I was disappointed when I went here. I asked for a pedicure and manicure. The pedicurist put my feet in luke warm water and didn’t ask me how I liked it. She didn’t ask me anything actually. Not even if I wanted a design or upgrade which I did. She didn’t even make eye contact with me the entire time. She took an hour then walked away didn’t say anything about the manicure I was supposed to get. I had to ask someone else to help with the bill. When I got to the counter a very nice and accommodating guy asked if I wanted the manicure still but I had to go. She did do a good job on the pedicure and she took her time with the pedicure. Very hit or miss! Sometimes I go in and its just fine, but other times, like today so not worth my money. I wanted a mani/pedi but was only given a minimal pedicure ( I wasn't even asked what kind of pedicure I wanted) the polish job was fine but there was no real pedicure to it. The water was lukewarm there was no massasage and left with my feet dry and unmoisturized. I had to come home and lotion them myself. When I asked if I was going to get my mani the lady just acted like she didn't understand and just kept saying I needed to pay. Not sure ill be returning again. Read Less

I love this salon. All the nail tech's are great. The shop is nice and clean. Pedicure chairs are nice and comfortable. The spa pedicure is an excellent value! The services I've had completed there are reasonably priced. I do wish they had a sign with their prices posted.... perhaps I've always missed it. Read Less

I stopped by at 730 pm one evening to set an appointment for the next day. They close at 8 I walked up to the door it was locked, I saw them standing around so I knocked someone came to the door and shook it like I didnt know it was locked. Really rude!!! I wont be going back. Very bad experience. My daughter and I told them what we wanted and they obviously were trying to get us to do something else "better" which means "more money". My daughter wanted a full set, matte color with the 2 nail polish colors she picked. They were trying to get her to do gel with similar colors. My daughter did not want that. In the end, they were glossy and I said to my daughter "Did you change your mind on the matte part?" The lady said "matte?..." Easy change with a simple coat but still, we said it multiple times. I asked for a full set, white tips. She brings out the clear nails and argues with me that pink acrylic is better. I kept saying I don't want pink. I want the white plastic nails with the regular acrylic. She tells me "I don't understand what you want". Finally, she goes in the back and comes out with the regular acrylic (like they don't use that all day long?) I asked for square/round nails and got square. I didn't bother complaining. Paid and left. Daughter was $40 + $5 tip, mine were $35 + $5 tip, I paid two transactions so that each person received their tip. I see it as a trendy place people go to because of the nail "fads". This is downright the BEST place to go. I always get an appointment with the owner, he is hilarious. It's like a comedian is doing your nails, he always makes sure my nails are perfect for me because I'm super picky and they are awesome when one of my nails fails or breaks off. I decided to give this place another chance after having a bad experience the first time I visited, and I’m so glad I did! I got the best pedicure of my life yesterday from Bee; he was extremely attentive, friendly and engaging the entire time. He was quick and efficient with the service but took his time with the massage which was extremely relaxing. He made sure I was comfortable, even ensuring the water I soaked in stayed warm the entire time and never got cool. He also did my manicure; both services were done flawlessly. I used to go to Natalie nails, went there for the past 6 years until I got an infection in my nail from there!Let my nails heal and decided to try OMG nails and I will definitely be back! I have been here a couple times and I feel each time keeps getting worse. I got a pedicure the other day with some friends and we were all very disappointed. The customer service was terrible, ( all they did was stare at us, say something to each other, and laugh) and all of the employees kids were running around behind the pedicure chairs, screaming.. Pedicures are supposed to be relaxing and enjoyable. They did file my nails and cut down my cuticles, but that is it. I was shocked. My whole pedicure lasted about 10 minutes then tried rushing me out. On top of all of this, they only applied one coat of nail polish. Safe to say I will not be returning here. Read Less

I have very mixed feeling about this nail salon. I went here 2 weeks ago for my wedding with something very specific in mind. I had a picture that was kept in view through the entire service. I asked several time before they started if this was something that could be done with gel polish or if we needed to use something else. I even had made an appointment weeks in advance and sent in that same picture showing them what I wanted in order to avoid any issues. The man assure...d me that it could be done. My nails were a good length, all they needed was some evening out. I sit down and without even asking he takes out the nail clippers and clips my nails all of the way down. In hindsight, I should have said something right away, however once one is clipped they would all need to be clipped anyway. The picture I showed was an ombre effect, pink to white. I have no knowledge of nail art, so while I thought it was odd that he was starting out only painting my nails all pink, I assumed that since a PICTURE was sitting right in front of him he knew what he was doing. He started to get the top coat out and that's when I finally knew something wasn't right and I asked him when he was going to do the ombre part. He looks at me in shock, like he had no idea that's what I wanted. After what seemed like every nail artist in the salon comes over and is discussing what to do, one of them gives the picture I showed one look and says, "oh you can't do that with gel, you had to do that with acrylic." she had to take everything off and start over! In the end my nails turned out fine, but this entire ordeal was extremely stressful, and it should have been a relaxing day. I feel like I did everything in my power to make what I wanted known. I have been coming here for a couple years now. I usually do the whole gel manicure but I take care of my own cuticles so for the first time I asked for a color change on my gel manicure and the lady was VERY rude. She told me it would look bad. I told her I didn't need a manicure and she said, "whatever your choice but it's gonna look bad" I explained that I take care of my own cuticles and she said, "it look bad" which offended me. She was very rude the whole time I was in ...the chair and was rough. After I was done I paid only $5 less for a color change then the whole manicure. So it shouldn't look drastically different. Anyway, THEY LOOK AWFUL. She stayed WAY back from my cuticles(even thought I care for them on my own) I still have her the $15 plus $5 tip. Highly recommend! After 10+ years at the salon I used to go to loyally I had a very bad experience that ruined it for me so had to find a new salon. I walked in for a fill and was treated so well I decided to get a gel pedicure and eyebrow wax too and I’m very happy with all the services I received. Friendly people for nails, great manicures and pedis. When I went to get my underarms waxed. Spent more than the website said, there was a lot of hair left over that never got pulled and my entire underarm was burnt and red for days even after trying aloe, burn creme, lavender oil, and tea soaked washcloths. So much pain, paid a lot for it too. The older woman just kept complaining that my hair grew in different directions. It was an uncomfortable situation. I normally see Bee when I go into OMG for a manicure and/or pedicure. He is VERY personable and I never feel that I am just one more customer being rushed out the door. He talks and laughs with me. He takes his time to do things right and I so appreciate that. I always leave feeling that he genuinely cares about what he is doing and about the people he is doing this for. As nice as the people are at OMG, Bee would be greatly missed if he was not there. My daughter was with me when we were there yesterday. We talked about Bee when we left. My friend and I had appointments for pedis. We ended up waiting for 20 minutes before even being seated. Chairs are comfy and the bowls are beautiful, but never saw anyone clean one bowl the whole time we were there. And they were busy. Once seated, we had to inquire about options...techs were not very friendly, talkative or outgoing. One tech spent the majority of the time playing on his cell phone and when he did work, he was quick and not attentive (no foot massage at all!). Very stinky from all the products. Polishes were old and poor color selection. No water, coffee or wine was offered...although, after asking, we were told they could not serve it without owner there, then we were told it was only available on weekends, and finally tech guy laughed and said the techs had drank it all.
