The first time I went was great, but upon trying a few more times, the quality was not good. Only one lady works there and she made my acrylics much too thick. When I asked her to make them thinner, she said that it was my nails that do that... never had that problem before. I won't be going back.

If I could give this a negative amount of stars I WOULD! This is the WORST nail place in Spokane. I had an appointment in the area and needed a fill so I went here instead of my normal place. Within two hours I had three broken nails and four others were chipping away at the corners. I went back in to have them fixed and I was told I would have to pay for a full set! I can usually go three weeks in-between fills and not have an issue, not here. Do Not waste your money! I was not only charged more than the listed fill price, but they were done horribly!

I came to this establishment 4 days ago. I had to tell the lady four times to keep grinding down my nail because it was about 1/4 inch thick. She didn't put the polish on the entire nail and she didn't take the gel all the way to the cuticle. Last night I lost a nail at about 7 pm. I came to the shop to get my money back less that 24 hours later and the woman wouldn't give me my money back. Then I reconsidered an application of the nail she refused and told me to leave. I would give this place no stars if I could.

The very best pedicures, I get them monthly! And she does fantastic gel and acrylic nails! Large selection of colors.

Chose a spa pedicure, it was nice, seemed short lived. Not as much massage as I would have liked. Clean place, nice people.

This place is ok, but not great. I find that they are a little painful when doing the cuticles and trimming the nails. They also switch around who is working on you, so by the end it feels like 3-5 different people have worked on me. It is a little sketch because they have posted the people who have nail technician licenses but then clearly people who are not posted are doing people's nails.

The first time I went was great, but upon trying a few more times, the quality was not good. Only one lady works there and she made my acrylics much too thick. When I asked her to make them thinner, she said that it was my nails that do that... never had that problem before. I won't be going back.

If I could give this a negative amount of stars I WOULD! This is the WORST nail place in Spokane. I had an appointment in the area and needed a fill so I went here instead of my normal place. This place is ok, but not great. I find that they are a little painful when doing the cuticles and trimming the nails. They also switch around who is working on you, so by the end it feels like 3-5 different people have worked on me.
