I've been to KT Nails twice now. The first time was for a pedicure with my mom and it was just ok. The salon is outdated in decor, but generally, clean. It's definitely a "quantity over quality feel". Get you in, get you out. I decided to try again. This last time, however, I went in for a mani/pedi. I was seated next to a lady who was getting a pedicure only, and I sat down in the chair just as she was being massaged. The girl who did my pedicure acted like she didn't even want to touch me. She could've cared less. The massage was horribly lame. I actually felt bad for her, she did not want to be there! Then she did my fingernails...she pushed back my cuticles so far and cut them back so far, that one week later, they are still infected!  9 out of 10 of my cuticles are infected and swollen. Boy, do they hurt. Remember that lady I sat next to on the beginning?Yeah, I was done with my mani/pedi and paying at the front desk before she was even finished. Try another place. Read Less

Always very nice and quite adorable! I have been going there on and off for a few years. My service is always pleasant and the ladies are nice to talk with. I usually take a friend or sister and they are flexible with our schedules and we always sit together. KT is the owner and I would say she is always busy with acrylic nails, I'm a gel girl myself but if I ever decide on acrylics I'll see her. Read Less

I recently stopped going to KT nails. I was a loyal customer from the beginning and the last 5 or 6 times I went in to get my nails done they have done a horrible job (they recently got new employees.) My nails were lifting within a week and right out of the shop the polish looked horrible! Whenever I made an appointment it never seemed to matter, it still took me at least 15 mins to get in a chair almost every time, busy or not. When I went in without an appointment they would tell me "wait 5 minutes" and after 20 minutes of waiting I would eventually leave. The employees were rude if you spoke up and asked them to make the nails shorter, rounder, ect. They weren't doing my nails as I asked and I would often complain and nothing would happen. Although I do love Katie (the owner) I will not be coming back anymore due to her recently added rude, staff. Maybe I will try again in a few months and see if the staff has changed but until then I will go somewhere with better service. Read Less

I should've gone with my gut when I drove up to this place and remembered that I had tried them b/4 and had a less than stellar experience.Went in any way and had a French pedicure.  Awful.  Woman was so incredibly rough and when I got home, I discovered each of my nails had incredibly sharp edges to them.  Filed them myself.Wanted a French Shellac and chose this place because it's "certified" if you will, by CND.  Well, my nails are extremely short and with the large French - they look ridiculous.  PLEASE NOTE:  I watched a gal get her Shellac nails taken off.  This places uses tin foil wrap to do so.  This is not an approved way to remove Shellac per CND website as it damages the nail bed.I also don't appreciate being "upsold" immediately on sitting my butt in the chair.When I got home, I took another closer look at my nails.  The top coat doesn't even cover the end of my nails!This is just the worst ever.  Do NOT go here.And when I get 3 different prices for the cost - well, ya gotta wonder.  Never, ever, ever come here. Went to have a mother\daughter day, we both got pedicures, she got a manicure & I got a full set of french tips.  They were busy and the ladies rushed through everything.  While getting my full set the lady cut me on 3 different fingers with the grinder.  I will not be coming back here, I'll stick with my usual nail salon in Frontier Village. I have had acrylic nails on for years, as long as I can remember. I have tried many places either because they didn't speak to me, the nails looked bad, the place was dirty, and I could go on and on. KT is the only place I will go and I adore all the staff. Katie laughs, converses with all the customers in the shop and makes you feel at home. Mom (Annie) is such a sweetheart. I have people comment on my nails and how nice they look, I proudly carry business cards and hand them out. This place is a must try if you need a mani, pedi, or waxing! Read Less
