the best ever; they are incredibly friendly, talkative and caring- they always ask us how our life is overall, and they remember from visit to visit!  They share a bit about  their lives, and really make us feel welcome and like we're part of a family. They are also incredibly funny! Reminds me of the beauty salons from the 50's! They always ask the customers what they'd like and double check before proceeding. If there is a ever a wait- they give the proper expectation as to wait time (if they say 15 minutes, it means 15 minutes, not an hour!). And the TALENT! Oh my goodness- my nails always look amazing (hands AND feet!).  If you ask them to duplicate a design you saw online- they will! And if your nail technician isn't the best at drawing that design, the other employees jump in and help - it's amazing teamwork!  You always get what you ask for, and there's no way you can ever be disappointed! One thing that is especially nice is that all teammates speak and understand English- there seem to be quite a few salons all over that don't.   They interact with the clients the whole time. For my mom and I, we have developed a friendship with them, and even banter and tease each other.  The shop is located inside a Walmart, which honestly shocked me at first --   but the way the shop is set up, you'd think you were in an exclusive, fancy spa -- and the rates are very reasonable. No matter what mood I'm in when I arrive there, I always leave in a much better mood, and with more gorgeous nails! I have had pedicures from about 3 other diffrent ladies here.They all do great work. But I was so impressed with Thoa. She is the only person I will allow to do my pedicures.She drives all the way in to town from Newport, WA where her husband is a Dr. Her workmanship proves she really loves what she does.Give her a chance.
