Over charge you for everything! They charged us 25.00 for a nail color change when the day before they told us it was only 17.99. Also the guy Sam wouldn’t let my daughter change her mind on the nail ...
Over charge you for everything! They charged us 25.00 for a nail color change when the day before they told us it was only 17.99. Also the guy Sam wouldn’t let my daughter change her mind on the nail color he started to use. She told him it had too much blue in it and he said it will be fine. She asked him again to change it and he said no. Not good customer service. October 12. Was the date of service. Sam was just angry because the day before I made him fix my other daughters nails. He glued them so the were pointing up instead of down! He blamed it on her nail. When the nail was removed she showed me the top of my child’s nail and said see her nail goes up! I said I don’t see that! When it was re- done it looked better but she cut it really short as if to say if it is short you can’t tell. It was done terrible the first time and they couldn’t admit to being wrong. Just plan rude service and never taking responsibility. Don’t listen to the customer and over charge when they get upset with you! Prices not clearly marked and charge you by your looks. If you look like you have money or drive a nice car they over charge you! I do not recommend this place for nail service!

I went in close to closing, but the owners were very kind and made conversation with me, not rushing me out the door. Good pedicure and nice massage chairs. I'll happily go back.

Horrible customer service. I went to get a basic fill with no color and was charged $26.00 😬 They don't do a great job either.

Love this local business owned by Sam & Van! Great customer service and love the new polish that changes colors with your body temperature...so fun! You can call ahead for an appt or walk-in. :)

I was hesitant to try this place because of the other reviews, but was pleasantly surprised! Very clean, friendly service, and good quality work. My job is very hard my nails and they have held up and still look great. The employees also made me feel very at home and not like a burden, which I have experienced in other nail salons.

In the half dozen or so times I've been there, I've never had a bad experience. I took my wedding party and a few friends there for mani/pedis and everyone had good service. For me, sitting in the massage chairs is worth $20 alone. Getting an affordable and nice pedicure on top of that is great.

Always do a nice job, and even when they are very busy they take the time to do things right. I went to an extremely highly rated salon to do a trial bridal nail before my wedding date and didn't experience half the pampering and attention to detail that I had experienced every time I've had my nails done here. And Kim's is half the price! So I returned to Kim's to have my wedding nails done and did not leave disappointed. As a response to the review about feeling rushed, I can tell they work really hard to accommodate everyone, and that can make things feel very rushed on a weekend. If you prefer a slower pace I recommend going in on a weekday.

I've been here three times now hoping for a better experience. The price is right upon first glance but the old adage is true here, " you get what you pay for." They just don't take the time to do a thorough job with any of the services and are very distracted by walk ins or calls. As a customer you just feel like a number in a cafeteria line.
Today my husband, daughter and I thought we would treat ourselves to a mani-pedi service but even though we asked for this as we walked in, it must have been an inconvenience because they only provided pedicures. They sat us down together but after thirty minutes I had to ask if they could put water in my daughters soak tub. Then from there it was a race to get us out. Very disappointing experience.

Terrible pedicure. The guy doing it rushed through, was constantly distracted looking out the window the whole time, and didn't even clean under my toenails. Not going back here.

Not impressed w this salon at all...I received a pedicure and was not pleased. The person that did it wasn't sure how to cut toenails appropriately. Cut one toenail way too short to the point it bled...
Not impressed w this salon at all...I received a pedicure and was not pleased. The person that did it wasn't sure how to cut toenails appropriately. Cut one toenail way too short to the point it bled, the other toe was left extremely too long. I almost wanted to get up and walk out but was going to have to pay either way so I let them finish. The person didn't even clean my cuticles up and proceeded to put the polish over my cuticles that are supposed to be removed if you were to go to a decent salon. I would not recommend this place at all.

I usually don't have to wait but as a courtesy, I always call and make an appointment or ask of its a good time to come in.

Over charge you for everything! They charged us 25.00 for a nail color change when the day before they told us it was only 17.99. Also the guy Sam wouldn’t let my daughter change her mind on the nail color he started to use. She told him it had too much blue in it and he said it will be fine. Always do a nice job, and even when they are very busy they take the time to do things right. I went to an extremely highly rated salon to do a trial bridal nail before my wedding date and didn't experience half the pampering and attention to detail that I had experienced every time I've had my nails done here. I've been here three times now hoping for a better experience. The price is right upon first glance but the old adage is true here, " you get what you pay for."
