My daughter recently went here when our regular place was busy on a trip with grandma. She was treated very rudely. I work in the service industry &my daughter knows to tip& tips well (she's 14) she was spoken to rudely, charged extra for the shape of her nail& told no to the length she asked for. They rushed& did a terrible job, different shapes& lengths, the 1st broke off 4 days later. The tech told her she was done without any drying time& her nail was smudged, when she asked for it to be fixed the rudeness continued. If I could give 0 stars I would. It's a treat for my daughter to get her nails done& what was suppose to be a fun day was not. I wouldn't even return to get the broken nails fixed, we went somewhere else& paid again to have them done, paying someone to treat you like you're inconveniencing them by coming for a service at their business is ridiculous. I was very surprised to see all the negative reviews on here! This is the first nail salon I have purposefully kept coming back to because they always do a great job. I have thin nails and the ladies are always gentle with my hands. While in there I hear other customers tall about how this is also the only place they come anymore! Along with my mother in law who recommended me! They also have the most flexible hours and availability to get me in around my busy schedule. LOVE THIS PLACE! Read Less

I have been going to nail masters for a few years now, I have never been really happy with the service but it is close to home. Not a great reason to continue going.Well I went for the last time last week. I went for a fill and a pedicure I thought I would treat myself to a pedicure because it was my Birthday.The same person has been doing my fills since I started going ,she was great at first but ,once she had me as a regular the service has gone down hill. But this last week was the last time I will waste my money there. The girl she had do my pedicure cut a chunk out of my foot I ,did not know until I got home and was bleeding all over ,I have infection now and it really hurts. What I am upset about is that she knew she cut me but said nothing,nor did she put any kind of disinfect on me. I called a few times and never heard back. Another thing is that they have been really trying to push the pink&white nails I continue to tell them no but they are very pushy.Thanks for letting me get this off my chest.Does anyone know of a good clean place to get my nails done?
