Wonderful salon! The ladies who work there are so nice. It's a warm and inviting shop with complementary coffee, tea or water. They cover all your salon needs: cuts, color, mani, pedi, waxing, facials, etc.... I go and see Janene for haircuts and my wife gets a cut & color and facials as well. I see Laurel for my hair cuts and color.  So does my husband and my son.  When my nearly bald 2 year old son grows more hair then he will come here too.  Laurel is not only exceptionally good at what she does but very informative and funny!  She explains thoroughly about the process and offers advice and tips in a very easy going way.  I hate pushy hair stylists!If you like getting pampered at a hair salon this is it.  You'll be offered head/ shoulder massages and hand massages while you wait for your hair to process.  I've referred two of my girlfriends and they both love Laurel's service.  I would highly recommend checking this salon out. I ventured out from the Valley, through highway construction to reach Elite Salon and Spa. After a sort of sour start, it ended up worth the drive. My technician was Gwen and although she was late for our appointment because of the construction - she got down to business immediately and gave me a wonderful facial. Her technique was perfect for me - just the right pressure and movement. She didn't talk - yeah! So I could just relax. The products they use - I've blanked the name - are all organic and smell wonderful. Gwen told me that the products aren't even made until they place an order! How's that for fresh? Next was a pedicure. This was in a separate room from the salon area, but you could watch since it there was a window to see out, but the salon people couldn't see in. No massage chairs, just a big bowl with stones, but a nice massage, masque and parafin dip were included. Their description states they are a day spa, which is true for the service, but not so much for the atmosphere. Even though the facial room was in a room and had a heavy door, I could hear every comment in the salon area - and you know how salons are! So if you are looking for the serenity and silence of a spa - this isn't the place. If you are wanting a thorough facial - this is an excellent choice. Read Less
