Worst nail salon I’ve been to! Showed the lady a picture of exactly what I wanted and she still didn’t do what I wanted. They were painted all wrong, they were crooked, all different sizes, and didn’t cover my whole nail. Ended up paying $45 for something I hated. Not at all happy. Won't be back. Nails were done poorly and they suggested I get my nails done, so I did and they were all uneven. I had to change the color on my toes because they did a design that wasn't great. I asked for a flower over the purple and they decided to put pink and yellow and blue with silver. Ended up here due to being in a hurry, and it's laughable how bad this place is. First, it is CASH ONLY, which you won't know until you are well into your appointment because there are no signs when you walk in to inform you of this. But don't worry, they have an ATM that I'm sure charges an exorbitant fee to use! As for the service itself, let me say I cringed a lot during it. These are just the highlights, there was a lot more that happened but...When they filed my nails I looked down there was the most jagged toenail ever and I asked him to fix it and it was like he couldn't see the problem so he just buffed the top of the nail. Then he started applying the wrong color...then during the manicure part, it was so rushed that when I got out into day light there was gel polish creeping out onto my cuticles to where I wanted to immediately pick at it, defeating the entire point. I decided spontaneously to go in for the works. I arrived right when they opened. Sam did my manicure. I opted for French tip acrylic with gel polish. Sam was meticulous with his work. He was friendly and had a great smile as he talked. He was also very gentle. A young gal did my pedicure. She too was friendly and meticulous with her work. I was skeptical at first with the review being low but i went in for a gel manicure because its across from my hotel. Linda did an amazing job! She made me feel very comfortable and did a beautiful job. She gave me different options. I just wanted something simple and she exceeded my expectations! On 8/28/15, I took my mother and 4 year old daughter in for a treat. My daughter and I got a pedicure, my mother got a manicure. $15 for a manicure, $20 for a pedicure.Pros:They had a Princess pedicure chair for girls.They painted both toes and nails, and painted flowers on the big toes of my daughter, all for the price of the pedicure.My toe nail polish is still un-chipped, 4 days later.Cons:My daughters finger nail polish is gone, 4 days later. Nails started pealing off the day after they were done. Literally came off as a peal vs a chip.My mom's nails chipped the day after being done.They did not paint the polish colors my daughter picked.They did not trim my daughter's toes or finger nails.They did not trim my toe nails.They did not use a base coast on anyone, except my mom because she made them.Their nail polish selection was cheap and small color-wise.The pedicure was less than spa worthy; they barely massaged my feet and legs and didn't massage my daughter at all. The only spa part were the chairs, and my daughter was on the very edge of hers so that doesn't count.Honestly, we won't be back.
