I went in for a gel fill, two of my nails were broken half way down my real nail so they had to fix them. Horrible gel color selection, maybe thirty colors. My nails turned out thick and crooked. They were nice which is why I'm giving them three stars. Read Less

My favorite nail salon around Gonzaga, I've tried almost all nail salons around Gonzaga in the Logan area and this is one of the best. I get my acrylics done there and their prices are very reasonable and they are very quick and efficient. Definitely would recommend this spot! Read Less

I took my little sister here for mani pedis for her birthday. We are both really happy with the results. The salon is super clean and the two women working showed good customer service - they were constantly checking in to make sure we liked the color/shape/etc. The massage during the pedicure was AMAZING. I would recommend calling for an appointment ahead of time. Several people called in to do so while we were there and anyone else who came in seemed to have an appointment... Went with my mom to get pedicures! We made an appointment the day before, and they were able to get us in for the time we requested even with a short notice. Our nails ended up looking beautiful, the whole area was clean, the music was pleasant, and I adore that place so much that I don't go anywhere else when I'm in Spokane. Read Less

I came here with a friend, and I do NOT like the way I was treated. Not sure of the names, but they were very rude to us and I felt very unwanted. I made an appointment for the two of us a week prior.. And when we went in for our appointment, they complained about the timing. I took my sister here to get our nails filled and it was great there was no one there so we were both seated right away but towards the end people started coming in and they only had 2 techs working on a wednesday at 2pm which was fine i didnt mind waiting a couple minutes but after we were done i went to pay and they charged me $62 for mine and my sisters fills and the board said it was only $15 for a fill and when i asked them to put rhinestones on they told me it was a dollar for 2 so i didnt get them my nails turned out fine but i was over charged and will not be going back Read Less

This place is great! It's very affordable, they charge $25 a set without any added charges for shape, length, etc. and fills are only $15.   I broke my right pinkie two days after which was very frustrating. But I walked in this morning and they apologetically and quickly (yet thoroughly) removed and replaced the nail free of charge.    They are also so sweet!!! Always willing to work with you to schedule. They are also great at estimating wait times, they won't underestimate how long you'll have to sit around, unlike many other salons I've been to.   In some of the other reviews on here, people say things like "they speak to each other in their native language which I find very rude" to which I say, really?! Do you know how white you sound?   Anyways, this place is lovely and worth checking out for a set of nails! Normally I don't complain, but with all the good reviews I was shocked after our appointment. My sister in law and I went in on a Saturday around 12 pm. They advertise walk ins but really shouldn't. We got seated right away but soon after other people came in who had appointments and they didn't have enough staff for everyone (only 3 working) so I felt ours was rushed to get the people with appointments seated. If they were booked already then we shouldn't have been given a seat. My sister wanted coffin shape with a color painted over, when she picked her color the gal said no that won't work and just did a French tip. Didn't even let my sister for back and choose another color. When she had the fan on to dry the top coat she got up without a word and went to work on other customers. My sister got a coffin French tip that had so many bubbles in it. Not a good job or Profesional. The gal I got however was better, I felt she was more professional in the sense of not being rude at any point. However I wanted a French fade and instead got some attempt at a fade. I showed pictures before she started of what I wanted and afterward I could easily see the white stop, it didn't blend. We started with the natural pink and she said it wasn't working so switches to the darker pink (didn't bother me) but now I have one hand with natural pink and the other with a dark pink. Underneath my nails had a bunch of glue and Polish that I had to clean up a lot at home. The whole process felt rushed and we didn't get what we asked for. If something can't be done then let me decide on what the next step would be, don't attempt something if you can't do it. And don't over book. If you have 5 people with appointments within the next half hour and only 3 people working the don't take walk ins!Read Less

So I went to this place to get a pedicure because of all the great Yelp reviews. I was disappointed. First - the water was so incredibly hot I almost fell over trying to get my foot out of the tub. Second, then she was scrubbing my feet, she instructed me to hold my leg up in the air for her. I'm sorry - I've had a LOT of pedicures and usually the tech is telling me to relax my leg, let her hold it so I can relax. Third, I have very callused feet and she barely rubbed them off. Still have calluses. Fourth, massage was like 1 minute. Finally, they provided me with those flip flops they have but she just set them next to me, didn't assist in putting them on my feet. I decided to hold back on writing a review until I've had multiple visits to test the consistency of service and quality.After 3 visits the results are in: I like it here!I only have California nail shops to compare them to, but here is what I look for in a nail salon:1) Price - $20 is max I want to pay for a basic pedi2) Cleanliness - this salon gets 5 stars3) Availability - I like to do walk-ins and the ladies here have been able to accommodate me each time (I go during the workweek and usually from 11-3).4) In grown toe nails - they do a fantastic job of trimming the nails even on the smaller toes on the sides - big plus in my book5) Nail polish - the steadiest hands I've seen - they hardly ever have to clean the edges - they paint only the nail - just awesomeWhere do I think they could improve on?1) Twice they've not assisted in putting my flip flops back on after completion. (However, they do allow me to remain seated in the comfy chair. I like this a lot.)2) The massage is lacking a bit. It's okay.The last two are minor tidbits for me and only making mention as I've seen other reviewers make comments about it. For me they are not deal breakers. I will be back in the future each and every time.When I first moved to Spokane I called other nail places and found some to be insanely high on pricing. Had a pedicure. Not terrible. Not great. Felt very rushed through the process. Not a great massage and definitely no extras even offered for additional money. Don't think I will be back. Good enough for last minute appointment but I think I will just plan ahead and schedule at the Davenport or other spa.One other big turn off is the ongoing conversations between the staff in their native language. They look over their shoulders to talk to each other for a while then start laughing. All while you are getting you service. We came here due to the positive reviews on yelp... I took my cousin here to get our nails done. (Called an hour in advance for an appointment). We both had white tip acrylic nails done. Perhaps it is regional, however where ever I have gone to get my nails done across the world(and states), they always provide a manicure with the service of a nail set (ie cleaning of the cuticle). This was not the case here, they simply smacked our nails on and led us on our way. They didn't ask us what shape we wanted or if we would like any of the bells and whistles (ie designs, etc). They were poorly shaped and we both had to point out that each nail that was not uniform. What really bothered me was I was actually seen by the owner. While she was doing my nails, a gentleman came in speaking vietnamese and she proceeded to leave me there to my own devices for a while. Afterwards, as she started to put my tips on- they were not well done. Same goes for the acrylic top. at the end of it all, I had glue and acrylic under my nails, I tried my best to scrub it out, but there was nothing to be done. I mention it to Loan and she "attempted" to clean the under side of my nail with a drill and didn't really accomplish anything. Also, mid way through our appointment, 4 women came in for pedicures and she leaves me to help them... once again left for a while. For the price and the experience I couldn't say I will ever return.  A sloppy experience all around. NOTE: After we left, my cousin broke out in hive on her neck and back. We researched it and it may have been the acrylic/MMA(if they use it). If a nail salon decides to use cheap acrylic or MMA(which is illegal) you can have an allergic reaction to these types of chemicals. So buyer beware. Read Less

This place is AMAZING. I am a flight attendant and have had mani pedis all over the country and was recommended thins place by a friend on a layover. I was in a hurry which is always scary because most places do a sloppy job just to get you out fast enough. Not the case here. SO much attention to detail. Probably the best mani pedi I have ever had. They get your nails so clean! I almost didn't want them to put polish on they were so pretty! I will definitely be back on my next Spokane layover.
