Based on my only visit this is how I feel, but would like to give them another shot. My sister in law and I (both very pregnant) went in as walk ins for a pedicure. The woman working and her daughter were friendly but already working with other customers. I would have preferred honesty saying they were too busy over the rushed treatment we both received. For $40 + tip here is what I got: Friendly, funny conversation A foot soak Sore cuticles Gel polish with high side ridges that chipped :( What I DIDN'T get: Foot or leg scrub/massage A good Foot file or callus remover Smooth feet :( I think next time I plan on going here I will make an appointment and see if it's any better. Went in for special nails, came out with nails that looked like my toenails! Extremely disappointed. Definate communication break down. Very broken English, no understanding at all. Would not help me after I expressed my disappointment. Read Less

This is a family run business and they do a great job! I would recommend them. As far as rude, I don't think they are. You just maybe need to get to know them a little is all. I am always pleased with their work and go back time and time again. Read Less
