Holly Nails received a 1 star due to.the unprofessional behavior of Tee, she has become more unruley each visit; I now go to Mia Nails on south hill. The nail shop in dirty in the room she does eye lash and Tees breath is horribly offensive. I think it is important to clean your mouth before seating so close to customers. This randown salon would have gotten a zero but Tee does do nails that are acceptable, but If you are going to pay salon pricing you may as well go to Johnathan’s on New Port highway, at least you get top of the line products and the salon is beautiful Read Less

Went today around 3 to get pedis done with my mom. We got selection 2, A lady in a cute blue romper did my mom's toes she took her time and did so amazing on her toes I was very impressed(my mom had a very relaxing time as well). Then a lady in a green shirt and black leggings helped me, she started on me ruffly 5 minutes after my moms lady started. This lady did not take her time and did half ass work. By the time my moms lady was starting to paint her toes mine were almost ...done. I paid $33 for half ass work on the scrubbing, the rubbing, the stones, the enjoyment of it. She didn't cut my toe nails or file them so they are uneven. Didnt even ask me if I liked them just went on to the next person. Then, the lady that did my mom's did a really pretty flowers so elegant and beautiful on my mom's toes. so I decided to get one too. I Had to wait for my lady to come back and do my flowers on my toes and when she did it they looked like they are made for kids and done by a child as they aren't they same and sloppy. Had my nails filled and cleaned up a little, only they came out absolutely horrible. One of the nails is extremely lumpy and most of them are not the same shape. Have been using mainly T at Holly's nails for off and on 6 years. (Off time I didn't get them done period anywhere, just took a break) In those years I have never had a problem with any service. Some times way busy but that obviously says alot about the place and that's its well loved by many. Any time I have broken or had a malfunction they have fixed no questions asked. If it was within the first few days I even didn't pay for fixing. They have always lasted the full 4 week...s for me. And I am a labor inclined girl. Work alot with my hands at home and work. Lashes. Today was my second fill. I've gotten my lashes done three times by T and always love them! She takes her time doing them and is very detail oriented. First time I had them done was mid summer. Did not get a fill because of summer activities being to hard on them. The last two I've had them on for months. Absolutely love not having to do my lashes every morning. Low maintenance but fragile. So don't use mascara or other products on them. I've found they last more like 5 weeks if you take care of them before you need a fill. Prices are the lowest I've found! Especially taking into respect the atmosphere, quality and love they give into the work. For those giving bad reviews, I'm sorry you've had a bad experience. Everyone has off days sometimes more than one. I also believe if you treat people in these types of industries with the respect anyone deserves you get it back. I wonder how many of y'all are caddy, spoiled brats that went in treating them like garbage or having a tude because they weren't understanding what you wanted by a picture and your mouth moving a million miles a minute. One or two bad experiences and reviews don't mean a thing. Take reviews from long time customers. Be kind. Always. Had a horrible experience, was over charged for everything, paid extra for gel polish and they looked like shit a week later.. I paid for both my girls, my mom and I to do toes and nails and my youngest daughters nails wernt even fully painted, and we're chipping off both my girls later that night.. the lady rushed on doing my nails cause she had a client come in 5 mins before they closed and she said she was going to go somewhere else so the lady was like no just pick something quick to do and just rushed to get me done so she could do her and that's not cool at all, I spent way to much money there to not have been satisfied... Never leave unhappy, always feel pampered and pretty leaving even at 54. "T" is the absolute BEST nail artist EVER!!!!!!!! Had my eye brows tinted for the first time and LOVE IT!!!!! I have had cosmetic tattooing but never my eyebrows.Thank you all at Holly's :) Read Less

This is the first time I have been to a salon in years. I am used to going to my own private nail tech, but due to excessive clients, I was unable to get the appointments I needed. I heard Holly's was a good place so I decided to try it out. I got Tee and she had me in and out within thirty minutes. Her work was clean and looked amazing. I did only stick with a solid color, no designs, with a coffin shape, so I can't say much about anything more detailed work. Price was reasonable but make sure you give them a tip. Read Less

The first time I came in was to get a full set and I just wanted regular nail polish, so I could change the color whenever I wanted but the girl convinced me to get gel because of its longevity. That was already an extra $10 and I got charged another $5 because I wanted a coffin shape. I chose my length and it ended up filed down super short, and wasn’t e...ven a coffin shape so I was already upset and it still cost me $55 before the tip. 3 days later my gel color was already peeling, which made me upset because she said it should last 14+ days and it had barely been 3. This was thanksgiving weekend so I just got the gel color removed and changed back home, another $25 in less than 3 days.. 2-3 weeks later, my nails had grown out and it was time for a fill and since I don’t know of many nail salons in Spokane and I couldn’t find one I’d rather go to, I decided to come into Holly’s again. Big mistake. So I came in with a photo asking if they could do that and the girl said sure. Walked out with nothing resembling the picture and cotton stuck to the ends of my nails and the girl seemed upset with the tip I gave her, which I didn’t feel was deserved but I still gave. Went to another salon for the gel color removed and changed AGAIN. Now three days later and the sides are lifting and I’ve just decided to give up and remove the acrylics. So for anyone thinking of coming here, PLEASE save your money and find somewhere else. I’m so mad with how much I’ve spent on my nails since they can’t seem to get it right. I went to Holly's for the very first time last night, and I must say that I was very impressed. The staff was very welcoming and engaging. The salon has a very comfortable, homey vibe. I could have sat in there for ages listening to idle gossip while enjoying a foot soak. T can do some amazing nail art, just bring in a picture of what you want. I highly recommend to anyone. My new favorite nail salon! For the last few months I've been going all the way to Post Falls to get my acrylic nails done, until now.  TEE was recommended to me by a co-worker who also wears her nails long.She said her nails are done within 1 hour and at a reasonable price. I called for an appointment, TEE got me in the same day! She filled and soaked off my old set of acrylics, and replaced an entire new set with designs in 2 short hours.  TEE was so sweet and friendly the time flew by,  and I got exactly what I asked for. I should have walked out upon walking in... the place is dirty! However I was desperate for a pedicure and needed a full set of nails.  Was THE WORST pedicure of my life!  A very old woman who spoke zero English and had zero clue how to give a pedicure.  I was then seated with "Nancy" for a full set of acrylic nails. They turned out horrid.  Terribly shaped, instead of curving down they stuck up off my nail bed. Also, the liquid they use smells extremely strong and burned when applied. If I had to guess,  I'm almost certain they are using MMA at that salon. I will never return and will never suggest this salon to anyone. I should have taken a pic, but was too traumatized. Went to get a pedicure here with my best friend and her sister for their moms wedding and I decided what the hell lets get some pretty acrilic nails as well. Never again! The pedicure was okay but the manicure was aweful. My nails started lifting from the tips and when I went to go back in to show them the nail artist just told me that they weren't lifting my fingernails just grew the three days that I had them. So she just clipped the nail underneath the acrilic cutting me in the process. It wasn't worth the hour wait for just getting my nails cut.
